Easy to order on line, and then Shirin was kind enough to take a photo of my arrangement, and emailed me to let me know it was delivered. Hello Shelley, We are very sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your arrangement. This arrangement is mostly made out of white Hydrangeas and light pink Roses and we used the new products for you. However the light pink Rose variety that we used has greenish, wavey tips and it might have looked like they are not fresh but we can assure you that this is the shape of the Roses and they were very fresh.

I never got to see the arrangement I sent even though I asked for a picture not only by email, but also on the note at checkout. Via email I was assured I'd get the picture via text, but that didn't happen.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
