Hi sorry to say it didn’t look like the picture and the water was dirty and some off the flowers was broken so next time I hope it’s better

I placed an order online for Valentine’s Day pickup. No one answered the phone day of when I needed to pickup. When I showed up they stated they were swamped and not looking at their online system even though i placed it 5 days before Valentine’s Day. Turn off website ordering if your not looking at the orders. They then rush made it and it wasn’t as full as the photo for a $180 arrangement, definitely could have done better

The basket was the perfect size and the arrangement was full and beautiful.
