I ordered this bouquet at 5pm and it was delivered by 8pm the same day! It was exquisite and exceeded all of my expectations! The flowers were so gorgeous and fresh!

I have bought flowers 2x now from Floral & Events by Sammy and I absolutely love them! The first time buying from them was a walk-in purchase, I was on a time crunch to get 3 arrangements done for a dinner later that evening. Their team put together 3 bouquets of hydrangeas and other flowers in less than 20mins for me. The 2nd time buying from them was for an event last night. I purchased ahead of time this time through their online shop. Only bump in the road here was that I had requested for arrangements to be ready by 12pm on my pick up date. When I arrived to the shop Ronaldo advised me their vendor was running late with their shipment, and my arrangement would take about 30mins-1hr to prepare. This was a bit frustrating but I should have called the shop first to confirm the flowers were ready before driving out there. Either way, I was not upset and willing to wait, I had plenty of time for my dinner event that evening so I didn't mind the wait. I left my number and they called me back within the hour, just as promised. Their flowers are fresh and beautiful and smell amazing! Ronaldo and his assistant helped me out so much, even as far as loading the 4x bouquets I bought last night into my car trunk. PLUS their pricing is some of the lowest I've seen out here in the Beverly Hills area. I highly recommend them!!

Loved the flowers. I thought it looked great overall. I was thrown off because I kept calling the store about my purchase and not one time was the phone answered (I called at least about 10 times). The card was also so sloppy with the handwriting and they misspelled and didnt add everything on the card that I wrote down.

I live in Texas and came across this company due to good reviews and beautiful arrangements so I decided to go with them to surprise a friend who just graduated from USC. I ordered online and it was a seamless process so I was confident with my decision to go with the company. I told my friend I had a surprise coming for her so she stayed back from work to receive the surprise. Unfortunately day of delivery my friend reached out to me to let me know that the delivery driver did not deliver the flowers to the correct house. The delivery driver had texted my friend her address (which was correct) saying the house was where the gps took him. Well after my friend continued to communicate with the delivery driver to try to figure out where the flowers were, it came out that the delivery driver delivered the flowers to a house a block away because SHE input the wrong address in her gps. I called the company to let them know what had happened and they offered to redeliver the next day but I declined because at this point the surprise was ruined so I asked for a refund. Well as of today, I still have not received my refund after the 3 business days they said it will take so I will be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

We are very sorry that happened. Unfortunately, it was an issue with the GPS, your friend did take the flower, and we also refunded you 100% it does take a few days.
Update
Did you think that maybe the house you delivered the flowers to took the flowers in? Your delivery driver called MY friend asking her if she can go pick up the flowers so she can pick them up from her or else she would have to pay for them out of her check. When my friend drove by as I was on FaceTime with her there were no flowers there. So it was not a GPS issue it YOUR delivery driver input the wrong address. I have the text messages from you driver to my friend.

They were on time and did beautiful job. Of course I couldn't tell the exact size from the picture but it was beautiful. I think it would be helpful if you can put the approximate messurment of the vase on the website. Thanks

Compare to other occasions this time around has being terrible . My order didn’t arrive so the whole purpose of the gift was ruined . No one didn’t inform me so I had to call to get the information that they were not going to deliver my order. It’s just terrible and disappointing

Flowers were great, but the note was pretty rough. The handwriting wasn't very good, and my name was not written on the card. The card was supposed to finish with "Love, (my name)" but did not have that. I had to tell the recipient that I sent it. I was under the impression the note would be printed, but it was hand written.

they never received any flowers I paid 145 dollars and nothing was delivered after I called they agree to deliver , and it was not even close to this flower there were no tulips

WOW!!!
I am one of those guys who waits last minute to send anything to anyone and cross my fingers that everything will work out with availability of product and delivery. I was extremely impressed with the selection they had to choose from and even more impressed with how quickly delivery was offered same day!
The arrangement arrived looking better than it did online no detail was skipped it didn't not look like a last minute idea!
I will be back as a returning costume for sure.

Amazing! The flowers were gorgeous, and the service was impeccable - I ordered these flowers for myself for a formal event and the reps called me to ensure no notecard was missing - the delivery guy was so sweet.

So, I've purchased from them before. They have been wonderful, but this recent purchase was okay, but what was disappointing was that I called and confirmed a time to pickup, and when I arrived, they told me "their shipment just arrived and rushed my order. I paid for the premium flowers, but they still looked like the regular priced flowers. They rushed since they were 30 min behind. They forgot to include the name card. I was truly disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! They are a fraud. They never delivered my order and the pictured bouquets are not what’s available. I’ve had to follow up numerous times just to get my money back and still haven’t gotten it back.

Lied to me. Didn't communicate that he didn't have what I bought. When I called to inquire since I had not heard whether they were delivered, I was told the flowers had just come in and would go out later that day. They didn't. The flowers had never come in, like they said they had, and what I bought was never delivered. Never communicated. And I'm still awaiting my refund. Bloom nation and this seller have gone silent
