Very pretty. My boutonnière seemed a little squished but I managed to fluff up the flowers. Loved that the shop could take my order in less than five days of homecoming dance. I was so annoyed that another shop in Lincoln Park said they were too busy to take my simple order. Very cute shop and I highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service. I called to order a plant/flowers to be delivered same day as a housewarming gift. The shop had what I wanted and let me know when delivery would arrive. I selected a Pothos plant with added daisies or flowers, to be designers choice. I love the email receipt with photo and the email confirming delivery. My only question is the plant in the photo appears to be a ZZ plant with out the flowers in water tubes. The plant in the picture looks healthy and that’s most important, I just hope it also had the flowers and designer touches.

I order flowers a lot. I always get a pix with every invoice. I was not bothered that there was no pix of the flowers sent to my granddaughter. However, I was startled by your request to have me comment on the order without having seen it. Am I crazy or something? A customer can see the flowers but were asked to evaluate it. Also, I guess for more than $100 I expected a cheap, plain glass vase. I don't think there was anything. She wasn't home and I was afraid to ask about the condition of them. I should stick with Telefloral.

Please note that you ordered a seasonal hand tied arrangement. This does not come with a vase. The product description for a handtied bouquet states that 'The bouquet will be beautifully wrapped and tied with a bow.' We will amend this to state that the arrangement does not come with a vase to avoid confusion.

It is not only my pleasure but almost my duty to post this review for Flora Chicago.

What a wonderful wonderful experience! My wife is currently in the hospital (down the street) for a major and very personal procedure. I wanted to meet her expectations of being a dutiful husband and send her a floral arrangement...but, I sent two instead of only one! She is doubly-worthy. We've been together 48 years and haven't been apart even one day of those years. We've been together every day...and, to top it off, i'm proud to say, we've never never even had an argument or fight. We've had disagreements (we were both professionals), but never went to bed angry.

I reached out to Flora Chicago, being so close to the hospital for delivery, and spoke to Kate. It appeared she is the owner...her voice lead me to that conclusion. Gentle, but authoritative.

I had researched their website and found photos of the two arrangements I loved. I want you to know that everything Kate and Flora Chicago did was PERFECT!

My wife loved both of them and the hospital staff couldn't stop making generous comments.

My wife wanted me to post also that the delivery person, a young man, was so courteous and pleasant. It just topped everything off!

Thank you Flora Chicago. You made our "Day". At this time, my wife, Deb, and I both needed something positive.

I spent over $100 and my beloved friend got a super simple small bouquet featuring Carnations. Delivery location was 1 mile from shop. For a $70 bouquet (the other $30 was delivery, tax, and tip) I would never have expected something so underwhelming.

On the positive the delivery took place on schedule, online ordering was solid, and the flowers were healthy.

The arrangement was unique but it was not at all what I asked for. I asked for vibrant pinks, purple and oranges a bouquet that was cheery. Instead the arrangement was light pink , orange,
brown and mustard yellow more of a fall arrangement and certainly not cheery. I sent a pic and the shop agreed that that was not what I requested. Their solution was to refund the delivery charge, the delivery charge did not help my disappointment. I would not recommend this shop.

Flower arrived, wilted, some of the roses showed bruising on the edges. My daughter tried to refresh them following instructions. The flower arrangement lasted a couple of days. I was disappointed. Choose because of previous reviews. Love sending flowers to my family I chicago. I will shop around. Since the arrangement cost 140.tl expected fresh and lasting!

I have already reached out to the Flora team, however, I was very disappointed in the quality of the arrangement I received. It looked very different from the photo on the website with various elements missing from the arrangement (green eucalyptus, the dark purple buds, large peach roses) and quite a few of the elements were already wilting upon pickup. I reached out to the store to share my feedback and they offered for me to bring it back for repair. However, I had picked up the arrangement on Mother’s Day to bring to a brunch with my mother to give it to her so it’s not like I would have been able to bring it back to be fixed. It seems as though they must have ran out of supplies which could have contributed to the stark contrast in appearance from the photo online as well as why they actually took down this arrangement option from their website on Mother’s Day. I would have preferred if they called me and let me know that the arrangement was missing key elements and would have let me choose an alternate arrangement. For a $140 price tag, I expected better.

We replied immediately to your email both by phone (left a message) and email on Mothers' Day and offered not only to replace the arrangement on the day, but also recognized that this may not be convenient and, were it not, to please phone us so that we could work out a satisfactory solution. We did not hear back from you.
Our website states very clearly that we try our best to recreate the arrangements pictured, however we may have to make substitutions. What we are hearing from you is that you felt we made too many substitutions and you would have preferred a call to let you know this and give you an opportunity to choose something different. We acknowledge that this is a reasonable request, and will strive to do this in the future. We are sorry that you were disappointed and appreciate you sharing in detail your experience with us so that we can work on improving our service.

Flora Chicago did an absolutely stunning job creating a Mother’s Day bouquet for my sister. I had requested pet friendly flowers for both cats and dogs which they were able to do and they did not sacrifice beauty at all.

Flowers and vase were beautifull. It would have been nice if the recipient had been informed the flowers were deliverde at the neighbours.

My daughter, Jordan Baker, had her 1st professional acting gig at the Greenhouse Theater in Chicago, Lincoln Park area. Sad that I, her mom, couldn’t attend from Arizona. I googled florist in Lincoln park and multiple popped up. I called one with a fancy name, turned out it was a call center/warehouse and quickly hung up as I wanted to support local, get exactly what I paid for. Did a street search and found Kate at Flora! I ordered Peace and Love along with a lavender Eucalyptus spray. Kate went above and beyond with the delivery and the items were waiting for Jordan in her dressing room that evening! I am going to Chicago next week to see her show and will go to Flora to meet Kate and thank her in person! THANKS Kate!!

I have bought flowers from Flora several times and I have always been very happy with their work. They solve a very important problem for me: my wife loves flowers and has excellent taste, while I know nothing about flowers (other than what my wife likes) and have no taste at all. I can tell Kate and her team what little I know and trust them with the rest!

It was a nice arrangement but I expected a bit more for $150

Flora Chicago is my go-to florist. Their designs and execution are always stunning and recipients are delighted to receive them. There is nothing "standard" about them and each one is lovingly crafted.

Flora Chicago always delivers the most beautiful flowers. Valentine's Day 2024 was extra special thanks to their lovely roses.

They asked me about my mom and what she liked, particular flowers or colors. They asked me about the aesthetic and the venue. Then they delivered ten perfect vases of flowers directly to the venue right on time for the memorial. I was so stressed about all the details of the memorial and this was one of the easiest parts of the process. Thank you both so much for all of your help and for providing truly beautiful flowers for my mom's memorial.

My flowers -- as delivered -- were not nearly as varied and interesting as pictured. First, for a deluxe arrangement, too many carnations. Nice roses, but I was going for those interesting sunflowers and ranunculus. I'd order again, but would do so in a way that I can specify no carnations -- just too cheap a flower to include in anything but a supermarket arrangement.

My arrangement from Flora astounded them and they’re still talking about how inventive and creative it is! I ordered tall and contemporary in gentle autumn colors. Simply amazing. Even the vase was contemporary and exquisite. The folks at Flora understand their clientele!

The flowers were delivered on time. I do not know what they looked like. They were sent to out of town family. It would be extremely helpful if flora chicago sent a picture of the arrangement to the ordering party. Not sure I will order again as I can't verify quality.

I have a standing order for flower arrangements. They deliver to my dental office. The arrangements are unique; always different- very creative. There is a difference between grocery flowers. A professional arrangement is special. They have always worked within our budget. I feel the expense is justified- Flora brightens the office.

admit that I am disappointed in the actual arrangement from the photo. I find other florists are more consistent on offering flowers that look like the photo. The one I have is far more sparse and lacks the rounded look. It is instead sparse and lacks the wow factor.

We love this local flower shop. Even the smallest arrangement is done with first class blooms, panache and TLC.

Flowers were beautiful. But they didn’t arrive until 9pm on Valentines Day.

When I realized I couldn’t pick them up in person, I called to cancel but they assured me they could deliver. They didn’t mention that they had too many orders to deliver for one day and they wouldn’t arrive until late.

Flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Would order again but not for Valentines and would pick them up.

The arrangement didn't have the same volume - plants flowing on the sides nor the color pattern - it was nice but nothing like the picture. i thought for being deluxe it would look a bit larger

I’ve always been happy with Flora’s arrangements, but the flowers in this one were past their prime. Everything looked a little tired, and I had to pull brown petals off the sagging ranunculus, and take out the crispy green sprigs before I felt comfortable giving it as a gift. Definitely not worth $135 + the drive to pick it up. : (

The flowers were small and not quite as nice as those in a grocery store. The flowers were past their peak and very ordinary. They were delivered in the evening which was extremely late for birthday flowers ordered a week in advance. It was a very special occasion and this florist disappointed.

It’s was easy to order. They arrived. My friends was happy to receive.
They were fine, not particularly pretty colors , I expected more for $100. Nothing special about the colors or type of flowers.

The flowers were great and delivered on time. My only complaint/confusion is that there’s a $25 delivery fee and then also a tip line. $25 seems steep for delivery especially if a tip is also expected.

These flowers were perfect. I couldn't get what I ordered and we spoke over the phone about options and I said "I trust your sensibilities" and Voila! My wife was ranting and raving...and they smelled amazing.

I was deeply disappointed. I ordered the deluxe arrangement because this was a very special occasion and we wanted something great. What we got did not even look like an arrangement. Very few flowers and a bunch of leaves. Nothing like the picture.

I did it all online, and found the photo of exactly what I wanted. I was worried about the delivery though, it was on St. Patrick’s Day.
So I called, and the woman there was so helpful, and checked on it for me . In the end they got there, and my daughter sent us a photo. It was beautiful, and looked just like the photo. We were so happy!

Flora always delivers amazing bouquets!

We received three arrangements. Two of the three were fine but one arrived with several wilted flowers. Aside from those specific blooms, the arrangements were quite nice. The biggest issue we had, however, was the delivery had such a strong smell of smoke that even after immediately unpacking and putting wrappings outside in the trash, our entryway continued to smell of cigarette smoke for some time. Definitely not the most appealing for a floral delivery.

This was a terrific experience. The order was exactly what I hoped for and it was delivered on time. The customer service was also very helpful and pleasant.

The order arrived midday on Thursday as planned and were absolutely beautiful! In fact, I think the picture they have online for 'Autumn Sonata' is beautiful, but did not compare to the exquisite, colorful arrangement that was received. Thank you Flora Chicago!

I loved everything about Flora Chicago from start to finish. They are the type of business I like to support; female owned, inclusive, and efficient. The look of the website told me from the start that they would fit the bill of sending a surprise delivery to my millennial daughter. I ordered from Indianapolis, and within a couple of hours, our daughter received her beautiful bouquet. We would definitely use them again!

As a long distance sender, this shop was not only efficient but has the most gorgeous arrangements! I ordered late the night before and it made it to its destination on time and within the noted hours needed. Could not recommend more!

I was very happy with our custom centerpiece that we ordered for a Valentine’s double date at the home of close friends. The arrangement was unique and subtle (as requested), as well as quite lovely. There was excellent attention to detail, and our friends were quite appreciative of the heads up prior to delivery to avoid leaving the arrangement out in Chicago’s bitter cold.

Whereas the order process and delivery were on point, the delivered product was subpar. It seems a hefty Valentine's Day premium was applied, since we received much less for the money spent than usual from Flora. Also, despite correct treatment of the delivered flowers (proper cutting, etc.), the red roses were dead after less than 2 days and the pink ones almost looked like they were used before (one is entirely dead on the morning of the third day). Overall, based on previous good experience with Flora, we would have expected more, even for Valentine's Day. Thank you.

I've ordered numerous times from Flora and have not been disappointed until now.

I upgraded the flower selection for something special and I arrived home the day after delivery and not only were there wilting flowers, but the size of the bouquet did not match my expectations at all for an investment of $ 175. Worst, it to serve as an anniversary present for my wife, and it was a let down.

I had ordered flowers and requested delivery for the week after I placed my order. The next day, the person I sent flowers to messaged me to thank me for the flowers -- one week early. I got a message from Flora saying the flowers were delivered on the day I had requested, even though I know they weren't. I can't comment on the quality/condition of the flowers, as they were a gift, but I at least am aware I can't count on a precise delivery date from this company.
