my experience with this company is absolutely amazing. They were just so helpful at a time that my order was a last-minute order. However, they got everything right my mother-in-law was so pleased and overwhelmed with the detail. The beautiful detail is what made this arrangement, so amazing. customer service was on point, this will forever be my florist and this should be the only florist that you work with in the Florida area. Hands-down and I am not a commenting leaving review person but you have to give credit or credit is due.

What girl wouldn't love an arrangement like this? I sent them to my wife and daughter to have in their hotel suite while on a trip and they were thrilled. They sent me pictures and the flowers were as beautiful as in the image I ordered from. Highly recommended!

My only comment is that there should be an option to order by talking to someone at the store. Usually local florists are willing to have that personal interaction. I was directed back to the website to order online after calling.

Even though it looks like in the picture. I realized this was way overpriced, paying $255 for 51 roses in my opinion is too much. Also, it didn’t come with a vase which made me struggle to organize the roses and lose the original shape..

Very disappointed, although it was a nice arrangement, it was absolutely nothing like the floral arrangement I chose. I chose a pink and purple arrangement with hydrangeas big pink roses and purple orchids. You sent a photo of it as well. What I got was white hydrangeas, mini peach roses and yellow daisies. Just what I didn’t want.The person I sent to loves pink and purple like the photo this had none!!

The experience could not have been better! I contacted two other florists close to the hotel the day of delivery. One required 24 hour notice and I had to talk with an answering service. The other florist answered but was closed on Tuesday and didn't appear to actually have a storefront.
Then I called Fleur Flower Boutique, spoke directly with the owner or manager and got excellent service. No problem delivering later that afternoon and good information on the floral arrangement I had selected on-line.
The flowers were delivered to the hotel within the time range promised and my wife and nieces were pleased and impressed with the arrangement and quality of the flowers! If there was a numbered rating system, Fleur Flower Boutique would certainly get a 10. Big plus to be able to talk to someone knowledgeable and in charge too!

The product differs from the picture in several positions. Completely other additional flowers were used, the ribbon is terrible. The card has hand written text by ball pen with some fingerprint strains on it.

Quite confused with this one. It was a case of "what I ordered" versus "what I got". The advertised image is definitely misleading. I wish I could share an image here of the arrangement my sister received- which was much smaller, a pale pink selection (not peach). It also came in a square box, not circular. And absolutely no trace of pampas. Better communication from the florist would be better. Positives: the flowers smell nice.

По вашему инстаграмм, поняла что вы понимаете по русски. Поэтому добавлю еще на нем. Было бы здорово если после доставки цветов обновлялся статус заказа на сайте в кабинете,потому что этого не произошло с моим заказом. Если бы человек для которого были заказаны цветы не выложил их в сториз, я бы так и волновалась доставили их или нет. А еще кроме статуса, можно дополнить статус заказа фотографией цветов с получателем(по возможности).
Звонить на номер в Майями для уточнения статуса заказа из России проблематично, хорошо бы сделать мессенджер флористу.
В остальном, благодарю что доставили цветы и шарики дорогому мне человеку. С оплатой и оформлением проблем не возникло.

The arrangement did not have as many flowers as the picture. It had mostly greens leaves and a handful of flowers. It came on time but the card didn’t say what I specifically wrote. I called to make one change on the day of but it was rewritten with the same words but not how I wanted it. It did have the yellow flowers I requested.

the arrangement we got did not have one orchid in it, which i assume are the most expensive flowers here. also i was annoyed that i had to call at 3:30 pm to ask where my order was and when would delivery take place. poor communication by vendor. you guys had my mobille. a simple text would have sufficed. i do have to say that the flowers we got were beautiful and looked top notch....just not what i paid for.

I bought flowers for my mother for mother's day and for my fiancee just because. Both of them LOVED their flowers and the bouquets were BEAUTIFUL and creative. I ordered for same day pickup through their website and I was able to pick both sets up within a couple of hours. They brought the flowers to my car and placed them carefully in my car for me. Worse experience ever! I ordered a balloon which I never got but still got charged for. The arrangement we received only had roses I guess they ran out of the orchids. But I still got charged for the whole thing. I called and text messaged with a photo and no answer. I will never order again. Advise don’t waste your money and have a bad time when you see that the flowers you payed for wasn’t what you person received.

The arrangement when delivered looked nothing like the picture above. The roses were all pink but they were not placed in a nice glass vase and wrapped neatly near the bottom as shown in the photo. However, she still loved them...
