Fleur De Lis Florists

Sent to out of state. When we arrived and saw the flowers in person I was a bit disappointed. I said for the local florist to make the arrangements rather than pick from the offerings. Too many hydrangeas. Not much creativity or color.

Hello, I’m so sorry you were disappointed. Since it was a sympathy arrangement we didn’t use a lot of color, we usually do muted colors unless the customer specifies the colors. I hope we can better serve you in the future.

Beautiful arrangement and delivery was above and beyond admirable since the sender had provided an erroneous address.

My cousin loved the arrangement, which I got for her birthday. I had requested that the delivery be made before 8 a.m. and it was, which I appreciated very much.

Naira, who was making the delivery called me to let me know that no one was answering the door and didn’t leave until I called her back to give her further instructions.

Very professional and customer-friendly. Will definitely use the services again!
