No flowers were delivered - complete failure.

The flowers were not delivered at the time I requested which spoiled the surprise for my wife. In addition, I opted to upgrade to the premium size but the flowers showed up in a small bouquet. I compared these flowers to the flowers that my children bought my wife from a grocery store and the flowers I purchased from Flagler Floral Co. was not much different even though my kids spent way less money of their flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday, and they never showed up. I called the shop all afternoon with no answer. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with, on top of my mother not getting her flowers I still got charged for it….

The flowers delivered were a little wilted and looked nothing like the photo on the website, there was supposed to be a lot of purple blooms which I ordered for that specific reason but they were more pink and a lot of white in the bouquet delivered.

Didnt look like the picture at all. The vase was too big for the stems of the roses. So the arrangement looked blockish. I had a great experience last time I ordered but this time is making me rethink my choices.

I paid for the deluxe package all the way from CA for my Sister in laws 15th birthday.
I expected Easy soft pink /light violet flowers that were light Soft tones pink mini roses Daisys Carnations etc .
However The boquete i received a picture had mainly Purple flowers and The some flowers were big and bulk and not dainty as what’s in the picture .(purple is not a good color in our family, so I felt extremely humiliated them receiving Purple but I’m in CA so they understand I can’t be there to physically pick and choose. It was also last minute for the flower shop so There Service is great just dissatisfied with the color and type of flower )
Customer Service was elite though. I really appreciate them taking my multiple calls to know the status .

Very disappointed, the floral arrangement looks cheap and nothing similar what you are offering, besides that the chocolates are from another brand. Unfortunately you are offering something chick and you delivered something cheap. Sorry I will never use your service again.

Delivery was late and failed to deliver to my wife on time for her birthday. She went the day thinking I had forgotten her special day. I was specific in stating that flowers had to be delivered by noon. Delivery attemp occurred at 5 pm at the school she works at. Note: Schools are no longer in session at 5 pm. Really sad part, your floral shop is less than 2 miles from her school. I received no phone call stating that you could not deliver in time. What happened with customer service???

I live in NJ and ordered a Christmas arrangement online which was easy.
Flowers were delivered next day as promised in Port saint Lucie.
The arrangement was slightly different from what was shown online by not having a few white roses
But the size of the red roses used were much more accommodating.
This is second time using flagler florist and will definitely recommend and use them again
On line they say arrangements may be slightly different do to availability of flowers which is understandable.

They made some substitutions which were just ok. It gave the bouquet a not-so-premium look. Daisies are nice, but meh. The roses were a blush color and the hydrangeas were kind of green which put the bouquet’s yellow and white color scheme off. It was still pretty and it was appreciated by my sister so it’s all good I suppose.

Unfortunately the delivered flowers were not up to par for what was ordered. As soon as we got the delivery notification email with delivery photo of the flowers in the hands of our mom in her new home, I was already shocked by 1) the *terrible* quality of the roses delivered (already bloomed, wilting and open); 2) the obvious “substitute” rose color used which is off white drab (for a bouquet marketed with the name “Tangerine Dream” and chosen specifically because of the bright orange color, this is an unacceptable substitute without someone reaching out for baseline customer service; we opted to pay extra at point of sale for gratuity too); and 3) we paid the upgrade fees to purchase the Deluxe offering for $10 more, but the delivered bouquet had the same number of stems and flowers as visible in the advertised Standard bouquet, confirmed by the recipient as well, so this upgrade was a rip off and not followed by the florist. I wish this allowed me to upload the photo of what was delivered so you can see how rude it looks compared to the advertised bouquet, but I’m unable to at least on mobile. We chose this company because it was a local florist in our mom’s new city for her housewarming gift, to support a local business, but this was not a satisfactory experience. We would greatly appreciate if someone from the company would at the very least refund for the upgrade fee, if nothing else. We were impressed with the delivery turnaround, email correspondence and the website, but the actual product was a big disappointment. Thank you for your time.

I ordered a bouquet of 72 red roses, my mother received 50 roses. I have called and left a message, and have yet to receive a call back. Disappointed. Bouquet did not look anything like what I purchased.

The flowers looked nothing like they advertised online...I ordered a fancy pop up card and got a folded basic cashiers card...I ordered florida collection box of chocolates and got cvs last minute box of chocolates...I ordered a sash as well and received nothing... Ordered several arrangements. There was a minor issue with one of the arrangements and Vincent promptly contacted me. He suggested an alternate which was acceptable. Delivery was timely and all recipients loved the arrangements. Kudos to Vincent and his staff. This is how you run a small business.

Your company did not give me what I paid for. I paid for 2 balloons and I never received it. I want my refund I told the delivery guy and he said he would make a note. I also tried calling and emailing and still no response from anyone.

I was not pleased with the arrangement or cusotmer service at this florist. I'm happy to provide a photo of what was delivered compared to the deluxe centerpiece I ordered.
I paid a total of $110 for the deluxe arrangement. I understand that there may be variations on what is being provided by the florist. The arrangement that was delivered had mostly carnations (inexpensive flower), very few roses, much smaller than expected for deluxe and the florist does not respond to calls or messages.
My ex-partner has used Bloom Nation for a few occasions here in LA and they have always been quality and beautiful arrangements. If you would like to follow-up with me in order to provide photos I would be happy to send them. I feel that this florist is sub-par to what I've seen with your service.
