Unfortunately, the flowers delivered in no way resembled the flowers I ordered. It was very disappointing and not worth nearly what I paid.

The flower arrangement when finally delivered was a mess. Delivery took forever and it was a messy exchange of trying to even get delivery figured out. It was very unfortunate. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. The roses in the arrangement were beautiful!!
The manager did try to figure things out. It was for my anniversary, so this was a special occasion. I guess better late than never…ugh.

Called and they were fast with getting me the flowers. But I paid $150 and got basically nothing. Could have went to a grocery store and got the same arrangement for $20-$30.

I placed an order for a birthday bouquet to be delivered on a specific day. First I was notified that substitutions needed to be made, which I am ok with, as long as the arrangement looks similar to the website photo. This is not the first time I have used Famous Florist, and they make substitutions EVERY time. However, this time, the bouquet did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date prior to 10pm, and by that time it was too late for the recipient to stay up waiting-on her birthday. She reached out locally to the shop and agreed to receive the bouquet the following day, after her birthday. The bouquet did eventually arrive, however it did not look like the photo-far too much white, not enough pink. Pink is why I chose this arrangement. THEN the delivery person had the nerve to complain to the recipient that the address was hard to find! (It's a huge apartment building on Wall Street in NYC that all the other deliveries manage to get to just fine, so NO, its not hard to find!) I requested that my $20 delivery charge be refunded in light of the delayed arrival and hassle, and my request was completely ignored. I will not be using this florist again for service in NYC, and you shouldn't either.

I could’ve bought a nicer bouquet for half the price at a corner store. If I could post a picture to compare it on this I would. That’s what I get for trying to support a local business instead of a big chain… emailed me the day before that they didn’t have my flowers or vase in stock… what am I supposed to do with a days notice so I said ok to what they guaranteed would be a very nice replacement which as I described in the very first line… vase was a bright red “valentine” and had 9 roses and 8 mini roses… I’ll add the pictures in google if you don’t believe what a joke this is…if I could give it no stars I would

She never received the flower delivery. Can we check where and when they were delivered. I left the contact number for them to call when they delivered so they should have checked who received it.

This florist delivered an orchid that looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the west. It was a different color, it was not fresh orchid and it came in a black pot with nothing covering the soil. I was very embarrassed as the quality of this flower as as I was sending this for a very special occasion.

The entire experience was terrible, first the website was not showing same day delivery. When we called the stated number seems someone not authorised picked up and have a WhatsApp number that seemed to be of a third party who was very annoyed with it. They made me send all details first in the WApp and then by email. I sent the photo of the arrangement from the website and they confirmed that they would deliver a similar bouquet within a few hours. They sent a horrible bouquet not even close to the the one they confirmed and late in the evening. The worst service and handling ever of any online retailer. I only later realised that other reviews for these guys are as bad or worse. No one should ever use them. I wish I had checked reviews before using them for a $108/- piece of crap. It was so embarrassing that I sent such a bad bouquet to my son and daughter in law for their anniversary. I started having doubts about the quality when they did not send us a photo of the bouquet with their thanks email. On specifically asking I learnt how we had been cheated by these guys. Never use New York Best Flowers or Famousflorist.com.

I had a horrible experience with Famous Florist. I placed an order on a Thursday for an arrangement to be delivered on Monday for a birthday. The delivery was not made on Monday. I contacted them at least 10 times and they had many excuses. I will never use them again!

I would honestly recommend just buying grocery store flowers as this $74 bouquet is not worth it and the pictures on the website are nothing alike. The delivery date was wrong, the communication via email and phone call appeared quite amateur and back and forth. I am only giving two stars because of the Covid-19 pandemic and their availability to fulfill the order and their policy for replacement fowers after the complaint.

The flowers and vase did not resemble the picture, it was largely pink roses with two tulips which seems a bit more different from the acceptable variance based on what’s available. Additionally the note was written with very poor handwriting making it almost impossible to read. Finally, after placing the order the day before and requesting the flowers be delivered before 4:00, they were delivered at 3:58. While the flowers were still appreciated, I would not use Famous Florists again or recommend them to a friend.

This florist is terrible terrible! I ordered flowers from them, not only were they NOT delivered on the day requested, they never contacted me to let me know if there was a problem. After complaining to them the following day I was told they were on their way. What they sent was a disgrace. The flowers were not at all like the picture. The flowers arrangement was in disarray, some looked wilted. The recipient said it was delivered without wrapping and the card looked like it was written by a 4 year old!
After calling again, I was told they would send a replacement but they never came through!
All these people did was give me the run around!

The floral arrangement I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. I ordered the Telefloral's Fresh Flourish Bouquet, but that's not what was received. I even paid more to upgrade to the larger version of this arrangement. Very disappointment in this florist.

This florist delivered a day late, I had to call 3 times the next day just to make sure they were delivering - every time the same response "he's delivering right now". It's 3:36PM and they still aren't delivered (a day later). over $80 for flowers to be delivered a day and a half late, what a mess. Never again. Oh did I mention the guy who usually picks up the phone barely speaks english and says "I work on it" then hangs up the phone? yea - I got hung up on 3 times before they even knew which order I was calling about.

I was coming to NYC on my honeymoon and ordered a simple arrangement of succulents and roses for my wife because they were reminiscent of our wedding flowers. They were to be in our room before we arrived on a Monday at 3pm. I received a call on Sunday morning saying that it was being delivered right then, even though I reiterated the correct delivery window. He insisted, and my hotel was nice enough to accept it early and put it in our room for our arrival. He also sent me a picture of the flowers he delivered, and much to my disappointment, it was an odd arrangement of plants and flowers that did not resemble what I ordered. I text him and told him it was the wrong arrangement, but he assured me this was “better” and would last longer. I reiterated that I didn’t want it to last long, I wanted it to look a certain way, and that mostly, I wanted what I paid for. I thought he finally understood....he said he would trade out the plant for the arrangement I ordered. To his credit, he did remake the arrangement and deliver it himself. Unfortunately, the flowers were drippy, the succulents were basically dead, and it still looked nothing like what I ordered and paid for. Incredibly disappointing. I buy my wife flowers every time we stay out of town, but this time I would have been better off grabbing her a small bunch from the market down the street.

A confirmation email was sent early leading me to think my order was delivered the wrong day and finding out that it hadn't been delivered I had no idea if the order was delivered to the wrong place. I called to ask about it and was given rude customer service when calling to ask about my order. As someone who works in a customer service oriented job I found it really disappointing to be treated like this as it's not very difficult to be friendly with someone when they weren't being mean to you in the first place. Make sure to treat your other customers better when they call asking about questions with their orders or your shop in general.

I have never been so terrified of receiving flowers that I purchased online. On the evening of the scheduled delivery, when I had no notification of delivery even though I left my contact info, I called the number to ask about the delivery of my order. The phone was answered by a highly rude woman who was clearly not taking me seriously. I asked to speak to the manager and she gave me some cell phone number and then threatened to let me go. After asking her to look into my order, she transferred me to the driver who said he would drop it of 3-4 hours later (it was already almost 8pm) and that the flowers wouldn't be like exactly like the picture. I called the number the woman gave me, thinking it was the manager, but it turned out to be the same driver! Although they did finally drop it off to my mother's place, I was worried for my family's safety after this shady set of conversations. I won't be using this service again and I will be adding this review elsewhere online.

This was truly a terrible experience. The flowers arrived at 5:55 PM even though they had been ordered the day before and the delivery location is literally feet from the florist. My five phone calls to follow up on the situation resulted in the florist being extremely rude and arrogant. I will never use this florist again!
