She loved the arrangement!
Thank you for making multiple attempts to deliver
She said she was in the backyard the first attempt and that her ring camera for some unknown reason wasn't sending her the notifications to her phone.
The only thing was that her name was spelled wrong, she says this happens all the time!
Her name is Lois but, on the card, it had "Louis"!

The staff member that assisted me in my order was very kind and knowledgeable. She was able to create a beautiful arrangement within my price range and expectations. She was mindful of my request to have the flowers be pet and allergy friendly. I will definitely be making future orders through this company!

I always like it when I'm able to talk to a person. This was a very special order that needed to be handled with patience and not left at the front door. It was our Nann's 99th birthday so it takes a few minutes for someone to answer the door and she said the colors were so beautiful and so many tulips that she don't think you could have fit anymore in the vase. Well worth the price. Thank you

They did a beautiful tulip mania with a small request by adding a few white ones and baby breath. Only problem was they arrived about 20 min before daughter got off work and I really would have loved them to sit on her desk a little longer. Although they got compliments as she walked out with them, but was told there was a tulip shortage so it was out of their control and I did them the day of. Long story short “they were just as I asked for, and I’m happy”

My experience with you guys was horrible. You guys sent the flowers to the wrong place. The flowers was sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address. Two totally different addresses. I will never use your services again. Those flowers were expensive.

The flowers we're fresh and smelled wonderful. But unfortunately my wife didn't receive them until 9:00 that night. They were supposed to be delivered to her job earlier that day. I only put my home address on there for payment purposes. Which I thought was private, but apparently not. I understand the demand for Valentines day, but you should probably stop taking orders after a certain point if you know they can't be filled as requested.
