Found this florist online, needed quick turnaround on ordering something for a family member. They were able to deliver same day and the bouquet was beautiful! Thank you Everest, will definitely order from you again.

Beautiful floral arrangement and very tall, but the ribbon had spelling errors which we weren’t too happy about it. We were so busy setting up for the funeral, that we didn’t notice the error when it was delivered. By then it was too late, we just kept it the way it was. I doubled checked the order confirmation and our spelling was correct.

Delivery was smooth! Flowers came out beautiful. Service was friendly and great. Highly recommend!

Once again, you guys really came through for me. I ordered on Saturday around 1:30 p.m. for a same-day delivery of this gorgeous bouquet to my sister for her birthday - and about two hours later she sent me a thank you note! They got to her that quick! That is amazing! She said she loved the bouquet and that the flowers were "stunning". She sent me a picture of the bouquet and it truly was gorgeous, especially the sunflowers. Everest even granted a special request of mine to put a decorative butterfly on this bouquet that I had seen on others. Everest Florist is amazing and I won't order anywhere else. Well it was suppose to look like the picture, a cupcake, but it didn't. I was disappointed. I wish I could post the picture of what was received instead. It looks like a red can filled with red flowers with a strawberry on top...not at all like a cupcake as in the shop's photo. I won't use this florist next time.

I ordered these flowers for my best friend's birthday. We send flowers to each other every year on our birthdays....have been for as long as I can remember. I thought the colors of Sapphire Summer were beautiful and would be perfect. I couldn't have imagined how beautiful these would be in person. In fact they looked more beautiful in person than they did in the photo on the website! Usually when I order flowers, it's the exact opposite. So bravo, Everest! You did a fantastic job and I will be back next year!

Well, the flowers are great, but I have not received a delivery confirmation, until I called after 7pm. Also, in the notes I asked for a quick SMS picture when the flowers are delivered, and it was not done as well. I am from a different state, and it was important for my event.

Unhappy with the service. I was waiting around all day to get these flowers and they came while we were out on our Valentines dinner. We came back home and found the flowers/vase toppled over, on the floor, in the rain on my rocks/concrete.
Reached out to customer service and no one replied.

I ordered the 'Sweet Nothings' bouquet for Valentine's Day way back on February 2nd and I am very displeased with the bouquet that was delivered today. I was aware that the arrangement wouldn't look identical to the picture on the website, but these didn't even come close and I paid for the Deluxe version.

The ones that arrived are worse than the Standard picture on the site, let alone the Deluxe. The arrangement is 90% daisies, 4 sorry looking roses, and dead pink flowers. Overall, the arrangement just looks sad.

I know your business deals with a ton of orders for this holiday, but I would at least expect a basic level of care taken with the expensive
arrangement I purchased.

This bouquet was a big hit with my lovely wife who really loves irises. It is unusual to find them in a valentine's day bouquet. My wife thought I had to make a special request. When I saw the arrangement on your website I knew it was the one for me?

The flowers I ordered looked just like the picture on the website. They were beautiful and delivered within a few hours.

The arrangement arrived during a FaceTime with my son and I was actually disappointed to see how the greens and baby’s breath out-numbered the flowers. Container looked different, too, with no letter “ B” for our new baby boy.

Deliver was very good, however.

Everything was okay except the flowers that I paid for were not what was delivered. I asked for Purple Roses and received pink. I specifically wanted purple for domestic violence awareness month. It was unfortunate to see my delivery be a different color once it was received.

I got this Green Apple bouquet for my moms birthday and it is stunning! Mom loved it! Mom got me flowers from here on my birthday and they were gorgeous. Two-time happy customer!

I ordered this from New Zealand online for my daughter's 21st birthday. The arrangement was what I expected - very cute and colorful. Excellent communication and safe secure payment. Definitely recommend.

First time ordering, everything went well, flowers were delivered within a few hours. Perfect!!

I was very grateful to find Everest Florist because they could deliver on very short notice.
Their selection of flowers and arrangements is also very nice.
I do think it would be very helpful if they could be more specific on the product descriptions on the website.
For example, I was expecting the flowers to be delivered in a vase, but they were not. Granted, the picture did not readily show any vase - but there was nowhere in the product description that there was no vase for this particular order, and it never occurred to me that flowers would not be delivered in a vase. If there is no vase included for a particular arrangement, It would help to specify that.
Secondly, it would be helpful if there was a brief description of each order size: standard vs. deluxe vs. premium.
One other minor thing: I had called at 5:40 p.m. Thursday night. The website says the store is open till 7 p.m. No one answered. I left a message to please have someone call me as I had questions before I placed my online order. No one ever did.
Overall though it was a good experience, I got what I needed, and I would definitely order from them again. My sister said the flowers were beautiful and I really appreciated that they could deliver so quickly. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Everest Florist. I think I have found my go to florist in the Sacramento area. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful! The delivery was right on time! I am so happy with this florist.

This florist has a great selection of truly lovely flower arrangements. There were so many, it was hard to choose just one when i needed to send a bouquet to family friends whose mother had passed. My online order went well, was delivered on time, in good condition, and was exactly what the online photo showed. I would definitely use this florist again!

The bouquet of flowers that was delivered did not look at all like the picture of what I ordered. Also the vase was not a white pitcher which was what was described.

If I could give more stars, I would. Great customer service, and a business that stands behind their product. I had an issue with the bouquet I ordered, called the store and spoke to Daniel who is either the owner or the manager of the store. He was very professional, polite and understanding. He listened to my issue and immediately said they’d fix it. And sure enough, that same day they took care of it and delivered as promised. I have absolute confidence in this business and would buy from again. The wife is extremely happy with her flowers.

The third place I tried. The 1st website would not let me finish the order. Called them, only got a voice mail. The second place was closed at 3pm and not open for the next 4 days ( holiday weekend.) Everest Flowers website worked perfectly. Nice selection to choose from. After I ordered, realized I made an error on the sympathy card. Called Everest Flowers, they answered promptly and friendly. Quickly located my order and edited the card. They delivered the bouquet next day as promised. I saw a picture of the arrangement and it was spectacular. Bigger and better than the website indicated. Very pleased with total experience with Everest Flowers. I'll only use them in the future when I need flowers or arrangements in the Roseville area.

Flowers didn’t really look as pictured. It wasn’t worth $75 plus $15 delivery. The delivery driver did not speak English and it took a while for him to understand that I was across the street from where he was delivering. In total everything should’ve costed $30 instead of $100.

The flowers are beautiful, but my $49. bouquet ended up costing more than $90. They refuse to talk to me on the phone and delivered the order very late. There was a cabbage looking plant in the arrangement that is not in the photo. A little strange for a winter themed bouquet.

The most beautiful and colorful flower arrangement, it’s a very stunning presentation.

I paid $200 for this arrangement they weren’t delivered until 7pm and the arrangement had half the flowers I paid for. I spoke ti the store and the person accused my 86 year old mother of taking the flowers out and then took a picture and sent it to me. Keep in mind I spend about $1k for 6 events per year for the last several years and this is how I was treated. He had the nerve to ask if he could go verify the arrangement. Refuse to take responsibility or make it right. They won’t get another cent from me. I am going to contact my bank and reverse the charges.

Over the decades, I have tried all the big name flower delivery services and far too many times my mother received flowers that were sub standard, if she got them at all and always ended with a credit or another flower arrangement sent after the event.

The bouquet I received had a lot less flowers than I was expecting. I even paid for the deluxe, which was supposed to be filled out even more. I did not get my money’s worth and won’t be purchasing anything from here again.

The delivery was fine, but I was hoping it would look more like the picture. It shows a cupcake design with frosting. The light pink was supposed to be the frosting, but there was only 1 pink carnation on the actual Order. And it was a strawberry that was sent instead of a cherry.

I'm not one to make a fuss about every error. But the flowers were delivered wilted and dead. For $74.88 I thought they would be delivered alive and as a beautiful bouquet. The receiver was ashamed to tell me how terribly they arrived to her. I've left a message as well as sent an email with no response.... if I had heard back and had some way to rectify the order I wouldn't of felt compelled to warn others about the service.

I bought the “premium” flowers and most of the vase was stuffed with greenery not many flowers. The flowers they did use most of them weren’t fully bloomed yet. Wife still thought they where nice but after paying almost $150 I was expecting something a little fuller.

Unfortunately on a big occasion like Mothers Day the service was disappointing. The bulbs of the roses were as open as they can be without petals falling off. Some of the petals themselves had dry or dead edges

Our 26th wedding anniversary and I chose to send this year's Rose's via Everest Florist. The flowers showed up at closing of the day at my wife's office. Luckily someone was there late and were able to bring the flowers in. G Rossi florist always got the flowers there by 2 o'clock some day delivery. Everest made me look like a chump empty handed on my anniversary. Communication with them is horrible. Think twice before using them

My arrangement was dropped off with a neighbor who took it in to my brother’s home so when they arrived it was the first thing they saw. They were very pleased with the bouquet.

This beautiful cross of white mums, roses and greenery was wonderfully made (slightly less greens than in the photo but still really lovely). Daniil at Everest was able to deliver in time (other florists could not) and the price was much better than another florist that had been recommended.
I asked Daniil to send me a photo of the finished arrangement so I would be assured it was as pictured, and he was happy to do so. Thank you!

Hi. Although the recipient enjoyed the bouquet, I was disappointed to see a couple of issues with it. First, the roses were quite a bit more pink than depicted and so didn't really match the rest of the flowers. Second, one of my favorite parts about this bouquet was the beautiful smoky glass vase depicted. But, unfortunately, what my friend received was a solid ceramic vase. I'm sure that substitutions are sometimes necessary, and that I probably signed something agreeing to that. So I'm not asking for a refund of any kind. But I was disappointed. :(

The arrangement, flowers, and card turned out perfect. However, the flowers did not come in the vase that was shown on the website. It came in a plain, clear vase. I expected to get that specific vase shown, but I didn’t. I feel shorted in that respect because I thought I paid for that.

The purple roses were very pretty and great delivery service. The only thing to mention is to make sure you cut the stems so the roses don't wither as quick. This was told to me by some who has florist skills. He did the recuts and now the roses are no longer withered.

After using this florist 3-4 times within our family.....My husband and I were disappointed/upset to find out that my 8oz box of chocolates was supposed to be a 14 oz box! Granted my roses were beautiful, yet disappointed the chocolates were wrong and we lost out and paid for the larger box. Then today....we were ignored in the actual store.......which actually made us come home and check if our yesterday order was correct or not....and sure enough!
He expects a chocolate refund or an offer to come in and pick up the actual size we paid for!

As someone who worked in a flower shop for 2 years and has experience in wedding/daily floral arrangements and who has a step mother who is a florist I would naturally assume that a flower arrangement would compliment the vase and be made to fit the vase.
The whole thing needs to be propped up so it doesn’t fall over and the whole thing is extremely tacky.
It was embarrassing for my Mom to receive these and I’m just extremely disappointed in this.
When I was recommended to the shop it was because of how amazing the work is, I thought it would be reflected in my order.
This isn’t the style or brand advertised on Instagram and your google pictures.
I was looking for good quality work I didn’t care what the flowers were because I thought it would be a good quality arrangement. This is something I can buy at the grocery store for $15 not a specially made $52 arrangement.

Got delayed as it was delivered around 6pm instead of morning. But the flowers are splendid. Thank you

Everest stepped in and saved the day when we made a last-minute order for flowers for my uncle's memorial. I called at 4:15pm Wednesday for an arrangement to be delivered by noon the next day. I ordered them on the website after a short phone conversation with Daniel. I had a special request, a written message on the ribbons. Daniel called me back and clarified exactly how it would read (the original message I wanted was too long.) The flowers came on time, and looked just as impressive in real life as they did on the website. The written message was perfect. Many thanks!

And I got 2 pink lillies instead of a cluster.

I ordered this arrangement because I thought the flowers looked good together, they do. I also ordered this particular arrangement because I wanted the Raindrop Marquis Waterford Vase. They did not give me this vase, instead I got a very plain looking Marquis vase. The arrangement itself is very beautiful, only one problem, all the white roses were either dead of looking like they were about to die. For the price spent, I am not pleased with the end product. Thought they would have given me a better vase and all the flowers would have been fresh.

When we saw the “a-DOG-able in a Basket” we thought it was very clever and different than a simple arrangement (which are nice). Ordered this arrangement for a good friend's birthday. The friend sent me a picture of what her arrangement looked like. The only difference that I can see is the container. The one she received is round instead of square as in the picture. Otherwise it is a white container with the colored spots and a ribbon on the lid. My friend said the display was gorgeous. Also, I ordered the flowers in the morning of my friend's birthday and Everest was able to deliver them the same day. Thanks Everest staff!

I was excited to try this florist because it had such great reviews but this was an important birthday for my mom so I paid extra to get the premium flowers and the pictures I received of the flowers she got were very disappointing. I paid for the premium only to see it was filled with more leaves than flowers and the flowers that were there were brown and look like they will not last long. Very disappointed.

The flowers arrived super late and some ended up broken. The driver and store seemed confused on where it was delivered. I had to keep calling to confirm delivery and told different stories. They arrived and half the flowers dropped and stems were broken. By the next morning half of flowers were dead. What a waste of $80. Will never use them again.

Five Stars for delivering during the Pandemic Shelter in Place. My daughter loved the flowers and they brightened up her day and birthday. I used to use online services like FTD but the quality was uneven. One arrangement I sent was just the flowers dumped randomly in a vase - I knew because the recipient sent me a picture. She liked them but it was supposed to be so much more.

So, I decided to look for a florist that was local to my family. Everest jumped out on a map search. When I went to their website to browse arrangements, I was sold. They have an incredible selection of traditional and unusual arrangements and holders. Their eye for color and shape is out of this world. I’ve used them a few times now and have never been disappointed. Today, I ordered a birthday arrangement. Almost immediately I received a call as they were out of one of the flower types shown. They described what they could add and it was perfect. Now that’s excellent service.

They’re located in the northeastern part of Sacramento near Citrus Heights. If you are looking for flowers or buying for someone in the area, I highly recommend Everest Flowers.

I did not get to see the arrangement myself, but a dear friend and co-worker that we sent the flowers to his family, on behalf of, said the arrangement was just beautiful!

I ordered online. The delivery was within 2 hours of when order was placed. Extremely fast. Delivery fee is reasonable. The flowers were fondly received. This will be my go to florist.

My woman liked the flowers, but I was expecting the floral arrangement to be more so like the description on the site. Nevertheless, she was happy, but I feel more so from the thought rather the product. So I rate my first experience 3 stars. Thank you for providing me the service.

Amazing boutique of flowers. Very unique and special flower arrangement selections. Exactly like the picture. Excellent customer service...when they didnt have a certain color flower described in the picture they called me and gave me options.

I wasn't able to see the arrangement personally as I do not live in the area, but several family recipients said it was "beautiful", "absolutely perfect" and "prettiest ever seen". I would take that as an excellent.

The online site was easy to navigate and delivery was on time. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I selected the Artisan’s Choice Bouquet & chocolates for Mother’s Day, my Mother loved the arrangement with amazing variation of flowers with beautiful rich colors, she also enjoyed the chocolates! She sent me photo’s, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, thank-you!

I don't think the flowers that were delivered were quite as full as the picture shown but otherwise they came at the perfect time and was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this florist.

The flowers were amazing. Not big issues but I was down 1 balloon and the chocolate was old. They were for my moms bday and she’s not a picky woman at all so she didn’t care too much I just love 5 hrs from here and thought this would be a great gift for her.

FABULOUS! I ordered one of the tropical arrangements from their website. After my girlfriend received it, she sent a pic of it. I was not disappointed at all! And she loved it! I ordered Saturday morning and they delivered it that afternoon. Happy!

The bouquet is the cutest and most creative I've seen from ANY florist shop. I just adore this one and I know my boyfriend will love it! Excellent customer service, too. I had a question and got a reply almost immediately. I will definitely order from here again and recommend this shop to others. Thanks again!!!

Actual arrengment did not have eve half of the flowers that are on the picture. My mom throw it a way in 3 days. I don’t think so that I’ll order from your store again

Didnt get what I ordered. I had to call around 6pm questioning where my order was. Supposedly it never printed on there end. If there going to offer same day delivery they need a better system. They did end up finding my order but was all out of that flower so they had to substitute. No discount was offered on there behave of there mistake
