Superb!
I made the order same day on my uber ride to the airport. A small delivery to my wife for the one week i’ll be away. Landed at my connecting location and called to make sure they were delivered. They were on their way, but it would be another 2 hours before my wife could receive them. This means that she would have left her office already. So I asked if they could deliver it sooner, without hesitation they made it their next stop and my wife received her flowers, 15 min prior to her leaving. It made her day, made her week. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I ordered Flowers for my daughter’s 16th birthday what I received was red roses with red carnations not at all what I had ordered I called the next day They said that they would replace them. I would just give them the old flowers and they would give me what I ordered. They never came to replace the flowers. What I had received Did not look like the picture and the flowers were already wilted and Brown on the ends. I don’t know if I will order flowers from them again. I feel if they weren’t going to replace the flowers they should’ve gave me credit.

Eric’s flowers provided a beautiful arrangement and delivered it within 2.5 hours of when we ordered it. It was a reasonable price and they didn’t try and gouge on with addition fees at checkout, like other flower shops did.

My brother and I live on the east coast and could not make it to Tucson to see our mom for her birthday. The day before the bouquet was scheduled to deliver, I called to make sure everything was in order. The woman on the phone was super kind and assisted in finding my order. She confirmed with me what time I needed them delivered and assured that I had nothing to worry about.

I had never used Eric's Flower Market before. I was unable to make it to a friends birthday party, so I decided to send her flowers. Other than trying to decide which beautiful bouquet to choose, ordering was super easy. After the flowers were delivered, they were stolen from the front porch and my friend didn't get them. This really was not the fault of Eric's Flower Market. They had no obligation to do anything, but they did. After I alerted them to the problem, they took it upon themselves to send another bouquet to my friend. After she received them she messaged me to tell me how beautiful they were, and how great they smelled. I don't usually have much need to send flowers, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to patronize Eric's Flower Market.

We ordered the a-DOG-able in a basket for a client that had recently lost her 14 year old dog. What was actually delivered was a basket of yellow and orange flower with peaches??? NO WHERE CLOSE TO WHAT WE ORDERED ONLINE. How could this get so wrong?? DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I did NOT get the shown flowers and they were starting to wilt as well. There were NO sunflowers in my flowers and that was the main reason I was willing to pay for the deluxe flowers. However once again there were NO sunflowers in my bouquet!

Paid extra to have these delivered between 9:30am-12:30pm, they didn't get delivered until 2:30pm. I didn't even get a courtesy call to let me know there would be a delay. Paying for a service you don't receive is the worst taste. Could use some improvements in that area.

Dear Eric's, I'm sorry to say that this experience with your business has been awful! I ordered this arrangement online on 1/30/24 to be delivered to an address in Yuma, AZ. on 1/31/24. The amount of $58.42 was debited from my bank account on
1/30/24! Although I received an email on 1/31/24
stating that the arrangement had been "hand delivered' on that day, the recipient never received anything! I stopped into the store on Campbell Ave. in person yesterday (2/1/24) and explained the situation - the two employees present said they would look into it, including calling the florist in Yuma! So far, I have heard nothing!!! I have had wonderful experiences ordering flowers locally from Eric's in the past, but this situation needs to be rectified!!! I have ordered repeated bouquets from Eric’s. I have yet to see one that is remotely like the picture on the website. This last one was as if they threw some flowers in a vase. It is so discouraging. I don’t think one flower in the picture was used in the bouquet.

On 12/31/23, I placed an on-line order for the Chic Garden Bouquet and a ‘Happy Birthday’ mylar balloon.
I wanted both to be delivered to my partner’s place of work on 01/02/24. To ensure it got there in a timely manner, I paid the additional $9.95 fee for “Timed Delivery”.
As of 3p on 01/02/24, the delivery still had not been made. I called Eric’s and spoke with an apologetic lady (I unfortunately forgot her name) who, while not knowing what went wrong, assured me she would take care of it.
Thankfully, the flowers and balloon were delivered shortly after our phone call; however, she said she would talk to Eric about refunding the extra fee, but I don’t have any confirmation the refund was processed.
Also, the bouquet that was delivered looks quite different than what I ordered. The pictures on the website show pastel-colored flowers in a nice little wooden box, but the flowers that were delivered were bright and in a black container.

The flowers were not as pictured. The title of the bouquet was "blushing," except the flowers were not blush. These flowers were supposed to be for someone who lost a family member, so I requested a thinking of you balloon. A bright yellow happy face balloon was sent instead, which is inappropriate given the circumstance.

My heart sank when I saw the Peace Lilies I ordered for my father's funeral without a single bloom on either plant and in tacky plastic lavender colored containers instead of the wicker basket shown on the website. Any grocery store would carry a similar green plant at a fraction of the cost. I want a refund.

They tell you that they cannot guarantee a specific time. However, they were kind enough to make sure that the person I was sending the flowers to would get them before she left. They took a picture of the person with the flowers and sent it to me. How awesome is that!! They really give a lot of personal care and attention to your order. The cost of the flowers were reasonable. I will never go anywhere else.

Hello - I actually was not happy with the flowers you delivered yesterday to my friend. The website for Rural Route bouquet was beautiful but the item delivered didn’t match the picture. Beautiful bouquets! We ordered these for administrative professionals' week. The flowers were very different than the advertised daisies (lots of beautiful yellows and pinks), but overall they did a fantastic job in putting these together and they were a massive hit with our team.

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I received an email saying it had been delivered. But it had not. I left several voicemails with no response. Then last night at about 11pm, the recipient got a text asking if she still wanted it delivered that night. As she was already in bed, she said she could wait until today. Today it was delivered. The guy who delivered it sat it on the porch, rang the bell and retreated to his vehicle while on his phone. Although she yelled a “thank you” at his retreating back, he continued to his vehicle, ignoring her.
These flowers were for a very important birthday and were not delivered as promised. Although I have used Eric’s Flower Market for years, I will never use them again. I trusted them to deliver on time, and although they said they had… they did not. If I could rate this service using negative numbers, I would.

My wife never received her roses. They were for Valentines Day. I even got and email saying that they were delivered even though they were never delivered. I spoke to Eric the owner and he said that someone canceled my delivery. He didn’t know why it was canceled. He said he was going to credit my debit card and give me a credit for a free order of roses and free delivery when ever I was ready to order them. So at least Erik tried making up for there mistake.

Worst experience ever. I ordered late so I figured there may be a delay in delivery for Valentines. I got an email saying it was delivered at 6pm on 2/14. It wasn't actually delivered until 2/15. Most flowers were wilted. I tried to call several times, no answer. Even left a voice mail. No response. I emailed, no response. I will never use them or recommend again.

Unfortunately, this year I did not have a great experience with Eric's Flower Market. I have been supporting Eric's for years and usually the service and products are great.
I spoke with the manager on Tuesday 2/14/23 to express my dissatisfaction with the service I was provided this year. Not only did the bouquet I order for my wife for Vday get delivered a day early, the flowers were already dying the next day and the final product looked nothing like the arrangement I chose which was truly disheartening. The Clear Blue Skies arrangement was nearly identical to our wedding flowers. Unfortunately, what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised. It is now 2/17 and I have still not received the call back from the manager that I spoke to.
This experience overall was not only terrible but forced me to make the sad decision of going somewhere else due to poor customer service and lack of empathy for my experience.

These were delivered late last night. Looks like they were put into a drinking glass instead of a the vase in the picture. Also missing the white accents. Overall an "OK" arrangement. I would probably go with another florist in the future.

I have ordered flowers from Eric’s three or four times. Each time I labor over the perfect bouquet. I order and then find that what my daughter received is nothing like what I ordered. Its one thing to substitute one flower but to have the entire bouquet completely different than the picture. The first time, the vase was completely different. The next two plus times the bouquets were vaguely similar. This last time the bouquet was completely different. Also I also requested the bouquet be delivered on the 13th and it was delivered on the 12th. It worked thankfully that because my daughter was home early. Is this common practice to design a bouquet how ever you choose regardless of the specific order? If so it is probably time I locate another florist. I like that Eric’s delivers at all times but I sure wish the bouquets would be what I ordered.

I was disappointed the color of the roses was different than that of what shown in the picture. My daughter’s favorite color is purple and that is why I sent these to her and what she got was roses that were a dark pink. It was a special day for her and I wanted it to be perfect for her.

I sent this to my friend in Tucson who had lost her beloved dog, Henry. It was delivered as she was leaving to do an errand and she asked the delivery person to please put it inside the gate rather than outside and the deliverer was gracious enough to go back and move the arrangement. Timely delivery :) Bit disappointed that carnations were incorporated into the arrangement, in place of other flowers shown for ones I saw in picture, at time order was placed, that appeared to be truly a lovely display, one with carnations, not so much. Not sure why this was done, cost may have been a factor, as carnations are least expensive. I know this from having worked for a florist.

Flowers were delivered well, and on time, although there was a slight problem with the order; there were chocolates and a soft toy missing from the order. However, when I contacted Eric's Flower Market regarding this they were so helpful in giving me a refund for the missed items, and even included a little extra as a gesture of goodwill! Again I use Eric’s flowers.. I don’t know why I keep coming back but never again. I placed an order for a birthday dozen of pink roses with baby breath n greens on Wednesday afternoon for delivery Friday morning thinking it’s ample time for them to deliver early as my wife leaves early on Fridays.. in the”special instructions” box i communicated this very same message and come Friday1230 pm they still weren’t delivered.. I had to call and rush them to deliver and they barely made it with five minutes to spare before she left.. this isn’t even to mention the floral arrangement! Wilted flowers, cheap greens ZERO baby’s breath and definitely didn’t look like the image presented. And most definitely not worth the price. Please read my other reviews on Eric’s flowers.. they don’t realize the importance of these deliveries and will never ever ever get my business again.

What I ordered vs what was received was VERY different. I intentionally selected something white based as these were sent due to the passing of someone’s mother. What was received was red based. I also selected sympathy as the purpose of the arrangement. They were pretty, in good condition, but certainly not appropriate for the occasion. Disappointed and a bit embarrassed for what was sent out.

I was super excited for the recipient of this bouquet from the picture. I ordered balloons and candy and they were out so they were going to add more flowers which was fine but the flower arrangement does not look like this picture and there is some low grade yellow daisy type flowers and ferns! I think what they did is added more ferns and low grade flowers to make it fuller I am so disappointed and paid so much money for this arrangement.

I had ordered a dog in a basket flower arrangement to be delivered to my mother for mother's day she received a cheap flower arrangement instead and when I called the store they were very unhelpful and rude when I emailed the manager I thought it would get resolved he promised to have another arrangement delivered to make up for the one she didn't receive but unfortunately they never delivered it I was cheated out of the money I paid I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone it was a horrible experience

What I ordered and what was delivered was totally not the same thing at all. The bouquet that was delivered was beautiful but cost wise was quite a bit below what I paid for. I understand substitutions being necessary however if everything about the bouquet is going to be different I would expect a call to confirm that this is okay. When I called the only option available was to redo the bouquet, redeliver and take back the other bouquet. This would make the recipient feel bad and cost the store extra in delivery. I would have expected an offer of a partial refund to reflect the actual cost of what was delivered.

There were 3 price points for the 'Victorian Romance' bouquet and it feels like paying highest was foolishness on my part having never used this florist before (probably never again). When someone promises their love a dozen roses and they only get 10 this type of thing could be VERY disappointing.

I Love the service and convenience of ordering flowers for delivery, but I wasn’t happy that I asked for delivery between 9am-12noon and not only did they deliver until 2:30 pm but they call me recipient because the couldn’t find the leasing office to an apartment building. The first time I visited Eric's Flower Market, I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and Eric himself made one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. He was incredibly kind, his arrangement was creative, and the service was quick. Amazing. 5 stars. The next time I needed flowers for a special event, I visited in-person to order a small custom bouquet two weeks in advance, but when I arrived for pick-up the two people working the shop (not Eric) told me that they had no idea about it, didn't have all the stems we agreed upon, and took about an hour to get it ready. It still looked nice, but I left feeling disappointed. This week, I ordered a bouquet of stargazer lilies through their website, and again it wasn't ready at pick-up time. The two people working the shop this time (also not Eric) said that they weren't sure they had any stargazer lilies, but would go in the back and check. They came out with bouquet of flowers that they insisted were stargazers, but looked wilted, wrinkled and different in color from actual stargazer lilies. This was a gift for a plant-lover and avid gardener who noticed right away. I'm disappointed in the service when Eric isn't in the shop. Eric is a true artist and I hope to continue supporting his business, but the rest of the staff needs to do better.

The arrangement i ordered did not match the picture. I understand there needs to be adjustments made to the arrangements but it looked like a totally different arrangement. I specifically chose it because I wanted the rectangular vase used. What's the point of posting a picture and selecting an arrangement if ultimately you guys will end up making a different one? The vase that was used looks like something I could find at a dollar store. And the arrangement could have been bought at WalMart from the looks of it. Very disappointed. Not worth the $80 i spent. I'd really like a refund.

Timing is everything with some jobs/busnisses! After a death in my family, I ordered flowers to be sent same day. I ordered them about 2hours before the store even opened via the website. According to the website there was 3 more hours to order before they couldnt do same day delivery. They called after the store opened to ask if they could deliver the following day bc the driver left the store without the order (claiming it came in later on) I told them cancel it if it can't be there same day and Ill use someone else who can. Rather rudely I was told it was "my fault bc I didnt state the importance in the instructions." Are u kidding?? Its a death....I didnt think I needed too!! They stated they'd call in another driver to make the same day delivery I was told Id have. They called at the end of the day to tell me they wouldn't be delivering till the next day. Shops shouldn't be making promises on their website that they can't live up too. Calling me at around 3pm left me no time to cancel and use another company. (They are aware of that Im sure) They didnt reduce the delivery fee or make up for their own screw up in any way. It left me in bad circumstances. Honestly. If it's important to u that sympathy flowers get to an event at a particular time, Don't use this company. They'll just screw it up and act like it isn't their fault and they did nothing wrong.

To say I was disappointed when the flowers were delivered yesterday is an understatement. The only resemblance between the "Christmas Bouquet" on your web site and what I received, is the color of the flowers. The arrangement was non-existent with all of the red flowers on one side and the white ones on the other. The large white blossoms on the web site, were what had attracted me. To describe the bouquet as "deluxe" is an exaggeration.

I let the person on the phone know this and then he stated someone deleted the phone #s so that was the reason it was not delivered. he then said the address did not exsist verify address and that was the correct address he then stated and it would be delivered first thing May 14.within 3 hrs being 12:00 PM that came and went. called him back and he said the driver started in the reverse order and it would be delivered by 3:15pm. Expresssed to him that this was not acceptable he said he uprgraded it and added a few more flowers, however it did not appear upgraded. it was delivered by 4:15 PM Very dissappointed will not use again

Not happy at all! These are the flowers I paid $80 for and these were NOT the flowers that were delivered. Not even the same vase! The flowers that arrived were all white with blue accents in a tall vase. Also, these were supposed to be delivered on the 12th and they weren't delivered until the 13th. No phone call to let me know they weren't delivering them on the day I paid for and no email or anything to tell me when they were delivered. I cant tell you how unhappy I am.

Terrible experience unfortunately. Ordered my flowers a week BEFORE Mother’s Day and ordered them to be delivered the day BEFORE Mother’s Day so there would be no hiccups.
Flowers weren’t delivered: no call, no email, no explanation. I had to call twice to finally get ahold of Someone who said “sorry but we were really busy”. When I asked why I hadn’t been notified there was no coherent reply.
Then got a call that day saying they had tried to deliver flowers on Mother’s Day but couldn’t get into the recipients gated community...except the recipient does not live in a gated community.
Flowers finally arrived and do NOT look like a $60 bouquet.
I am so disappointed: I know Mother’s Day is a busy time but this was particularly shoddy customer service.

After I placed my order, I called to make sure it could be completed by a certain time. Whoever I spoke to assured me that it would. When I got there, I was running 15 minutes late and my order had not even been started yet.
This arrangement was for Greek Easter, which is a huge deal on our culture and in all honesty, for $60, I was not wowed by this arrangement. The personalized card was also not included and a blank card was left in its place.
Since I work right around that area, I refer people to you all the time, so to have this experience was disappointing.

I am very disappointed with the floral arrangement I paid over $90.00 to have delivered to my niece on her 90th birthday. Not only was the arrangement altered, but the flowers you substituted looked old and were sloppily placed. I have attached two pictures: one is of my selection with a dog made from white carnations, and the other picture is what was delivered. I was notified that you didn’t have carnations in and that you would place a teddy bear in its stead. What you put together had no design or cohesiveness, or style. It was just a bunch of messy flowers stuffed in a basket with a teddy bear placed on top the flowers. The order delivered didn’t even have the minimum number of flowers from the basic arrangement, and I paid for the deluxe version.
Neeedless to say, I definitely will not return to your business again for any of my gifting needs in Tucson or anywhere else. I also will not recommend your flower mart to anyone. In fact I am so disappointed and disgusted by how you ruined a loving family gesture that I have gone online to give your mart a very negative review and I will continue to do so including pictures.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered flowers for my uncle who is in an ICU unit at the veterans hospital. My uncle had been near death and I wanted to cheer him up since we are not allowed to see him. The flowers were not delivered and I was told the driver made a “mistake” and took them to the Air Force Base. I don’t believe it I’m sure the base would have told him they were not the VA and he should have rectified that then not a day later. They are supposed to deliver the flowers today but it ruined the experience. Never again will I use this florist.

I picked up the floral arrangement. The folks in the shop, despite being very busy, were gracious and friendly. The bouquet was lovely---very fresh with tight buds and lilies that had a lovely aroma. I delivered the arrangement to a friend who was very pleased. I am sure that these flowers will last a long time because they were so fresh. Both of those things did not happen. At 5:30 p.m, I called their location three times to try to figure out where the flowers were. This was a very disappointing purchase.

Great experience, I submitted my order online at noon and they had them delivered by 3 which is excellent! They looked just as good as the picture if not better. Only thing I would have liked to see is an estimated delivery time before and after purchase, but I was able to call and get an estimate right after my order. The Flowers my aunt said were exquisite. The main issue I have was not being able to get a hold of anyone to find out the status of the order. I called several times, but no answer. It would ring several times and then go to voicemail. Other than the lack of communication on your part, the experience was good. Being able to get them delivered the same day that they were ordered was great.

We usually close at 2pm Saturdays and Sunday’s, so there’s no one to answer the phones, but I always check my email, even sometimes in the middle of the night. I hope you can reconsider our being a 3-star florist when, as you mentioned the flowers were beautiful, and our only error was to not answer the phone after hours.

Two days ago I ordered a dozen of roses for my brother, it holds a spiritual connotation for each of us! He sent me a picture of the roses which in and of themselves were beautiful, but the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the photo and didn’t even have the babies breath as advertised. The roses looked untrimmed and were kinda just hanging over the time of the vase, almost like it was made in haste or by someone with no presentation experience. The flowers were beautiful, but they arrived too late for Irma to get them for her birthday. As I wrote in the special instructions when I ordered them, she only works in the mornings and leaves at 1:00 p.m. each day. I asked that they be delivered either before 1:00 on the 19th (her birthday) or else in the afternoon of the 18th so I could give them to her the morning of the 19th. They were delivered around 1:20 on the 19th, after she had left for the day. I gave them to her the next day, but wasn't the same as if she'd gotten them on her birthday, and the happy birthday balloon looked a little sad, under the circumstances.

Well Im all the way in Texas and i sent my Aunt a European romance bouquet for mothers day but the flowers she received was not what i ordered. What did arrive was really a large and lovely display of very cool flowers and greenery. The vase was your clear standard vase with a straw bow attached at the neck of the vase.

I had ordered flowers online to be delivered at my wife’s work for Valentine’s Day, However, based on the picture provided online compared to what was actually delivered, it appears I was deceived.
The flowers that my wife received don’t even resemble the flowers I believed to be ordered. The ones I ordered are radiant with purples and bright pinks, with an impressive stature. However, the flowers actually delivered are void of any bright color, wilted and placed in the vase with no regard for symmetry or beauty.. it’s hard to believe I paid almost $100 for the flowers on the right.. by that comparison, the flowers I believed I ordered would cost $1000.
I’ve usually had great flowers with Eric’s but it would seem the quality has diminished or in the very least, holidays such as Valentine’s Day are a bad day to order from Eric’s.
Thank you for the years of quality orders, however after the embarrassment of the the flowers my wife received at work, I’m going to take my flower purchases else where.
The funny part is, I had emailed Eric’s flowers about 5 days ago with pictures and comments made here but I never received a response. Now 5 days later I get an email saying “how was your experience with Eric’s Flowers?”. I would wager that no one really monitors the comments or the emails, or
I’m the very least cares about their product.

I sent flowers to my gf who had to make last minute travel arrangements when her stepmom died, and then her dad shortly thereafter,. I’m in Portland and simply picked the closest flower shop. The flowers were delivered s day late even though I got an email they were delivered on time. I can overlook this being so close to Valentines. What I can’t overlook is she said the flowers were not fresh and the bouquet seemed wilted. I didn’t see it so I can’t speak to it, although other reviews have been less than positive. I’d rather have less flowers that are fresh than old wilted flowers. If they reach out I could update this review. I hope they do turn their shop around and figure out where they are going wrong. Flowers are important andcI hope they sew what an important impact in people milestones.
