The picture sent by the receiver did not look like this. Matter of fact, she thought I used a 25.00 gift card to purchase flowers for her birthday instead of the 100,00 I spent. Really disappointed!!!

I was satisfied with the product however it was not delivered on time as promised. It was promised to be delivered on February 14. It was delivered on February 15 instead. Other than that, no other issues with the service.

I ordered these long distance so had no idea what to expect. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful!! I upgraded to the mid level arrangement because I wanted it to be more substantial and my mom said it was very large!! I don’t mind paying when the result is everything and more than you expected. Delivery was same day and there were no issues. I definitely will use this company again!!

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
