Emilia Flowers is a total scam. I ordered flowers online, the recipient never got their flowers. Meanwhile, I got an email that my order was delivered exactly one minute (!) after I placed the order, which is not possible for obvious reasons. My attempts to contact the owner were to no avail. I am in the process of getting my money back from these scam artist.

we are sorry about this. There must have been a problem with our website because it should not have sent you a message saying it was completed the minute you ordered it and since this happened we missed it and never delivered it. We have tried calling you but your number is not in service. At the moment we are having a problem with our shop number. Please call us at 510-701-6251 and we will remedy this situation however you would like it.

Her little patch of terra firma fits in perfectly in the neighborhood where expectations of excellent quality, fresh, local ingredients and integrity are the norm.
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
