The flower arraignment was beautiful, but the service I was not satisfied with. I placed the order on Saturday for a 10:00 am delivery on Monday. I called at 12:00 because they had not been delivered, long story short I was told they would go out within the hour. No delivery by 3:00, called back I was told she doesn’t even see an order. So how are you sending it out if you don’t have an order. Finally it was delivery by 5:00 which did not make me happy. And the owner was always so snappy when we talked like it was my fault.

I'm sorry Yolanda, the order was marked as completed by mistake, I didn't know anything about this order until you gave me the order number and I found it on my merchant platform. If I had this order by my eyes before the mistake completion I would definitely ship it out on time, I'm sorry about delay.

Not only was the arrangement exceptional, so was the service. I was kept abreast of what was going on every step of the way. I even received a snapshot of the completed arrangement prior to it's delivery. I have never been given such personal care!! We will be back for all our floral needs

The delivery service was excellent, but the quality of the flowers was disappointing. My wife noticed that they had a musty smell upon arrival, and within a day or two at her office, they were already significantly wilted.

Beautiful arrangement. The family loved and adored it! Customer service was awesome. Easy ordering process and was informed when delivered. Even received a photo of the final arrangement, which I have never received from a floral company when I have purchased from out of town. Would definitely recommend!

The corsage pictured is not the corsage I received. The one I received had much smaller flowers and although it is cute it is not what I ordered. I understand sometimes substitutions have to be made but it should still closely resemble what you order visually.

Received a lovely bouquet, but was informed that the main flowers expected in the arrangement were in fact missing. The notecard I had written online and personalised also wasnt in the bouquet when I picked it up, which was disappointing.

The flowers were lovely, and my wife loved them -- but I booked a delivery on Valentine's day and they didn't deliver until the day after! No explanation, just "sorry, should we retry or cancel?" Don't use this florist for time-sensitive stuff apparently.

Elena put a beautiful arrangement together for us on short notice on a Saturday and delivered it directly to my family member's hospital room (when all the hospital gift shops were closed). She was wonderful to work with and the flowers were stunning.

My Brother was overjoyed to receive Elena's glorious upgraded rendition of Blue and White Delight. Her super fast service to Cleveland Clinic was EXCELLENT.
The flower preparation was very professional and of such great quality that they lasted a long long time! My sincerest gratitude to Elena for helping my brother rise and shine after open heart surgery!

Let me know at 9pm they were too busy to deliver (ordered 2 days prior). MISSED A BIRTHDAY DELIVERY.
Took my call the following day and agreed to cancel the order. LIES.
Decided to deliver them anyway using Door Dash who.
Gave the WRONG address to Door Dash and driver had to contact me for the correct address. He STILL had difficulty finding a VERY easy to locate home due to ineptitude.
SUBSTITUTED flowers...... not a Sunflower in the bouquet.
Absolute pitiful & painful experience. Never again. Sorry for the poor review, but this isn't normal customer service at all.

While the bouquet was absolutely beautiful it did not look like what we ordered at all and had absolutely no blue flowers in it. We picked the gallina specifically because of the blue flowers pictured and left a note for florist to make sure there were blue flowers in bouquet and not 1 blue flower was there and my request was completey ignored which was extremely disappointing. It was for a 9 uear old whose favorite color is blie for her very first flower delivery so no blue was extremely disappointing. Communication with florist was very easy and the lady I spoke to was very kind and friendly. Because the bouquet was so pretty and the service was great, even though I was disappointed in the selection the florist picked, I will probably order from here again

Wonderful experience with the flower designer and the business in a whole. When they were unable to fulfill a detail in my order, they were very transparent and made good on that making this experience for my sisters' birthday even better by adding add'l items to my order.

There was a shortage of flowers so my delivery was delayed by one day which didn't turn out to be an issue for me. Elena made sure to call me when she found out about the shortage. The flowers turned out very pretty and I did not mind the wait at all!

She was very helpful and delivery was very accommodating to my needs while wife was undergoing procedures at Cleveland Clinic. My wife's expression as the flowers came into the room said it all!
