i haven't seen the bouquet, but the recipient was very happy with it and commented that the flowers were very beautiful.

The plant came but since it was the premier garden I thought it was going to be larger. The person we sent it to loved it and that’s all that matters.

First same day order went great.

Anniversary order that was made days ahead wasn't delivered before recipient left work.

It appears that the third order, same day again, arrived a day later than expected.

They were supposed to arrive during the work hours

It was the last minute decision to send the flowers and not only did they get them there the next day, but they were beautiful and at a fraction of the cost of many other places in the area.

Looking at the photo I thought the arrangement would be bigger, but it was still very colorful.

Unfortunately came up short! Was expecting a more flamboyant bouquet for my wife’s anniversary and I was so excited give it to her. Flowers looked beautiful for the most part but just was comedically small.

Although we did not see it the birthday person was happy receiving it.
Her said it was nice and made her happy

hydrangea, the flower you ordered, requires a lot of water and humid. make sure there is enough water inside the container is very important.
We dropped off the flower on the security desk on Jan 18. and the picture attached is the condition when we drop off the flowers.
Sorry I can not bring the flower upstairs because that's the hospital's policy.
Anyway I can give you another one and feel happy.

I was very happy with this arrangement for my cousins birthday. The driver called when the address was unclear and then delivered the flowers promptly.

Sorry to say, the person I sent it to did not receive it. I'm sure you delivered it correctly but somehow got lost in the facility. I will try to find out what happened on Monday.

I specifically picked flowers that have hydrangeas and my mom sent me a picture when she got them and they had none. I even paid for the deluxe flowers. I contacted customer service and they didnt refund me.

The arrangement that was delivered to my daughter looked nothing like the picture that’s on your website. There was no glass vase, just a cheap wooden box with one succulent & the smallest orchid that I have ever seen. I have tried to get a replacement but I haven’t been successful. Would never recommend this to anyone.

The flowers completely deferent from the picture it’s look like not touch at all maybe take them 3 minutes to put the flowers in the vase and they look awful plus I called 2 times no body answer to me and finally when he answer to my call I was asking him about my delivery he said I call you back and never call back

The image on the website does not look anything like I received. The container was much smaller, there was no banana leaf and you can see the foam block holding the stems. There were 2 roses... the arrangement is called the charm of roses.

My mother-in-law always loves the arrangements I order for her and that they are made locally is such a bonus. She really raves about them!
