I decided to try out a local florist to purchase a Valentine's Day bouquet. Upon receipt of the flowers, I noticed the roses were quite small and closed. The roses never opened up and died within a couple of days and the greenery of the bouquet wilted. The white flowers quickly followed. I am VERY disappointed with the quality of the bouquet. I sent EC florist an email which I did not get a response from. I called multiple times, but the phone number simply does not wor. So I decided to stop by in person, only to discover that the location in question does not exist. I am very confused and annoyed at this point and would not recommend anybody use this company.

Ordered a 3 rose bouquet for Valentine’s Day. One good thing, they were able to put it together quickly as it was ordered on the 13th.
The rest is bad…bouquet looked fine when it first arrived. Although I paid extra for the Deluxe version and it looked exactly like the standard, so not sure what I paid extra for?
A day later one of the 3 roses was already dead and 2 were dead by the weekend (arrived Wednesday).
After sending two emails in the hopes they would make it right, I have received ZERO response. I am left to presume EC does not care about their quality or their customers. Safe to say, with so many other options in the area, I will not be returning.

I always purchase a plant arrangement for my daughter on Valentine's Day. I found EC Florist through a Google search. The images on the website looked gorgeous.
I am always hesitant to make an out-of-area purchase because many florists provide mediocre products around the holidays. I spoke to Eric, the owner, and felt comfortable that this transaction would go smoothly.
I placed my order online. The website was easy to use. The arrangement was beautiful and far exceeded the expectations based on the website image. The flowers were delivered on time. Thank you for such a positive experience!

We love this florist’s work!! I have tried ordering flowers for my mother using 1800 flowers and other online services but never felt like the quality was worth the costs. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for my wife's birthday. The night before, I received an email saying they were delivered at 3 AM, which seemed strange. There were no flowers to be found. I called several times throughout the day and left messages on the voicemail because no one answered. Late in the day, I finally received a text saying that my flowers were delivered at 1 p.m. However, they were not delivered. I was home all day, and no one had come. Then I received a message saying they would be delivered at 10:41 PM and then another saying my order was canceled and I needed to contact the store. I have since tried calling and emailing the store for two days and have not been able to get through or receive confirmation that I would be refunded.

The deliver was very fast and same day, but the arrangement looked thrown together. The roses weren't cut down to the same size as the other flowers and I had asked for a larger size and it was a pretty bare bouquet of flowers. I was definitely disappointed.

This was my second time ordering flower arrangement from EC Florist for my daughter and her family in Boston, I am in California.
The first order was totally different from what I saw on the website, luckily my daughter liked it. Selection of color and flower were elegant! So I was happy with it.
The second time was pretty nice arrangement too. Eric (I assumed he is the owner of the florist) is very helpful and very responsive to my request and the flower arrangement was delivered on the spot that I specified. That is very important since the front door of the condo is very close to the street. I also specified the flower that they allergic to in the instruction box, he reads the notes too. Thank you so much for your good customer service Eric. I will keep placing my flower arrangement from your florist! Keep up the good work! I wish you the best with your business!

The flowers were fresh, beautiful and nicely arranged. It had most of the components in the Indian Summer arrangement except for the fillers which I think really enhance arrangements. There were a few branches. I did notice the yellow with green leaves tropical flower (?) in the front which was a big plus. Also the recipient loves sunflowers so that worked out well. The received arrangement didn't have the dramatic contrast of the ordered piece. There was a lot of orange.
If it was closer to what I ordered, I would have given it 5 stars. I love your arrangements. You always add something unexpected that sets the arrangement off. Placed order online on 8/10 to be delivered on 8/16. Received email for ‘attempted delivery’ the evening of 8/15. Called EC Florist first thing on 8/16 to clarify what happened. Tried to brush me off and didn’t even bother to look up order. When he finally did, he claimed there is no order with that number and I must’ve gotten the flower shops mixed up. My confirmation email didn’t change his claim. Insisted his shop’s name is EC Flowers not EC Florist. After two lengthy heated exchanges I asked to cancel the order which he didn’t seem likely to do. Luckily the representative from BloomNation helped me to receive the refund. The saddest part is though that surprising my daughter on her birthday with a beautiful flower bouquet never materialized.

Ordered flowers for a specific delivery date for a surprise for my friend. I chose this florist because their online system showed that I could schedule a Sunday delivery. Flowers were beautiful but they delivered a day early without asking me if that was ok. Had they asked, I would’ve said no because my friend would not be home until the following day. But they delivered a day early and her flowers sat unattended for more than 24 hours. Luckily nothing happened to them but someone could have easily stolen, knocked over, or otherwise ruined the flowers in the time they were left unattended.
I brought my concern to the business but they told me what they did was “Better than doing nothing and wasting your good intentions.” They did not try to contact me in any manner ahead of time to ask if they should proceed with delivering on a date I did not agree to.
Again, the flowers were beautiful but I am not happy how my delivery turned out, or how the business handled my complaint after the fact. Would not purchase from them again.

The owner needs more customer service skills!! I called the store multiple times and got the voicemail. When I did speak to someone at the store which was the owner. He was very rude. There are many florist shops in the area. I will definitely use them next time.

If you’re in a bind and need a last minute delivery not a bad choice. The flowers were not great, already wilting after less than a day, and the bouquet itself was pretty bare for the price point. I ended up throwing the $85 flowers from EC Florist out and bought a much nicer bouquet for half the price at Whole Foods. If you’re debating being lazy and just ordering flowers cause it’s easy I recommend biting the bullet and going elsewhere.

The flowers were not the same colour, the volume is not as shown and the vase is significantly different and ugly. The delivery person also didnt “hand deliver” anything they sent me a text that its outside the door. It was supposed to be a surprise which didnt work out that way!

The flowers themselves were pretty enough. But I paid 40% extra for the premium versus the standard size and all I got were the same amount of flowers in a taller vase. Ended up looking like a bunched up bouquet of flowers. If you get flowers here don't waste your money on the premium size. Just get the standard.

We also understand the necessity of like and kind as substitution--however, while the orchid itself is ok, it's container and presentation is not.
What you see as pictured, Divine Orchid in an elegant rectangular base, is not what was received. If I could post a picture here, I would.
A substitution similar in kind to what was on EC's website as indicated in the substitution wording, would have been more appropriate than what was actually used by EC Florist:
The dull splintered little grey box in which the plant was held sadly presented the "phalaenopsis' orchids. Proper green florist moss was also missing. Instead, the sparsely placed fill material detracted greatly from the plant along with a small odd little rock positioned over a few blue and white bits? I expected a professional florist to do differently for the cost involved.
I am embarrassed for having sent this gift from EC Florist. Unfortunately, this is a disappointing experience for us.

I’ll start by saying I did send an email to the ecflower email address, but received no response.
I’m aware Valentine’s Day is probably busier than any other day for flowers and there might have been a supply issue, but after paying almost $70 for flowers, I was more than disappointed at what was delivered. The picture shows a beautiful arrangement of flowers and says it will be delivered approximately as shown in the pictures. What I received was a handful of flowers, literally about 5 flowers, in a vase filled with mostly green and leaves.
As far as delivery went, there were no issues there. I got a phone call and a picture sent to my phone for confirmation of delivery.
Now, I can understand if it doesn’t look like the picture, but I do not find it acceptable to receive 5-7 flowers after spending $70 and seeing this picture of what I purchased. In all honesty, I feel a bit scammed and I was embarrassed when I surprised the person I love with flowers and that’s what showed up.

The arrangement was a bit different than the one pictured. It does state that this is a possibility on the website. But the altered bouquet was just as beautiful, so do not let that possibility prevent you from ordering.

Ordered the Daily Special bouquet, and upgraded to 'Deluxe'. Bouquet received literally looked as if spare flowers were slammed in a vase. Some beautiful blooms, true. Lovely lilies (2 or 3) maybe 2-3 roses, some filler greens and yellow small blooms. Just disappointing that the overall look was literally random, no pretty color coordination, yellow red white w/greens. Eh... not deluxe

Floral arrangement arrived a day late despite promise of a same-day delivery (not a big deal in itself, though automated confirmation emails continued to disregard their mistake), and was not up to expectation at all. The mug (which was a primary reason for our order) was substituted with a very generic mug, and arrangement included far less flowers than indicated in photo, despite purchasing an additional deluxe upgrade. Attempted to contact EC Florist to seek a compromise, but phone number (listed on their website, subsequent automated emails, and printed on the card delivered with arrangement) was disconnected. Looked up their storefront address (again, still listed on their website and printed on delivered card) to find that they have not been at their location since at least 2015, 5 years earlier. Vendor also has not replied to any emails, and therefore we had no means of actually working out our concerns with them directly. Extremely disappointed in their apparently deliberate misleading business practices.

You made the flowers is not the same as picture. Cup should be snowman but you send santa claus. You send all red flowers. It should be white and red flowers. Not enough flowers as i paid for deluxe which should be extra flower or full flower. I dont see pine (brown).

We chose this florist online because they stipulated that they would deliver flowers on time for Mother's Day when other florists said they would not deliver until the Monday or Tuesday afterwards. EC Florist did not deliver the bouquet on Mother's Day, and told us that they would upgrade the order to make up for that. When they actually delivered one day late, they did an entirely different bouquet that was not upgraded but downgraded from the medium size to the small bouquet. The man who delivered the flowers did throw in a free balloon and he was nice to my mother when he arrived. Afterwards, we got a message from EC Forist saying, "YAY, we delivered your flowers on time," which was not the case. Over all, the service was completely unacceptable and the bouquet that arrived was ridiculously overpriced.

For a total of $90 (inc. delivery) I expected a hell of a lot more. The “Premium” bouquet was small, a total of 5 flowers - all were wilted. The greens (which was a majority of the piece) were from a pine tree. Unacceptable. I emailed EC twice noting how embarrassed I was by the product they delivered. No response. Avoid EC Florist!

My Mother-In-Law was thrilled. She received the delivery just before 9pm the night before Mother's Day and was so impressed with the bouquet. She told us if we ever get flowers for her again to get them from you! I love that they were from a local florist!

I ordered the Deluxe Endless Romance Bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day, it was suppose to be delivered on Saturday May 9th but got delivered Sunday May 10th no biggie but the deliveryman didn't even wait for someone to open door it was left outside, luckily a neighbor told my mom she had a delivery. What my mother received was a miniature size bouquet. I was embarrassed when my mom video called me to show me. It was awful. She had a total of 2 roses!!! The bouquet fit into a regular cup! Never again will I order. I live in NY and tried to brighten my mom's day but it was a very dissatisfying experience for the both of us.

Being out of state and unable to be with our daughter as she graduated with her masters degree, I contacted EC florists and the delightful Sunny Day bouquet was delivered to help make her day special. It is just as lovely as the picture and she thought so too. Happy to support local businesses during this crisis and thank you EC.

The arrangement arrived on time by a person responsibly wearing protective gear due to Covid-19. The flowers were beautiful! My girlfriend loved them! I was very pleased with my experience.

I had a wonderful virtual shopping experience using the EC Florist website. Navigation around the site is simple and the flower selections are beautiful. I was able to have flowers sent the same day of purchase to someone who has been alone for many weeks during quarantine. Once she received the flowers (which brightened her day!) she sent me a photo and the arrangement was exactly as shown on the website. I highly recommend this florist today, tomorrow and always! Beautiful flowers. Reliably delivered. I don’t take that for granted because Teleflora did not deliver my order at all to the same place. The color of the orchid was not the one in this picture it was white with purple flex. Very beautiful though.
