Placed order online on 8/10 to be delivered on 8/16. Received email for ‘attempted delivery’ the evening of 8/15. Called EC Florist first thing on 8/16 to clarify what happened. Tried to brush me off and didn’t even bother to look up order. When he finally did, he claimed there is no order with that number and I must’ve gotten the flower shops mixed up. My confirmation email didn’t change his claim. Insisted his shop’s name is EC Flowers not EC Florist. After two lengthy heated exchanges I asked to cancel the order which he didn’t seem likely to do. Luckily the representative from BloomNation helped me to receive the refund. The saddest part is though that surprising my daughter on her birthday with a beautiful flower bouquet never materialized.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
