Ordered flowers from Durango on line requesting same day delivery for my daughter half way across the U.S. and Durango delivered on time and the arrangement looked great.

Arrangement turned out great and was delivered early.

The flowers were great and delivered on time.
The staff were really helpful and I can recommend using them.

Delivered on time. Only setback was confusion when I requested what to write on the card that came with the flowers and completely misspelling my name. (This was even after calling in to clarify).

The service is really bad I call to make a cancelation 2 times and you guys answer so rude and I went online and send you 2 email to make the cancelation and nothing.
I never going back to you guys

Flowers didn't look like the picture I was hoping for the green stuff to lay just like the picture. Card was hideous design and handwriting was very hard to read. And they finished my sincerely on the back of the card which was very trashy.

We were told by the receiver that the flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and delivered on time. This is ur second time using Durango Flower Shop and it will not be our last.

I went online and purchased same day delivery flower. And I was hesitant at first because i want the flower to be delivered before 4:30. So right after I'm done online, I called the shop to make sure that its gonna be delivered at my desired time. And the girl that I spoke with was very happy to tell me that yes, they can do what I want and I was so relieved. I will definitely come back for business!
