As requested the order came next day early in the morning before 09:00am despite of the heavy rain that morning.

We ordered the Cosmopolitan arrangement and paid for the upgrade to the Deluxe. Upon arrival it looked stunning from away, but upon closer inspection - all of the filler flowers were lilted. It didn't feel like a fresh arrangement. This arrangement was for my boss and although she loved it, I felt like it fell short. I emailed the company and received no response.

As we have explained via email your message came unclear and we where unable to read it (I have attached a copy for you to see) Flowers where fresh and arrangement has been prepared in the morning on the day of delivery. Additional flowers where added since you have upgraded to DeLuxe. Some flowers, like Stock for example, have their natural look that can make an impression like the flowers are wilted. That’s their natural look and beauty of it.

I placed an order online from Colorado for an arrangement for a friend and it was gorgeous ! They even sent me a picture of the actual arrangement , so I could see what she was getting . Delivery was easy and a follow up email let me know it had been delivered .

I ordered flowers to be delivered mother’s before noon because people were planning to have lunch and it Was delivered around 6 PM that day, so nobody was at home and that was a disaster so they didn’t enjoy the flowers. so I think this is irresponsibility because if we have an agreement and they have to fulfill it . So I don’t recommend it

Thank you for your review! Bloom Nation allows customers to purchase "timely delivery". Sir, you have not purchased this option, you even haven't mentioned anything in "special instructions" that you wish for morning delivery. The only agreement we had with you was that we will deliver the flowers on Mother's Day, May 9th, which we did. We have attempt delivery around 4pm, and after speaking on the phone with the recipient we were advised to deliver flowers to the restaurant rather than the house, because that's where the whole family was gathering together. We have delivered flowers at no additional cost for the second delivery, and the lovely lady receiving the flowers was very happy and thankful. Furthermore the whole family has enjoyed the flowers as they where all seating at the table. Thank you again for your order and we hope you have a wonderful day.

Ordering flowers on line can often be a dice roll. The pictures of the flora arrangements always look good. But when the real deal shows up upon delivery? Not always the same. And such is the case here with Doral Orchids. But in a good way. The flora illustrations are put to shame by the actual flowers that arrive. They simply take your breathe away.
I have done several orders with Doral Orchids and they all have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a new florist (no longer happy with Trias) when I received an ad for Doral Orchids and checked out their website. I found and ordered what I wanted and neither my wife (the recipient) or I could have been more pleased. Ordering was easy, delivery was terrific and the arrangement was absolutely perfect. They obviously have a floral designer who knows their "stuff" and the quality of the blooms was excellent. I will definitely be giving them all my future business if their quality and standards continue at this present level.
