The bouquet did not look like the picture and did not have any of the pink wax flowers which were replaced with Baby's breath. Way to costly for a dozen roses with Baby's breath.

Beautiful corsage that was so easy to order and pick up, ready on time and the customer service was so nice. The corsage was beautiful and looked like the picture. We discovered a bit later that it was missing the note we ordered which was unfortunate since we could’ve written a card if we knew it was missing. The flowers began wilting immediately which I’m not sure how to prevent. The store kept them cold but between the drive to pick up our date they started to brown which was a pity because it was so beautiful!! Any suggestions for how to keep a corsage fresh?

Absolutely terrible!!!! What was sent was nothing like what I ordred. A bunch of stringy looking daffodils and a few very small hyacinths. Placed order for the tulips and did not get a single one. After I picked up the flowers on Friday afternoon and got home I noticed that one of the green foliage branches was wilting. By Sunday morning two flowers had petals turning brown. By the next day they were dying.

I have made numerous floral orders with Donna’s in the past. This is the first time that I didn’t feel the arrangement matched The value that I had come to expect. The lilies were over bloomed and I didn’t see any blue hydrangea, roses, or chrysanthemums as indicated in the online picture. While I understand the need for substitutions, I was not made aware of this before the delivery. I wasn’t given the option to make a different selection.
Thank you for great past service but this last order was just not up to the quality that I looked for.

Updating my review from 1/20/2020. After hearing my concerns about the plant sent and confusing information on the website, Donna's Garden Flower Shop responded. Their website was updated and they provided a discount on the plant sent in the form of a gift certificate. Disappointed that the plant didn't have active flowers for the funeral, but it is a full, beautiful plant which will be a reminder to my brother and family of our sympathy and love for days to come. The sentiment on the card appeared as it was typed online, except the name from the credit card was added to the name on the note which made it look like it came from two people which was incorrect and created confusion for the recipient.
