Using "Just Because" from Rose's long list of occasions and with great difficulty in choosing from the many beautiful arrangement selections, I chose "From the Garden" for my wife 'just because' it was Wednesday and because I wanted to visually say "I love you." And since she was visiting her hair stylist that morning, it seemed like a good place to make a nice surprise. Rose made sure the timing was perfect and delivered to the salon just before appointment time. "From the Garden" captured all attention and as she arrived to her appointment first noticing the beautiful standout in the room, the stylist asked, "Is it your birthday? Is it your anniversary? Well what is it because you have flowers!"
Thanks to Rose for making a "Just Because" so special. The "From the Garden" was great, the quality was excellent, the price was well worth it, and the service could not have been better.
Designer Flowers by Rose is highly recommended.

The flower arrangement is beautiful and the container is a great change from a vase. Delivery on Valentine's Day (Sunday) was terrific since they were unable to do so on Saturday. I ordered on Friday and great appreciate the quick service. It was a terrific experience! I will use them again.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced!! My dad recently moved to South Carolina and I live in Minnesota. I am completely unfamiliar with the area, so when I wanted to order flowers for my dad for his birthday, I picked a place I thought was nearby! Unfortunately I was completely off and picked somewhere very far!! Luckily for me, they called and said they would make the drive to my dad's house!! They were so professional, understanding, and made it feel like I was talking to an old family friend. I believe they said they had been in business for 30 years and I think I know why!! Arrangement delivered was different than chosen . Shop did notify me (after delivery) but much of it was not available , even vase , and other things substituted . Suggest notifying buyer if they would like to choose something else before delivery .

Report from my mother is that the flowers were beautiful, and the customer service I received from Designer Flowers by Rose was excellent. They called to confirm a minor color change from the picture, and made a timely delivery even though the delivery was in a nearby town more than 20 miles away from the shop. Highly recommended!
