Thank you for creating such a beautiful and respectful sympathy bouquet for our family. The basket was filled with gorgeous white flowers and white roses and greenery that was very delicately decorated and gave comfort to our grief. Thank you for your compassion and kindness and attention to detail. Prompt delivery and beautiful fresh blooms.

My rating is not for the arrangement, which was as expected, it is for the delivery. I know it was a holiday weekend, but I was heading out of the country the next day (the reason for my delayed response) so needed to place the order that Friday. ...and I wanted to go with a local florist, since she had just moved to Westfield. Although the order asks for the recipient's phone number, she was never called. Obviously, the arrangement was left even though no one was home to answer the door. I only found out later that she was away - so the flowers sat outside her house from Saturday until Monday night, when she got home. Why request a phone number if it will not be used?

I sent a bouquet to a friend in Westfield yesterday. A beautiful arrangement was hand delivered in an hour. Amazing! She was delighted and sent me a picture which was exactly what I had ordered.

Flowers were delivered on time and they looked just like what I ordered. Beautiful!!!

Honestly? For $150 I expected a lot more, picture does the purchase more justice then what showed up but convenience and delivery could not have been better.

The card with the lily on it was a beautiful touch too and fitting for the occasion as the family dog as you know was named lily...
