I fat fingered when I typed the last digit of the address. They called the recipient and got it straightened out! She loves the flowers and sent me pictures. You can tell they are good quality. Great job! Thank you!

I was VERY disappointed with my experience this time around. The flowers delivered to my friends looked NOTHING like this (they were actually quite ugly...if a flower can be ugly). There was ONE blue stem in the arrangement.
I am thinking of asking for my money back...that is how disappointed I am that the flowers I chose for a special occasion were so unappealing...disappointing.
Was there a mix-up?

Kellie Murphy, I am sorry that you think this way. We NEVER send out ugly flowers , and think this is a " plant " to bring our great ratings down . Kelly Did not Call ,and when we spoke with the Recipient she confirmed that it was a very nice arrangement and not ugly as she claims. Kelly is a sad unhappy person it seems, that just wants to pester and bully hard working small businesses. Don't be a Kelly if you are not pleased call us and we will make it right . Images on our website are made by professional Photographers and a quick snap from a cell phone does not really capture the arrangement . Kelly also had never ordered from us before, as she claims. So take This review for what it is.

My order was to be delivered Feb. 14 and it was not delivered as promised. I am not pleased and will search for other providers next time. I wasn't even offered a discount or refund.
Don't tell me you can do something if you can't. It's just that simple. Honesty goes a long way...

This is truly a real sad review. The temperatures that day were in the 13 degrees. Any flower delivery would have frozen less then 5 minutes. Since we tried to contact the recipient and did not get a reply, we decided to deliver the next day so she would not end up with frozen flowers. So please think before you spout nonsense.

Hello Tamila. It is real sad that you choose to respond this way. You have not reached out to us to see if we want to make it right or no pictures were send. In these cases we are highly suspect. Why rush to post a bad review without giving us the opportunity to do something to make it right ? Most of the time "wilting" flowers is that the flower is not getting enough water, and that is due to incorrect handling, by not daily adding water to the arrangement. Again a very disappointing reaction you should really try to be a better customer, after all we are not selling hardgoods but living flowers and sometimes things just happen. We always make it right, even if it is not our fault!

He loves the flowers, nice mix, and delivered when they said it'd be delivered (I had a bad experience with 1-800 flowers where they took my order and then it didn't get delivered, no call or email or explanation. Then they provided no help at all in figuring it out. It's like no, my mom is home, has been home, and is in fact sitting on the front porch so unless your delivery person is a ninja and hid the delivery on someone else's doorstep, they did not deliver the flowers). Anyways, I'll trust these folks for my flower needs in the future, very glad I found them!

The delivery process was great - they sent a photo and updated the recipient on delivery. However, the bouquet that was delivered did not look like the photo on the website. It was still a nice piece, but there was almost no color in the bouquet (every single rose was white) that was received, which was disappointing because the bold colors was what I was most excited about! There were also no ranunculus ): I believe they were replaced by alstroemeria (which is still beautiful but was expecting a different flower)!

Hello Christina .First of all yes our apologies sometimes things happen but I understand your comment. It does indicates on the description that it may not have Ranunculus in there. We in Denver are not in a premium market like you are in Boston and we sometimes need to make subtitutions. I still find a 2 star very harsh and not fairconsidering that we just did not have the pink roses in that day, and all I can say if something is that important please give us a call. Internet is not 100 % , and sometimes things get overlooked.
We contacted both sender and recipient and offered a replacement arrangement. Recipient said she was fine, actually thought the arrangement was beauty and Sender Christina Lin Never called back . It is obvious that Christina Lin Rather leave a nasty review and is not interested in having a happy outcome. We find this very sad.

I do not think I would purchase from here again. The arrangement received was definitely not worth the price. It was primarily roses and tulips and even though I paid to upgrade to the highest it appeared smaller than the visual given. I know that substitutions can occur because of season, but I felt it was substituted with cheaper and far less beautiful flowers. I think there were even supposed to be hydrangeas; however, I am not sure because they showed up completely wilted and dead and never came back to life. Just disappointed especial in regards to the price. Someone else sent an arrangement from a big named site for $45 and honestly it was just as nice of an arrangement and appears to be lasting better than this one I purchased.

Hello Marc. I am sorry you responded that way . The product we delivered had EVERY item in it it mentioned , and It was up to value. It was all fresh product and certainly was great looking when it left the store. I just do not understand why you did not call us at all so we could immediately replace it since according t you it was dead on arrival. Rather then call us and give an opportunity to make this right , you decide to write a bad review. This I find highly suspect, and think there is more to this story. So we will still REPLACE the arrangement if you wish to, or pick it up and issue a full refund. We do not send out DEAD flowers, and it had all the items in the image, and no there were not supposed to be Hydrangeas in the arrangement but Hyacinth and they were in the arrangement. So please next time if you have an issue , pick up the phone and give us an opportunity to make it right ! It is very bad to just run to your computer and start blasting away, and put a lot of questionable fictitious things in a review.

Denver Flower pros offers this fresh fall flower market arrangement . This arrangement is made with fresh and local as well as US grown flowers. Always Vibrant , bringing the rusts and oranges home . Flowers may be different from what is shown."
With Covid19 this just happens, supply is still not 100%, and market arrangements are a safe choice. Also we offered to still change it out, and do it in a Cube the next day ( as we were out at of cubes ) . Instead of having us replace the arrangement with an You chose to be unhappy and mean and post bad and partially false reviews all over the place. This is very unfair, especially since the error was 100 % on you side !
