The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. The bouquet was even larger and more beautiful than pictured on the website which was a pleasantly surprise.
The cost is a little high in my opinion but you definitely get your money's worth: 1) a beautiful boquet with a large amount of flowers nicely arranged 2) the convenience of having it delivered to my girlfriend's work on a rainy day for her birthday in a timely manner.
Overall I have no complaints and would definitely order another delivery of flowers for a special occassion.

The delivery driver also made a call to me and took a photo of it delivered. In 2004 she was in Cal Arts, I was in the Marine Corps. We dated until I was sent to Japan, and reconnected 2 years later when I cam back to the states. We both bounced around the globe but ultimately she found a home in L.A. and I reside in N.Y.
For 15 years we have been on and off, until recently when I decided enough is enough and am planning my move to L.A.
Aside from monthly weekend visits, there is only so much I can do to make her smile often, but the beautiful flowers you delivered to her this morning had her beaming. Not only was the boquet perfectly assembled, but your open line of comminication with me via email to ensure efficiency was a breath of fresh air.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this florist. He went above and beyond my expectations. Arrangement was absolutely stunning. I received a picture of the finished product before delivery, had a personal phone call with a question regarding delivery, (thank goodness he did or my friend would not have received her flowers). My experience with Dee's Flower's was awesome from the original order to the actual arrangement that was delivered. David was so helpful and I really appreciated the emails I received to let me know that the arrangement was done and then again to say it was delivered. He also called the recipient to make sure she was home since the weather was so hot. I think the best part of the experience that I've never had before was getting a picture of the actual arrangement he made for her. I give them a 10!!!! Thank you for being so great!

Flower arrangement that was actually delivered did not look like this, it was still nice, but not as pictured. The picture contains more flowers than what was delivered. However customer service was extremely rude. Sending flowers should always be a sweet and fun experience (especially when you pay as much as you do) but when you receive help from a rude employee it takes away from the sweet gesture.
