The best part was how surprised and happy my daughter was to receive them! The woman who delivered the flowers was very helpful which was so nice to hear, My daughter has a young baby and her hands were full, the woman noticed and was so nice to offer to help her, then told her to just enjoy and even shut the door for my daughter after giving her the flowers. I like the honesty of the website regarding that a bouquet might not match the picture exactly due to availability of specific flowers. Thank you for filling the order so quickly. The arrangement arrived and is beautiful. My only issue is that it did not look anything like the online picture. The one I ordered had brown basket and was more masculine. The one that arrived had white basket and more femimine. I selected one in online picture due to its masculine nature. I think when orders are filled, you should try and match online example more closely or contact sender for approval of revised version. Thank you.

You delivered flowers to my daughter on Tuesday at 3012 Parkway A. I ordered the "Pretty Please Standard." She received flowers, candy, balloons, and a teddy bear. She was thrilled. Although I ordered this several days in advance, I was disappointed to see so much substitution. The small flowers were purple, not lime green as shown in the picture. The container was a boring standard green, not the lime green shown in the picture. While I might be "In Love with Lime," I'm not in love with the boquet that was actually sent.

Because I’m from out of town I don’t think the flower shop realized I would see what they delivered in person & I felt so embarrassed when I did. I ordered this arrangement right after Valentines day and they were out of some of the flowers shown in the picture. Darla's reached out to me to let me know what the issue was, right away. They really wanted to make it right. The person I ordered the flowers for is wild about hot pink so Darla made sure to include as much of that color in the arrangement as she could. She added additional flowers to make it fuller. The recipient loved the flowers and I appreciated Darla's going the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with the arrangement. They also let me know when they received the online order and emailed me when they delivered the arrangement. They are very professional and their arrangements are wonderful. I had to select one star only because otherwise it wouldn’t send! I ordered flowers based on the website’s picture and what was delivered was no where near what I ordered in design, colors or flower selection. Although I fully understand there may be substitutions, I would expect a substitution to be of the same caliber and more representative of the money I spent rather than sending lilies that cost only a few dollars. Furthermore, I called to speak with someone about this and not only did I get nothing but excuses (how about a simple I’m sorry, what can we do to rectify this? Basic customer service!) but I was told Darla would call me back. I haven’t heard a word and it’s been four days.
