Hello, used you guys in the past and overall have been pleased. Hence the reorders, however this time I was very disappointed that the flowers were delivered without the delivery message and the arrangement did not look much like the display image (this is while understanding that the image and the display can vary depending on the flowers available)

The flowers were pretty and they were delivered to the right place at the right time but the size of the arrangement was very underwhelming. I could not believe how small the arrangement was considering the cost.

It did t look anything like the photo, more like a wedding bouquet. It was for our daughter for Valentine’s Day. She loved it though and the delivery was great, putting instead the warmer garage so the flowers wouldn’t freeze. Great job thank you
