Exquisite arrangement! Beautiful combination of colors! Called ahead to be sure someone was home for delivery. My sister was thrilled with her birthday gift!

The flower Bouquet that I ordered was beautiful and the service is great. Lynn, the owner, is very creative and does beautiful work. You can give her a call to let her know you would type of flowers you would like in your arrangement or bouquet and she will create something that you will be happy with. She contacted me to let me know about an issue. Once the issue was resolved she contacted me to let me know. She's a very nice person and very accommodating. Be sure to order flowers from her business you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service. The arrangement was beautiful although we wanted the yellow as shown but they didn’t have in stock. We were offered a substitution with my favorite color purple orchids. So sweet they sent a photo of the arrangement so we could see. We were very impressed.

Have ordered many times from creative with good results. This time, one of the 12 roses (Valentines) stem was broken and barely attached, hanging downward. I assume it happened in transit during delivery. Would like to see this not happen again! Other than this highly recommended.

I thought that for the price the quality and number of flowers was inadequate.

Needed flowers to be delivered to friends celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today. Meant to put an order in ages ago but just forgot. Got in touch with Creative Florals Inc and as if by magic our friends got their flowers immediately. Excellent service and would definitely use them again. Only slight disappointment was there were no lavender carnations in the bouquet as are shown on the website but I couldn't leave a less than 5 star review.

Flowers were perfect!

First problem was delivery. My mother and I had plans right at 5pm. I expect delivery between 8a-5p. Of course the arrangement is delivered approx 30 minutes after we leave the house. I have to have a neighbor come pick them up so they don't get ruined in the heat.
Second problem was when I picked them up from the neighbor. THAT'S IT?! For $75++ Thats all I get?! It was VERY underwhelming to say the least! Then, looking closer, there was very little color! One side of the arrangement was NADA. Just drab greenery. I had to rearrange the assortment myself to make it somewhat presentable for my mother in the morning. I took photos. I e-mailed the shop. No response. No one cared.
I would value this arrangement at no more than $50 and I spent $90 after delivery and taxes. Very poor and I would never buy from this place again. Also, by Tuesday (3 days), some of the flowers are clearly dying! Never in a million years would this arrangement be worth $90! Very sadly disappointed and I am sorry to all the mothers out there who were also disappointed.

We never like to have a unhappy customer & as I explained to Mr. Kearney during a very busy holiday there is no set delivery time nor was it put on the order for special instruction time. secondly when we spoke you never mentioned that you were unhappy with the arrangement & we never received pictures! This order was done to the $74.95 for flowers before delivery and was made to your recipe selected. As far as all my other over 400 mothers they were all happy, you need not apologize to them. We would have been happy to send something else had you let us know. Some flowers may need to be substituted due to the flower shortage we are all facing & dealing with as well.

Creative Florals were amazing to work with! Their website was easy to access and navigate. I was able to order a custom arrangement online and it was delivered in a timely manner! The arrangement came out better than I could have imagined and they really took into consideration the preferences I made. Overall a great experience! will definitely be using them again!

The bouquet my sister received did not look like this one at all, aside from the colors of the flowers. But it was nice and she loved it.

Creative Florals helped us surprise our friends yesterday (we are in Minnesota) with a fresh bouquet of sunflowers. They went above and beyond by reaching out to me to let me know that fresh sunflowers were coming in at any moment and wondered if I would be okay waiting with the delivery until the fresh sunflowers arrived! How wonderful is that!? YES! Of course! And then they were delivered quickly that afternoon and our friends were so very happy and surprised! Thank you Creative Florals! We will call again soon!!!

The exact picture was not available, so the owner called me to see if I wanted to change the order or pick comparable flowers in the same price range. She was very friendly, patient, and courteous. She helped me pick the right flowers for the bouquet. Upon delivery, the flowers were fresh and gorgeous. The really looked better than I could have imagined. They really go above and beyond and communicate well to make sure the customer has a great experience. 5-star service in my book. I will be ordering again very soon.

The flowers were delivered on time and just as beautiful as the picture. There were substitutions, as expected. I was a little surprised my vase had a dragonfly rather than a hummingbird. My mother was pleased nonetheless, and will enjoy her flowers for weeks.

The shop was very communicative and very accommodating. I ordered the night before I needed them delivered and they were delivered on time. I would definitely order from them again.

It was delivered to my daughter for her birthday, arriving mid afternoon. She loved it. It had some additional blooms in it, which filled it out even more.

Placed order for the red tulips the morning of Valentines Day. When delivered they looked dry and frail - should have been noticed by each person who touched them from the moment they were selected to the moment they were placed in vase to the moment they were handed to the delivery driver - nobody noticed they were almost dead?
Furthermore- they were delivered to my wife’s place of work and 20 people noticed the delivery and the condition of the flowers- she was pretty embarrassed. Her clients were mind boggled as to how the flowers were able to leave the florist in that condition.
Nevertheless- on the morning of 2/15 (not even 24 hours after delivery) the flowers were dead. So I took pictures and posted a review along with the pics on yelp.

Fast easy to use web page I use this Florist fir all of my flower purchases now. Local is the best we must support our local businesses!!!

The Vera Wang designed floral arrangement did not look like the arrangement shown. It also did not stay fresh. I ordered it on Tuesday and by Friday the flowers were dropping and the arrangement looked terrible. It certainly wasn’t worth the one hundred dollar cost. Plus there was no card delivered with the arrangement. I want my money back!!
