Thank you for asking regarding my satisfaction with a recent flower delivery. I chose “Country Dreamin’” because my daughter-in-law likes romantic arrangements in a soft color pallet. Unfortunately that is not what was delivered. I realize that what you have available in your shop does not always match the pictures, but in my opinion this was really off the mark, the lilies were dark pink as were the roses. Further more the picture from your website is the “standard” arrangement ($84.95). I ordered the “premium” arrangement ($134.95). Really don’t see any difference that would justify the additional $50.00 (Unfortunately this website does not allow you to add pictures). I held off on posting a review for a week and a half hoping that you would respond to my direct email. To date, 8/29 I have received no reply.

It was a last minute idea to send flowers to my sister for her birthday. Every well known florist couldn't or wouldn't deliver same day or to her area code. (Telefora, 1800 flowers, FTD, etc)
Cottonblosdom came thru for me to pleasantly surprise my sis with a beautiful arrangement.

The roses were wonderful but the delivery time was a bit disappointing, given that the destination was only 10 minutes away. Flowers were delivered close to 5 PM. I guess next time I'll need to pay extra (I did leave a tip!) for the "delivery time". Added fees! Come on people! We can do better.

This was for an 8 year old. Nothing to order for a little one. Wanted something to cheer her up after she broke her arm. But, what was ordered, was liked by all. Wanted a teddy bear with a wrapped arm, as if broken also, but couldn't find one. But good job and delivery was exceptional.

I called to order the flowers and was told to use the online ordering so no human contact. Also, based on the information on the website I was within the time period where they were to be delivered that day. They were not. This then created a problem because the next day, the recipient was ill and her husband was briefly unavailable so it went until the next day. This wrong on every level. Also I paid more to have a nicer bouquet but when I saw the picture it wasn't any nicer than the cheaper one. Overall I would not recommend this florist. One thing I do have to say is that the woman making the delivery was really nice, she tried her best but again, had they been delivered the day I ordered them (per the website) it would not have been a problem.

I ordered this arrangement and paid like 25 dollars or something extra for them to stuff it with flowers and put the best flowers in there and what-not. The end product did not look even close to as good as the picture. I really just don't know what it is I paid extra for. I kind of feel scammed out of my money.

Excellent customer service - my wife wasn't home when the delivery arrived and I received a phone call asking me what they should do. Considering that the temperature was already at 100 degrees, asking for guidance was quite thoughtful. Everything worked out great!! I love your service but I have a couple of questions?
1) Why is it that what I order is never what is received?
My Mom's favorite color is Purple. I ordered a beautiful arrangement of purple flowers and she received a totally different arrangement.
2) Why is it so difficult for us to get through to your business via phone call? I tried for three days and could not get anyone to pick up the phone.
I paid a pretty penny for her birthday flowers to get a whole different arrangement than what I ordered. I'm very dissatisfied with this. I have been using your flower shop for a bit now since moving away from Arizona to Tennessee.

I was needing something sent to the banner medical in casa grande, I don't live in casa grande, and couldn't find a flower shop that delivered there. this shop does and was super busy (maybe that's why!), they had to return my call which they did very promptly. the caller was sweet as could be and very helpful. I wanted to send a plant instead of flowers so she pointed me to the website to help me choose the right plant and said it would be delivered that day. it was! and I know that because they sent me a confirmation email. if my friend is stuck in the hospital for much longer, I'll be using them again (-:

Total cost not worth the end product. It was easy using the website and ordering. After receiving the flowers I noticed that one rose looked like it was a bit disfigured. Later that night I went outside of my house only to find rose petals in the street in front of my house, which led me to believe that my flowers were falling apart before it was delivered to my house. I then really looked at the flowers and noticed that they weren't the best looking considering what I paid for. I am not happy with my order

I live in Florida and ordered flowers on March 11th for my 81 year old mothers birthday who lives in Maricopa AZ. They were to be delivered on March 12th. I received an email on her birthday at 2pm stating they were not able to deliver the flowers and no explanation why.
I called to inquire why, no answer or answering machine.
Had to call my mother and explain that she would not be getting flowers on her birthday.
It is a single family home and not in a gated community.
If they were unable to deliver the flowers, they should have called me explaining why.
I sent an email and am awaiting a response...

It was 3 roses a lot of ferns and baby’s breath. No other flowers were included like was advertised. I would say false advertising. I don’t think that was worth $50+ that I paid. I took a picture of what was supposed to have been ordered and what was received. BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

Paid for upgraded premium flowers with chocolates. $28 for a bag of Ghirardellis that retails for $12 and the arrangement was incredibly small for $77. I was able to make a better arrangement at Albertsons for half the price and twice the size. Don't waste your money.

I received a text showing that the birthday flowers were delivered but the intended recipient never received them. The texted link states that they were delivered to the correct address but it also lists a 'red Honda Accord'. There is never a red Honda Accord at this address. I've left a phone message, sent a text, and responded to an email to Cotton Blossom and have received no response....

The arrangement was ordered to be in a Christmas mug with Christmas-type flowers. The person who took the order looked at the teleflora design I had in mind and said he could do that but with a different Christmas mug. The flowers delivered were stems in a vase with no Christmas elements.

I live in Houston and I was sending a Bereavement arrangement to my best friend, in Arizona, who'd just lost her dad. I was referred to Cotton Blossom from another AZ shop and ordered from the website. Due to the fact that I was choosing an arrangement from the "Special of the Week" I left a note to have a photo of the finished arrangement sent to me. I was highly disappointed to find out that the shop wouldn't send me a photo, especially I didn't want to worry my friend with such a trivial request as she mourned. Nothing I could do to make the shop send me a photo, but I only left 4 stars due to this lack of simple customer service.

I was told you had a good stock of flowers to choose from when I first called and I ask for a cut Fall flower arrangement. When your company called back to place my order, I again ask for a cut flower Fall arrangement, designers choice. It's taken me a while to give this review without being so upset. The arrangement had poms, carnations mum. roses and one Bell of Ireland, which made the arrangement look even worse. The flowers were all white and the roses were red. I have owned a florist shop and I am still stunned looking at the picture of the arrangement. I am a pretty easy to please, but this was something else...

To be honest, I was dissatisfied in what cotton blossom (Maricopa, Az) delivered. I chose florist special, thinking it would give the ship the freedom to pick the freshest flowers and really make it a deluxe bouquet. This was not a 69.95 arrangement (plus $15 delivery charge). I doubt there were a dozen flowers total in the arrangement. So not worth it. I will not be back.

I advised when I placed the order the flowers could be delivered to the church until 5 pm on Friday October 1, 2021 or no later than 8:30 am on October 2, 2021. On October 2nd at 9:45 am I get a call asking if anyone was at the church they were trying to deliver the arrangement, the flowers did get delivered however the anguish it caused me was not good! Also I ask for something to do with a Harley Davidson motorcycle be placed in the arrangement and was told they could do that, well, not so it did not happen.

Very disappointed with Cottonblossom! I ordered my 67-year-old mother flowers the morning of her birthday, 30 minutes later called to confirm the order (As this birthday is very special because it could be her last) The order was confirmed and then five hours later I get a call that they are unable to deliver and want to know if two days later would be fine for delivery as their parking lot was flooded and they couldn’t get out for delivery! So after I explain to her my mother has cancer and those flowers are very important she offered for me to come pick them up when I got there there was no water in the parking lot and when I went inside they didn’t even say sorry or give me a discount for no delivery! Unfortunately I will not be doing business with them again which stinks because I’m a big flower buyer! The flowers themselves are very pretty and smell good but for $80 it’s the smallest bouquet of flowers I have ever received for $80. Approximately 10 in x 10 in. Unfortunately I only rate them two stars. ⭐️⭐️

The picture of the regular bouquet is larger than the premium bouquet I bought. Mind you, the premium is two upgrades from the regular bouquet. Because it’s the only game in town I would be forced to buy here again but I don’t like it. Furthermore, they promised to deliver the same day when I spoke to them but they delivered the next day. The flowers I had ordered across the country for my sister's birthday weren't delivered as promised. The website says same day if you order by a certain time. I ordered almost right when the place opened (after going through obsticals) not to get them delivered but the next day.
I called the store and a guy answered the phone. He told me to call back because he had customers in the store. I had asked him to call me back when he was free because I would like to specifically arrange the bouquet the way I know my sister would love. He said he was too busy and that I needed to call even though he told me the caller ID had my phone number. I waited about thirty minutes and called back several times. Left messages and all. Never got a call back. So I went to the website and ordered. Left a message for him to please call me back. Never did.
I ordered from this shop because everyone raved about the customer service and the quick delivery. The flowers showed up with no water and some looked dead, as if sitting out in a car or somewhere hot for too long.
I have alot of family and friends out there in Maricopa and was looking for a decent flower shop so I can treat my friends and family on special occasions. I am a disappointed customer and will not be ordering from this place again. Hopefully you can give better communication and customer service to those who support you. I am a business owner myself and I would never treat a paying customer with such disrespect. A simple phone call back would have helped this entire situation.

I see the flowers were nice and tolerably different from what I ordered. I know it depends on availability. I read that there would be a delivery charge outside of Maricopa. I ended up w delivery charge IN the city of Maricopa and was disappointed that my $49 purchase ended in the $70s. Also the delivery was at the very end of the day. Not ideal. I am not accustomed to sending flowers and I'm not aware of prices but I like knowing what the price will be before entering my personal information and going through the hoops. No surprises to dig in to my pocket more later.

I ordered this potted plant on August 2nd, and was under the impression it would look somewhat like the picture. I typed out my card AND signed it. It was delivered the next day. I got a text saying it was 3 minutes away from being delivered. I waited for close to 2 hours but no one called me to confirm they received the plant. I called my sister-in-law and she said no one signed the card!! The card had 2 different hand writings and no signatures !!! How is someone suppose to know who sent them?. I typed a card out online but it was a waste of time cause they sent a hand written card with 2 different hand writings.
The plant looked like it was missing half of the plants. It had bare spots up front.
I have emailed the company TWICE with no response from them. 1 spent $70.00 for a plant and 15.00 delivery fee. I am not happy at all. I’m out of state otherwise I’d be going in the store in person.
I wish I could attach pictures of the card and the plant so you can see just what I’m unhappy about.

Flowers were delivered on time, but I was very disappointed in the quality. I received a call saying the yellow tulips were unavailable and I authorized the pink tulip replacement. They were hanging down to the bottom of the base. Also only one or two lilies and a whole bunch of the cheap lavender flowers. I paid for premium and really expected premium. Definitely won’t be using this florist again.

I had to order for same day delivery and I called the store, Ms. Kat answered, she was very nice and polite. I explained to her that I had been calling on Thursday, but for whatever reason there was no answer & I also tried to order online and the website kept telling me unable to deliver that item. She explained that she didn’t know what happened, but she found a note on the door that they were closed today but as she walked into work Friday morning. She said if I get my order in online she would work to fill it right away. That’s what I did and it was delivered before noon as I requested. I’m only giving 4 stars because I asked if they could send a photo of the bouquet once completed and they didn’t so I had to ask a guest that was in the service to please snap a pic. The experience was disappointing. I called them directly since I wanted to surprise my sister in Maricopa for her birthday. I had gone to their website and specifically ordered the bouquet called Upsy Daisy. It showed all daisies in the bouquet. My sister sent me a photo after she received them and there was NOT a daisy in the bunch only mums. I was very disappointed since daisies are her favorite flower. I called them and talked to a gentleman at first and he kept saying "well, mums are an upgrade", then he put me on hold and had me talk to a woman who explained that it was difficult to get daisies at that time and so they substituted. I said it would have been nice to know about the change beforehand as I could have selected other flowers instead of mums. It's just poor customer service and I won't order from them again, since they acted like it was my problem for not appreciating the "upgrade" from my order of "Upsy Daisy" to "Upsy Mumsy".

An extremely disappointing product and nowhere near worth the value of what I paid. I reached out to see what could be done to fix the situation and have heard nothing back. It was guaranted that they would get there on 5/10 however I called a couple of times through the day to get an ETA and they couldn't give me an ETA. My mom ended up getting her flowers at 9pm. The flowers did not get delivered that day. No Notice was given to me that the flowers weren't delivered or why. I could have reached out to my mother to confirm she would be home, if they would have called me. The flowers didn't get delivered until the day after. While beautiful, was sad they weren't there in time.

I ordered the Sapphire Skies Bouquet premium and what they sent out was nothing like this bouquet and the vase was just a vase they painted blue and was a standard arrangement. I called and complained and they sent out another arrangement and again it looked nothing like the photograph and not a premium bouquet. I called them back and asked for a refund which they said had been refunded, but when I called my bank they hadn't refunded my money. I finally got my refund a few days later. I found the exact arrangement at another florist and the flowers were supposed to be all the way around the arrangement and this place only put a couple of lillies and a few roses and that was it besides greenery which wasn't suppose to be there! I will never order from Cotton Blossom Flowers again!!

The bouquet that was delivered was not like the picture we ordered (a lot of bright peach and bright pink colors instead of the soft/light pink and white ) and the name was misspelled on the card. Also we ordered the deluxe version and it didn't look like anything was really different. Ordering from out of state, I have to trust the online picture which didn't match what was delivered.
I would order from Cotton Blossom again, but maybe a more generic option.

The flower arrangement my friend got was nothing like the picture. She said she liked them, but I was greatly disappointed by the pic she sent. The flowers did not have a bow on them and her pic had some ugly bow sloppily wrapped around the jar that wasn’t even the same. I felt they could of done better with the swapping out of flowers by first swapping quality flower for same quality not some cheep flower. I was in a time crunch to find an arrangement to be delivered for a friend's mom's funeral. I ordered this at 3am the day of the funeral fully expecting that they wouldn't be able to fill the order since it would need to be delivered before the service, which started at 11am. I received a call at 8:45 from William saying that they were out of the wreaths and asking if a substitution would ok. I agreed and he assured me that he was working on it and doing his best to get it to the church on time. When I ordered the bouquet of flowers 4 days before desired delivery date, I wanted the bouquet to look similar to the "Summer Nights" bouquet I saw on their website. But, I was told that was a FTD bouquet and they, the shop, actually make their own. So, I asked that it be made as close as possible to the Summer Nights arrangement, as I wanted lots of color, especially in the yellows and oranges, as shown on their website. The only exception was that I did not want roses, as they don't last long, and in the AZ heat, I wanted flowers that would last longer. The lady I spoke to said that the florist will make it up as close as possible to the website picture, using her choices of flowers. We agreed on that as I was assured it will be just as pretty as the picture, if not better. Well, the arrangement that was delivered, from the picture that the receiver sent to me, was an arrangement of mostly white flowers with a few orange lilies in the center. Where were the brilliant yellows and oranges?? Also, I asked that it be delivered at 12:30 on the date arranged, but at 12:45 I called the shop and the arrangement "was just going out the door." The 12:30 specified time was because the receiver was on a lunch break at that time so the delivery would not interfere with work. As it turned out, the flowers were delivered during work time. Hard to break up a conversation with a client to go answer the door. (It was a work-at-home situation.) The lady I spoke to when I placed the order was very pleasant, but the arrangement was a disappointment to me as the colors were not what I was told they would be and the delivery time was late. Perhaps the shop needs to make a better effort to fulfill an order as directly specified, in many ways, otherwise, customers may not come back. Just saying.

The flowers were not even a quarter of the size of the flowers in the picture and I paid for the second tier of this bouquet. They weren’t delivered until almost 6:30 in the evening. The reason for two stars on this purchase is due to the flowers that were ordered, did not reflect the flowers that were displayed on the website. I ordered a yellow tulip arrangement, my mother’s favorite, with a yellow bow and my mother in Arizona received a few yellow tulips with two pink tulips in the center and a pink bow that looked like it was just thrown together in a rush. The tulips were wilted and really opened when they got to the house. I ordered a rose display including lavender and red roses for my wife. I ordered them late, about 3 days before Valentine's Day. So when I chose my delivery date, I was prepared to be forced to select a day other than Valentine's Day. But it let me select Friday. So I paid and completed my order.
We've only been in Maricopa a little over a year. So I've ordered flowers before through 1800 Flowers. I don't know which florist they came from but they were a day late and completely wilted. It looked like they were left in a van overnight on a hot summer night!

The arrangement I received was much smaller than the picture on the web site. There were noticeably fewer flowers. When ordering I completed a card that used calligraphy and instead I got a hand printed card with plain letters with a ball point pen. The flowers started dropping petals immediately. I don’t expect perfection, but this was far short.

Although I realize that I am at the mercy of available flowers, the delivered arrangement didn't look anything like the photo. There weren't as many flowers as in the photo, & I upgraded to the $69 arrangement. No daisies, no coral roses. Lots of greenery. I am disappointed but my daughter appreciated the thought. With so many flower options online these days, I really wanted flowers hand-delivered to my parents' house for my mom's birthday, ready to enjoy (without arriving in a box which further need arranging or tending to...). I clicked on Cotton Blossom because of the most recent reviews, and because it's in Maricopa (I live in CA), and if you know anything about 'Copa, it's a small city surrounded by about 15 miles of desert to the next major city. I selected a lovely, bright pink arrangement for my mom and paid online via their website. Comparable prices, decent delivery price. Easy peasy!
First thing delivery morning, I received a phone call from Will at CBFS stating that he is low on all pink flowers... what a bummer! But hey, I get it... it happens. Nature and all. He gave me a few different options and I said, "Y'know what? I'm going to trust your judgement." He did not disappoint. Will even upgraded the arrangement with beautiful asiatic lillies, one of my mom's faves.
My mom received her flowers and she absolutely loved them... and this is a woman who used to create flower arrangements for YEARS! She said, "They are beautiful, so sophisticatedly arranged: white roses, lillies, yellow daisies... beautiful!!!" She didn't text me a picture because she hasn't quite gotten that far on her new phone (hehe), but Will did. Given their busy schedule, I was super appreciative of his time to text me a pic. They looked really pretty, though I know pictures don't always do flowers justice... however, my mom's reaction did! Thanks, Will and Cotton Blossom Flower Shop! I was sent a picture of the arrangement that was sent and it did not look like the picture. The arrangement that was received looked like someone grabbed 5-7 types of flowers and stuck it in the middle of the blue vase and called it a day. It looks like there was no time taken to make sure the arrangement looked nice. They also used leatherleaf as the greenery and this picture showed solidago. I used to be a florist, so I know what things should look like and I was extremely disappointed with what showed up. I asked for Bright and Cheery and I wouldnt agree that is what was received.

I live in Idaho and was able to order these for my mother. It was super easy to order online. The delivery person was very persistent in knocking on the door so my hard of hearing mother would hear her. My mother said they were beautiful with the lilies still closed, so she gets to enjoy them after they open. I was impressed with the ease of ordering, the persistent delivery person, and the freshness of the flowers. Will order from them in the future.

This bouquet did not even come close to looking like what i ordered. then i ordered a large chocolate on top of my ordered for an additional 25 dollars that they forgot to deliver .So they had to bring the chocolates back. then they gave me the 15 dollar small chocolate. not professional.

I was not happy with your color choice for the vase. I wanted the lavender (anything in the purple family) the vase was a reddish pink with the purplish flowers. The main reason I choose this was because of the vase. I knew you might need to use other flowers. I will say my daughter loved the flowers.

Sent from NY to a friend for her birthday- delivery has to be earlier than I wanted because only open until mid afternoon, but this was the closest florist to her home. My friend got home from work much later than delivery. So with the heat the flowers were a bit wilted. Hopefully they revive a bit in the a/c But the arrangement was beautifully made.

I ordered the tropical punch bouquet for the fall colors and I received what looked like the kiss from the sun arrangement. It only had white and yellow colors. I have ordered from the Cotton Blossom before most recently just a week ago . And everytime the flowers ordered always looked exactly like the picture. I understand and read that there may be a little difference in bouquets but this was just nothing like the picture I ordered from. The flowers were pretty. I ordered intentionally because you were local to my in-laws. I’m extremely disappointed in your $15 delivery fee especially since it was a 6 minute drive to their home from your shop. It would have been more affordable had I ordered from a generic online service. As a small business owner, I try to only utilize small businesses, but i couldn’t afford to upgrade to a larger bouquet. I order flowers for my in-laws often and since they moved to Maricopa last year, I did my research and am hesitant to use Cotton Blossom in future because of delivery fee.

When I saw the picture from what I paid for to what she got, it was totally different, still very beautiful, great customer service, but I picked specifically for the Lilies, if a huge flower like that is not available it should have been taken off the site in my opinion, I read the small print before I bought so I was fully aware, just didn't think a flower that makes pretty much the whole look in the picture would be come the way it did. A call would have been much appreciated. Nonetheless they were still beautiful.

The roses were nice although it could have used a little more filler (the smaller flowers) and I would urge you not to have someone hand write the note because their penmanship was not that great. Online you show the inscription written in a nice font which is what I was expecting the recipient to receive. Otherwise you guys did good. Getting the email to confirm delivery was a plus.

I am glad I looked past some of the low ratings and took a chance on this flower shop because they did a great job. I ordered online from their website and received a phone call asking me about substitutions since some of the flowers pictured were not available. They assured me that the replacement flowers would be an upgrade and still look similar to the original design. I appreciated their honesty and effort to provide excellent customer service. My only hang up would be the high delivery fee for a location in the same town.

I paid $70 for the deluxe version of the Polka dot's and Posies, they came in what looked like a ugly coffee cup (no polka dots) the flowers I could have made myself for a 1/4 of the cost. I was embarrassed for the employee who received these for her anniversary as the arrangements I get are usually allot fancier to show our appreciation for our employees. We've had good deliveries from them before so not sure what's going on.

Flowers were pretty and I appreciate the quick response in getting this out same day. I really just missed the pretty pink polka dot ribbon. The wide ribbon will sets it off. The ribbon on the bouquet was a small thin ribbon. Didn't make the flowers pop.

A pretty arrangement was delivered on time and my mom thought it was lovely. From my perspective, however, it was not bountiful as the picture on the website. I also upgraded to Deluxe - expecting even more blooms in the arrangement than pictured - but I think that was a waste of money (extra $10). Should have just ordered standard, as I'm pretty sure that's what we got. This florist, however, did much better with the arrangement than the previous local florist we used - will likely come back next time.
