The delivered design did not reflect the picture. I ordered premium and was very disappointed with how arrangement was put together. The vase was not rounded and did not have branch accent which made the bouquet proportion be out of balance. White flowers were added to fill the bouquet that did not really go with the yellow sunflowers and added blandness to the bouquet, fern leaves made it look cheap. The pictured bouquet had oval rounded leaves that create a scene of style. I dis not get to see a picture of the arrangement until the recipient sent it to me. It was supposed to be a very special gift, and I payed extra for it and it turned out to be sloppy, lacking care and taste.

The flower arrangement looked like a poor imitation of what was pictured. The vase was a lot taller (almost too tall) and the roses were overwhelmed by the violet accent flowers.

While I understand that the availability of the flowers was limited, I still expected the arrangement to have more pizzaz than what was delivered. This picture is not what my recipient received. Disappointed. A standard vase with standard arrangement. Not worth the $185 cost.

I have to say I was very disappointed in the flowers I sent to my sister for her b/d. I looked at the picture of the pink Tulips and knew she would love them…..that is not what she got!
Yes, there were appx six Pink Tulips but the others were orange and yellow. The picture showed all the Tulips as closed and half of hers looked like they were on their last days.
Will not use the Florist again. Shame

The delivery was same day and reasonable. The flowers delivered looked nothing like this picture. The white roses were old and brown, there was no color in the bouquet and it was in a clear vase. I was extremely disappointed in the cost vs. quality. I did send an email. Hoping there is a remedy for this.

The worst florist around, I was completely embarrassed when my delivery arrived for my coworker. I placed my order for what I thought was "Daydreaming By BloomNation" flower arrangement but sadly what arrived was a 10 dollar Safeway bouquet of orange roses with a card that was completely misspelled. I called the shop immediately after receiving and I believe I spoke to the owner who said she would resend out the proper bouquet however again what they sent out was still no where near what I paid for. Extremely upsetting as this was a condolence's bouquet and was delivered with no thought or effort.

The flowers were delivered on the date they were scheduled for. They look really nice but they didn't replicate the exact colors that were shown in the picture. The colors were supposed to be a mix of white, green, blue and purple. Instead, the blue was mixed with yellow. And the purple colored flowers were more red than purple.All in all, the colors don't come together well in the real bouquet as they do in the picture on the website. It's disappointing.

My Aunt is 97 and due to health issues is unable to have anyone visit at this time. I miss seeing her but when I send flowers from corporate flowers she is very excited. I've sent several arrangements over this last year and they have all been beautiful and lasted much longer than expected.

Flowers & delivery were awesome. My only complaint is there were no stone pebbles at the bottom. I paid a premium price for the flowers and expected them to include the stones or something similar to the picture. Other than that all was great!

Flowers were beautiful, but smaller than I expected. Delivery was not on time (or on the right day) and delivery guy had marked flowers delivered when it was not delivered at all. When I filled out the Address, I had made a small mistake, but recipients phone number was listed and an attempt was not made to reach out to her for correct address.

Do not purchase from here! Late delivery and poor customer service! I had to call so many times to follow up on my order and I was ignored intentionally! The flowers arrived so late in the evening there was no point of getting the flowers anymore. Do not spend your money here! I was not value as a customer and with the pandemic going on this is not the way to treat your customer who want to support the business but Corporate Flowers failed to do its part. I recommend buying flowers at a different shop! Again be aware and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

I placed my order through the website customized order section & my request was hydrangeas with garnish. Instead, the arrangement that was delivered had only 3 hydrangeas along with, roses, carnations, irises, lilys & no garnish. The arrangement was beautiful but not what I ordered or paid for.

This picture depicts what I ordered but what was delivered to my dismay was a rectangle gold basket with 3 Plants (all the same) with seashells and tacky blue rocks to cover the bottom of the basket where plants should have been. I wish I could attach a picture of the actual basket sent!
Do not use this company, they are associated with Bloom Nation which supplies these flower shops with pictures of beautiful bouquets and plants that they obviously cannot recreate! Still fighting to get my $125 back!

I paid $70 and was under the impression it was going to be like the picture or somewhat close to it. It was really embarrassing when it was delivered. I won’t be using this flower shop again. Nice place nice owners However i ordered on line flowers for mothers day for my wife and I added in the order to please deliver the flowers in the morning on sunday. However the flowers came after 3 phone calls to corporate flowers on sunday by myself with me asking where the flowers are and the flowers finally showed up at 630 Sunday night. Im not happy. and no phone call apologising from the company. FYI

This was the first time I ordered flowers on line and I was very disappointed.
I asked for an $80.00 (before tax and delivery) and wanted premium flowers with an unique arrangement. It looked like something you could pick up at the grocery store for $40.00!

Aside from multiple calls to make sure the flowers were delivered on the day requested because for whatever reason the driver could not understand that the address provided was complete and did not have an apartment number. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture of the flowers. The bouquet was less full than the one presented in the picture on the website and the flowers looked weathered. No, thank you to this business.

Unfortunately my last order was below the level of my expectations. It was very late around 8 PM I believe on Valentine's day. I know busy day etc. but companies need to plan accordingly. That was not the case last time. Also the flowers did not look fresh at all. Green leaves etc looked old. The hole thing almost smelled like it has been sitting on the desk for a week.

Terrible. Placed an order 1 month in advance, Called 3 times to confirm, and they still got the order wrong. When I called back for a refund, I was refused. They then went back and picked up the original flowers and replaced with yet the wrong flowers again! I give up on this place. It's no longer worth my time to deal with them. I'll take loss of money over dealing with the incompetence. You know how they say 3rd times a charm? Apparently 4 times isn't enough either.

I left two messages the morning the flowers were to be delivered, before the store opened, cancelling the order because my wife was not going to be at the delivery address that day. The flowers were delivered anyway in the late afternoon. They were very accommodating when I called and complained and gave me a refund for the flowers, but when my wife went in to work the next day, she saw the flowers and said there was no way it was a fresh arrangement. Flowers appeared to be three or four days old. I have been sending her flowers for her birthday every year and she said these were the worst quality flowers she has ever gotten. Later that day, they actually came by and picked the flowers up because the order had been cancelled. The order I placed was for the upgraded premium quality arrangement. Very disappointed. Will not be using Corporate Flowers again.

The picture was very attractive but when we received the item, it was not even half of the bouquet from the sample picture. I even took their premium order but it was so disappointing. I would never recommend this to your loved one. You can buy more with the same price elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed. I have been using Corporate flowers for about a year now and was terribly disappointed with what they delivered to my wife for Valentine's Day. Paid $92 and it looked worse than the $15 bouquet you get at the grocery store. This is the last time I use Corporate Flowers.

The bouquet itself was beautiful, with more red tone roses since it was near Valentines Day. The only problem was that there was no card IDing the florist--both in case I want to use them again and to further help figure out the flower's sender, as whomever hurriedly wrote the card forgot to say who sent us the gorgeous arrangement!

I was disappointed when I saw a photo of the flowers that were delivered.A petal of the lily was bent and several leaves looked torn. For 50.00 I expect better. The flowers were for someone who is going through a very difficult time and I wanted her to get something nice not ragged. I called the shop and didn't get a response. I have many relatives in the Bay Area and will probably take my business elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with this order. I requested an early delivery before noon and it did not arrive until close to 3 pm. The picture shows a 'polka dot' ribbon for the Polka Dots and Posies' arrangement. There was no ribbon. On the plus side, the flowers looked lovely. I worked as a florist for 4 years, so I know flowers and how things should look. I appreciate the flowers and the lady on the phone who made things happen eventually, but given that the address is literally 5 minutes away from the flower shop, this was disappointing. I would not use this florist again. Paying nearly $60 (incl tax and delivery) it was not worth it.
