I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for delivery on Valentine's Day. After it was delivered, my wife noticed that 2 of the roses had broken stems. She put the 2 flowers in a bud vase and we didn't think anymore about it. An hour later, the delivery person came back with 2 fresh long stem roses. I was very impressed that they replaced the broken flowers even though we did not request it, especially on a day as busy as Valentine's Day.

I placed my on-line order only a few minutes before the cut-off for same day delivery. So I called to ask if it was possible to deliver to my daughter's dormitory that day. The person I talked to knew exactly where to deliver the flowers and said she would try. I had barely hung up the phone when my daughter texted, asking if I had sent her flowers! Very fast, friendly service and the roses were lovely.

If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
