Very disappointed with product received compared to sample product image on website. What I received was way less full with less flowers. Looking at other images it seemed that most people got a bouquet that matched the sample image online but mine did not. I do not think what I received was worth $75. For that reason I would not use your services again.

Delivery person did a fantastic job. I do wish there were more light purple roses in the arrangement and perhaps a bit more greenery but that's about it. (The absence of more greenery may have been because of my special request for the flower arrangement to be made with non-toxic items for kitties.) But overall was a good experience: delivery person handled floral arrangement with care and delivery was speedy and on time.

I called on a Friday afternoon for a funeral on Sat morning. I left a message and as I waited for a call back I looked at their online ordering. It was a simple process and it had an area to give special instructions for the shop to know. Well I purchased online, still got my call back & I confirmed my special directions. The next day I saw NY flowers, they were so lovely the family had them prominently displayed on the alter. Thank you Charmaine's for some of the most beautiful flowers I've seen.

The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! My mom loves red and they added a little extra red flowers to make it perfect for her. My brother was able to pick it up from the store, but they have a delivery option if you need it. Highly recommend this place for quality work.

My mom lost her identical twin sister in a very traumatic way. When I thought there was no adequate way to console her, I decided to send her flowers since my Aunt was a gardener. It was very nice. The recipient was quite happy. This was a good choice for the item and service. I have used FTD in the past but this was much better value wise. FTD was expensive and is nothing more than a middle man inflating the price. I will definitely order again from these folks.

The bouquet was nice. I was slightly disappointed in the condition of the flowers. A lot of them looked squished and were droopy but I assume that's because it's Valentine's Day and there are many flower orders. I did, however, place an order years before on Valentine's Day and my flowers were in way better condition.

The delivery was done timely and I got a call from the driver letting me know the flowers had been delivered. I really appreciated that. Great experience. Thank you

I ordered flowers for my dear friend’s birthday and wanted to use a florist that was local to her so the flowers could be hand delivered. It was a little scary not being able to see them in person, but I picked a picture I liked and hoped for the best. First thing in the morning they called me from across the country to tell me that the lilies they had were just blooms and hadn’t opened so the arrangement wouldn’t look like the picture. She asked if I would rather have some other flowers put in to complement the arrangement until the lilies bloomed and I deferred to her expertise. Well, my friend was overwhelmed and overjoyed with the beautiful flowers she received. She sent me a picture and I was thrilled!!! If I lived in California, I would use them exclusively. So pleased with this purchase and the service I received. 10 stars out of five.

I specifically wrote in the notes what I’d experienced (at the other florist) and asked that they please make the arrangement as close as possible to the photo on their page. They did even better! Additionally, the flower shop boasted, what you see is what you get. Again, skeptical. What is shown is usually never what you get. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when my sister sent me a photo of the flowers. I said, what does the card read? She told me. Guess what, I was wrong on both counts. the roses do not look anything like the photo. Daiseys haven't lasted very long. most importantly, direction wasn't followed. This is the 2nd time I have ordered flowers from Charmaine's as a long distance customer. I have several family members who live in the area where Charmaine's is located, and have gone out on a limb twice now, to order flowers to be delivered when someone has passed away.

The first time I ordered flowers, sight unseen, for my sister's husband when his mom passed away. My sister said they were absolutely gorgeous and that they were pleasantly surprised and thankful. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was, indeed, very beautifully put together. I didn't feel that the arrangement was skimping on flowers and I thought I paid a reasonable price for what I got. The 2nd time I ordered flowers from Charmaine's, again sight unseen, was for another family member's death of a parent. Again, my family was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous bouquet. She mentioned how much she enjoyed walking through her door to smell and see the beautiful flower arrangement of white/yellow roses, yellow tulips, and bells of Ireland. It made my heart feel wonderful.

I got a call a few minutes after placing the order from Megan asking for a few more details to get a better idea of what I was looking for. She was so pleasant and helpful! The flowers were for a good friend's mother's memorial service and I only had a basic idea of what to send. Megan helped me narrow it down and reassured me that the arrangement would make it on time for the service the following Monday. I even requested that they send a picture of the final arrangement with my order so I could show it to the other friends who had chipped in for the flowers. When I got the picture, the arrangement looked amazing and I couldn't wait to share it with my friends!

A beautiful bouquet, but had roses that were wilting upon arrival. After a couple of days it was wilted and not attractive.

I have gone to Charmaine's since I was in high school and have had nothing but excellent and friendly service. I did an online order this time for mothers day flowers at the very last minute and had requested a specific drop off time that most florist probably couldn't do at the last minute but Charmanies called me to sort of the details shortly after my online order was placed with such friendly customer service!
