Wonderful selection and, although rather pricey, there are some reasonable selections, including the gorgeous orchids I ordered.

Edgar was so very helpful and kind when I called the shop, he advised me to order online in order to see all the selection and avoid delivery charges. He also said to not hesitate to call if I had any questions or problems.

Ordering online was easy peasy, the delivery went out literally within the hour, and make the recipients, the parents of a new baby, even happier than they already were.

I ordered a same day delivery for a little gift for my missus. The flowers arrived within 4 hours and are of an amazing quality. They look just like the website photo does, the orchids are of a high standard with no blemishes and the decoration with the snake plant is just really cool. Previously I have ordered flowers from Beverly hill where she works and they have always been $$$ but not that great quality. This order was a good price and superb quality. I also called the store to check in with my delivery status and the lovely lady I spoke to was super helpful. Highly recommend 10/10

I ordered flowers for my daughter from Century City Flower Market and everything was perfect. Flowers are beautiful and came with a nice vase. I highly recommend them for your special occasion.

Very easy and cool to pick out flowers in general and can order them online and get free shipping and the workers actual call me or text me for further instructions on what to do next so I'm grateful they are like this, hard workers they are, very friendly/helpful :) My mother was shocked when she got them and was happy when it came to her :)

Even though I called the hospital where my flower recipient was recovering to make sure they could receive an arrangement, upon delivery the florist was told the recipient was in ICU and could not receive flowers unless a family member was there to take them. Century City Flower Market contacted me and went back again to ensure the flowers were received. Above and beyond service!

I received the most beautiful thank you from the recipient who just had their first child. Whenever I order an arrangement from any other place, I am usually worried that the photo of what I am ordering is nicer and more substantial than what is actually delivered. That has never been the case with Century City Flower Market! I have been a client since 2015 when I ordered flowers for when I proposed to my then girlfriend, and even while the marriage didn’t last, my commitment to using CCFM for ALL my floral needs will last a lifetime! ;)

Being unable to order by phone I placed my order on line and I’m completely satisfied with the excellent service provided as always.

I placed this order with plenty of advanced notice considering they do same day delivery (at least a day or two prior to my selected date) and I even added the ideal drop off time in the instructions. But by 3:45pm, there was no word that my arrangement was delivered. I called multiple times but no one picked up and the mailbox was full. I then emailed and sent an Instagram message. I finally drove over to see they were closed when their site claims they don’t close til 5pm and it was still before 4pm. After banging on the window and standing around for a good 5 mins, I finally got ahold of an office worker who didn’t speak much English. He kindly found my arrangement but wasn’t sure about the delivery so I ended up hand delivering it myself when I didn’t have time to do it which is why I ordered a delivery in the first place. On top of that, some of the flowers were already wilted. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. Shortly after I picked up the bouquet, I got the email letting me know my order was “delivered” when I in fact was the one doing the hand delivering myself. They should send me a tip or a refund as a thanks for my service. Had I not driven over there and banged on the door til someone answered, I don’t think my flowers ever would’ve made it to the recipient and if it did, it would’ve been days late and the flowers would’ve all been dead.

These people always get the orders wrong or are late. Second time working with them. Last year they tried to make things right...so with good faith, I decided to give them business again. This year they just completely ignored me and my multiple calls informing them that I got the wrong flowers delivered.
