I purchased an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary. It was a pretty arrangement with more flowers that were not my wife's taste. We went back the next day and Debbie made her a new arrangement. What a surprise! That was sweet and kind of her to do, and the flowers are very bright and open! It looks very pretty. Your customer service over the phone and in person is top notch! Thank you ladies! I highly recommend Centerville Floral!

Was a little disappointed with the arrangement, to be honest, considering that I ordered the Deluxe version.
The arrangement was missing the white tulips that were in the description altogether and I currently see them in local grocery stores. (Tulips are a favorite of mine)
The card was something else...

I wasn't able to make it home for the holidays and wanted to send something special to my mom for our big family get together. She always tries to have a dinner table centerpiece and told me she didn't have one this year, thus I found Centerville floral and ordered a bouquet for hand delivery the following day. I personally received a call from the florist that they had ran out of some of the flowers I ordered and I had told her she had freedom to do what she thinks looks best, just to avoid Lilly's because my mom is allergic. The next day (less than 24 hours since my order was made) my mom called with happy tears because she loved the flowers and said it made the perfect holiday centerpiece. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful, the customer service was immaculate, and the price was reasonable. Also the packaging it came in was all recyclable! All in all, I would definitely recommend this florist to anyone in the area, and plan on using them again in the future!

You did an excellent job on my flower order and keeping me well informed on the order status. You let me know that one of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered was out of stock and asked if you could substitute with a different flower. You said you would make sure it was still lovely…and it was. I would never have been able to tell that you had substituted anything! Also, when your driver had difficulty finding my house you contacted me and the flowers were successfully delivered. Great job, I would definitely order from you again. Thanks.

We were so happy with what was created. Bringing in our own special container to be used as a vase was a little different but the arrangement was commented by so many at the funeral. It will be remembered, not just set aside.

The flowers were beautiful. However, the bouquet received was smaller and the vase was plain glass not this elegant silver one in the picture. I did do the most expensive upgrade hoping to get the same size. When looking at the price I paid vs the size and number of flowers, I rated this a three.

Arrangement was beautiful when delivered but only lasted about 2 days as the roses wilted and remained closed. I always expect your flowers to last at least 4-5 days and they usually do.
