Second time using you guys from Connecticut. You always take a chance with florists but I was very pleased the first time and was certainly not disappointed this time. When the flowers I picked were unavailable Pamela reached out and ask what I wanted to do. I left it in her capable hands and the flowers delivered were gorgeous. I have to order flowers from Down Under for my family in Mass and it's always a risk as it just a website - but I have to say these were the most beautiful flowers I've ever ordered and the recipient was blown away! The bouquet was even more beautiful in person than what it looked like online. The beautiful owner took time to talk with me when I needed to be sure they would be delivered on time, the owner personally delivered the flowers! Communication was fantastic, service outstanding, and one of the most beautiful bouquets I ever purchased. I would highly recommend them to all and I know I will be using them again & again. I was ordering on line for a delivery in another state. Carroll's Florist was terrific in making sure it got to where it was going in spite of the fact I did not have the exact address. Amazing!! I made a last minute order for my grandfathers funeral and they were amazing!!! I am so grateful that they were able to get the flowers there with limited time! I couldn't be for thankful! Our male friend had just gotten out of the hospital and needed some cheering up. In a matter of hours an arrangement was at his door. His favorite color is yellow; he sent us a picture of the arrangement, it was gorgeous. Full and vibrant. I am very happy I chose a local florist. Pamela at Carroll's Florist was wonderful. She acknowledged my order, almost immediately and corrected an error that I had made on the delivery address. They let me know that changes needed to be made to my original order and the arrangement was far more beautiful than the picture on their website. They even let me know when the flowers were delivered.
I highly recommend using Carroll's Florist. The arrangements and staff are a welcome experience compared to the typical internet, 800 number florist.

I think this was a wonderful delivery, though unseen by me my recipient was pleased - Please re-examine your standard flat fee for delivery. It seemed high given we used a local florist for just that reason- reducing carbon footprint is one of our goals. Your small business was very close to the delivery location.

The Courier's clock starts upon retrieving the floral design from my coolers, then look up address in Google Maps or Ways, then tray up the container for safe/secure transport
( no tipping..lol) to the address requested.
Once loaded onto vehicle the Courier's or myself, (at times) prep the route.
The fixed expenses for the requested delivery service are as followed.
Time-line round trip!
Gas $$
Credit Card 3% fee comes out of the $14.99
The Bloomnation Website Host debits a 4% from your full order, B4 sales tax!
Auto Insurance & liability coverage.
Smart Phone in vehicle.
Average yearly maintenance & fees, AAA, Registration and sticker, cleaning.
THEN we have the Courier to pay, per delivery or by the hour. The BIG chunk of that $14.99
(by the hour lends a less expensive delivery fee).
The Courier's arrive to the address requested, untray the design, dry off the vessel & proceed to the door/doors.
They'll wait until the oder is safely in the recipients hands, or locate a neighbor, call/contact the sender if no ones home, or not answering their door.
In this case you had directed us to leave, if no one answered. Thks!
We then call the recipient to inform them where the gift has been left....Then they alert, YOU, the sender by cellphone or back at shop, on computer. That your delivery was executed as requested & completed.
We greatly appreciate that additional information you left us.
The Courier's don't get paid BIG money...Hence! Local $14.99 fees to cover a variety of expenses previously noted.
They truly appreciate tip option.
The business/owner after taxes might realize $1.00 per delivery.
If we redeliver x2 due to weather, not home, not answering and the very common, incorrect address...The shop absorbs the full loss and additional services at no additional charge to my customers.

The $14.99 local fee I've set...hasn't really been enough since COVID and the additional steps taken. But kept the fee base as is. Even with the continuing increase cost for gas & everything else.

I purchased these flowers for a friend who is going through some pretty hard times. The arrangement online looked stunning which is why I chose it, paid for it and wanted the same day delivery. Imagine my disappointment when most of the arrangement had carnations in it...
I chose this arrangement because the colors were appropriate for the season that we are in. None of the colors in the arrangement that was delivered was remotely close to the picture and there were about 1/2 the amount of flowers. It was noted that some substitutions were needed, given current inventory, but the actual arrangement was completely substituted.
I hope for future costumers sake, that changes to the website are made accordingly so that others don't fall for the false advertisement.

The glass cube design chosen does have Carnations & peach Mini Carnations, with same Alstromeria, mixed greens, spray Rose & Gyp & Poms.
The overall design style, glass cube & flower variety were in keeping with your selection and the WS disclosure for substitution & market fresh availability....then the "alert" to you!
I do not, nor would even think of presenting a "false" photo or claim to design or fill otherwise...EVER!!!
I can assure you the standard design value was "spot-on" some stunning photos of the design are available as well.

My fiancé and I don’t live in Beverly, MA any more, but a great deal of our family and friends still reside there. Carroll’s Florist is our number one pick for when we want to send flowers for a special occasion, like Mother’s Day or someone’s birthday, or when one of our loved ones isn’t feeling well. Pamela (the owner) truly does a beautiful job with the arrangements, and her pricing along with her local delivery fee are very reasonable. Just yesterday we discovered that one of our family members, despite being isolated for months contracted COVID-19. We were able to find a nice bouquet on Carroll’s website and arrange for it to be delivered the very same day. Carroll’s also goes the extra step by emailing you a picture of the bouquet you ordered before it’s delivered to it’s recipient, which is an extra nice touch. You can tell she really cares about her customers too, back in May of this year when we were arranging for bouquets to be delivered to my fiancé mom and grandmothers for Mother’s Day, Carroll called us to personally apologize that she didn’t have all the flowers for the bouquets we ordered in stock. (Mind you this was right in the middle of the first lock down, legally Pamela was not allowed to have any employees help her due to the lockdown regulations, and any supplies at this time, especially fresh flowers were hard to come by.) She reassured us that while the bouquets might not have the original flowers we picked, she would still make them big and beautiful. And they were. She truly does lovely work and is a lovely person all together. If you are looking for a good, reliable florist, with a big heart, then Carroll’s Florist is the place for you.

I procrastinated in ordering my mom flowers for Mother's Day by waiting to order until two days before, which I should have known was a mistake during the covid-19 pandemic. I was panicking because my "usual" shop was unable to complete a delivery until almost a week after Mother's Day. I kept searching for a faster option, and the Carroll's website indicated they would be able to deliver the day after Mother's Day. That didn't seem so bad compared to the other estimates I was getting, so I placed the order and planned to sheepishly apologize to my mom for the tardiness.
The night before Mother's Day I got a message from Pamela at Carroll's saying she could make the delivery on Mother's Day if I could just text her my mom's phone number to facilitate the contact-less delivery. Easy enough.
My mom received a beautiful arrangement on Mother's Day before 11am. I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful for Carroll's for going out of their way to make sure the delivery happened on the actual day in spite of my own procrastination. As an added bonus, my mom made a point to call me a week later and tell me that her flowers still looked great!
I will be sure to use Carroll's as my "go-to" for future flower deliveries in Beverly. Thank you so much Pamela!

This place is AMAZING!! I cannot put enough praise on them. There was a large snowstorm in the area over the last couple days, which delayed a lot of their flower deliveries into the shop. The shop even closed early due to the storm. Pamela saw my note to my friend that I wanted included with the delivery, and knew the flowers I ordered were important, so she called me to discuss a bit of design change, and she delivered them in a snow storm!! I called Carroll's to ask questions about variations from the online photos to what to expect in the delivery, and they were so patient, answered all of my questions and were thorough in explaining how things may change from the online photos to real life (depending on flower availability, etc). The flowers were beautiful! They were delivered to the correct place within the anticipated timeframe. Some of the flowers were already open but there were also some just beginning to open, so the flowers looked beautiful for quite a long time after delivery! What wonderful service. We ordered on-line. The flowers delivered were beautiful but the delivery was difficult because the recipient was not home. Carroll Florist handled this with skill and we couldn't be happier with their floral arrangement and service.

Not happy with the money I spent for this arrangement $100+ for the premium and it looks very basic.
I was not aware this was a 3-sided arrangement. Once again VERY UNHAPPY. This is not worth the money steer clear of upgrading!!

I needed a same day delivery to my mom in the hospital and came across Carroll's florist. I placed an order online and made a note to use purple hues as they are mom's fav color. Within hours the floral arrangement was already hand delivered and looked truly beautiful. I also phoned in to check on status and the person was so super friendly and helpful and told me of the extra care to add purples to the mix. I am from it off state so I made a point to bookmark this place for future use as I have lots of family in the area and am always looking for deliveries. Quality arrangement, great service! Top-notch, highly recommend you try them out. You will be pleased with overall experience!!:)

The arrangement was not at all as pictured. There were no ferns at all which would of helped fill it out. The size was smaller then I thought and the flowers were very different then the photo. I wish it was more to it!! Very disappointed. Sorry to say. And I did the extra $$ for an upgrade

I was very disappointed in the funeral arrangement we purchased. It did not look like the photo online. There were fewer flowers and they had already begun to wilt and turn brown on the edges. My family and I were actually embarassed to see it beside all of the other more beautiful displays. This certainly was not a "deluxe" arrangement and was not worth the money we paid. I will not used Carroll's again.

I placed a same-day delivery order with Carroll's as a sympathy gift. The flowers were brought to the recipient's doorstep in hours, and they were exactly as pictured in the online catalog. The entire process was so simple, and communication was excellent. I received emails when the order was processed and when the flowers were actually delivered. My husband also received a voicemail describing how the delivery person left the flowers on the recipient's porch after having called for permission. The value was really excellent for the level of service and quality of the arrangement. We will absolutely go through Carroll's again.
