Flowers arrived in good condition. Delivery sucks. Delivery fee of $15, delivered around 2 pm to my location that was 1.8 miles away from the store. This was my 2nd time ordering from Candlelight. Donatos in Maple Grove much better in all respects

I'd like to apologize that your bouquet was delivered later than you expected - unfortunately Valentine's Day is our busiest delivery day of the year and when routing our drivers, we can't get everything out as quickly as we would on a normal Wednesday. For future ordering, there is an option for an "add on" to ensure your delivery is executed "Before Noon." Again, we appreciate your support of our small business!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
