This arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I purchased it for my daughter's birthday and she loved it! There was a little issue with the drop off and because the delivery driver called me, we were able to resolve it! I highly recommend Camile's and will definitely use them in the future!

Not worth the price. The picture looks summery and fun … they came and looked like Publix Thanksgiving flowers.
The only plus to ordering was they came quickly and the delivery was communicated well.
However the bouquet included different flowers than the picture which cheapened the feel significantly (and as someone who holds a wholesale account with flower distro it also cheapens the cost of making them) overall disappointing it wasn’t what was pictured. I also understand that certain flowers aren’t always available so making replacements is necessary… As a consumer I believe if replacements are going to be made I should have been notified or it should be clear on your website. When you are purchasing a gift for someone that includes their favorite flower and then it shows up without it … feels like a huge waste and is very disappointing.
Additionally the bouquet was received on May 11 and wilted by May 13.

The flowers were not as full as they appeared in the photo, as I paid extra for the premium option. I felt as though they could have added more flowers. There were a substantial number of carnations in the bouquet vs. what was pictured and considering there were NO carnations in the picture, I was a little disappointed as this was not the recipient's favorite flower. While we appreciated the prompt delivery and timely notifications, the flowers were just ok. The roses we picked out online looked like a subtle shade of light pink, but the ones received were magenta/almost red. The rose blooms were very open, almost to the end of their time and the photo our recipient sent looked like there were missing roses from the dozen.

It was absolutely stunning. The florist created a very outstanding Christmas holiday masterpiece that was the classiest centerpiece I’ve ever seen with the silver candles and burgundy and white flowers with a touch of silver. I should have taken a picture it was so beautiful.

Was so thrilled with this arrangement, as was the recipient! She said, "The flowers are probably the prettiest I've ever seen! Not kidding one bit. They're beautiful! I love the big full blooms and not loads of little fillers." Also was thrilled that Camile's knew how to deliver these to the hospital and even looked up the room # beforehand. Well done! Only thing I had trouble with was using the "add-on" feature on line. Couldn't get it to add the stuffed animals or balloons, and couldn't figure out how to just separately order these items after the arrangement order was placed. Might have to actually call them to make that happen.

Disclaimer, you must read the entire post. The 5 stars are for a reason…… I placed the order well before Valentine’s Day for pink roses. On the on-line order form there was an area for special instructions so I explained the flowers needed to be delivered before 3 pm because where they were going closed before then. The flowers do my wife no good at hime as she spends most of her time at work. I also opted for text messaging updates.
Valentine’s Day comes and it’s close to 4 pm when I realize I did not get texts from the flower shop or the my wife. I found this unusual so I called the flower shop and was reminded it was a holiday and they were busy. Never the less, they asked for an alternate address. Needless to say, the flowers did not show up until after 7 pm and they were wilted. Understand, my wife goes to bed really early….so she went to bed thinking I forgot her on such a special day!!!! When they arrived, I had to accept the flowers, which were wilted, and she was already in bed.
The next day, I called the flower shop and expressed my frustration regarding the situation. A nice man helped me out.
The very next day, a BEAUTIFUL AND FRESH delivery of the same flower order was sent to the address where they originally supposed to go. My wife was so HAPPY!!!!!! I received a photo of the flowers and WOWWWW!!!!!!!
I REALLY appreciated how they turned a negative and frustrating situation into such a positive experience. They truly showed what customer service should be and it was greatly appreciated.
I felt it was important to mention what originally happened to challenge everyone in realizing just because there was an oversight, it can, and was fixed creating a truly positive experience.
They deserve the 5 stars because not everyone would have gone out of their way to make things right.

I ordered flowers from Camille's to be delivered on Valentine's Day to my girlfriends house in Boynton beach. My first time ordering from Camille's and they didn't disappoint.
The flowers were delivered on time before she left for work at 10:39. I think they were actually delivered about 9:30 so that was awesome. I did tip the driver $15 hoping that would get them there on time so I guess it worked.
She loved the flowers and said they were beautiful. The card I wrote also was delivered and she loved that as well. So thank you Camille's you were excellent and now have a new customer!!

Very disappointed. What I ordered looks nothing like what was delivered. I purchased the premium bouquet thinking it would have more flowers and be a larger than what was shown. Also the one thing that really brought the â€Plum Crazy for Fall’ bouquet together was the vibrant purple vase, of which you will only get a clear one. The filler flowers were very different. I wish they would use photos of what they actually were going to sell not some clipart they found on the internet. Defiantly do not pay for the upgraded bouquet, I can only image what the cheep bouquet looks like.

The arrangement arrived looking like the picture. We paid for deluxe but I didn’t think it was deluxe. The roses were open and looked like they were delivered 3 or 4 days ago. The petals are curling back and they seem old. Deluxe supposedly gets a full arrangement with the freshest flowers. Maybe I paid for deluxe but received the basic version? It’s pretty of course but I would never order it again and I don’t think I would order roses here if this is how they would look at arrival.

The flowers were delivered on time however they were one third the size which I ordered. I ordered the deluxe size and asked for a turquoise ribbon to be out on the vase which was not done. The picture advertised shows a very full vase of pink and white carnations and buttons with some gyp. I got a tiny vase of salmon Rose's in a very small vase and no ribbon. I was very upset as I had given a 20% tip and although the card was written correctly , the order was not what I paid for. I paid nearly a 100$ and what was received looked like something out of Walmart for 10$

The person who delivered my flowers got very impatient with the security guard in my neighborhood and also claimed who could not wait much longer at the gate because he had a dentist appointment but I also understand they were giving him a hard time. Ordering sympathy flowers is a difficult task when you don't know the florist and are ordering from a different state! It's a lot of money to invest while taking the chance on the quality, delivery and so on. Camile's flowers was fantastic - from the easy ordering to various selections to delivery the same day. Your long stem dozen pink roses were a big hit. I was told they were absolutely perfect and beautiful. They delivered on time and in the morning as I requested. The driver called when the condo guard was not giving him access right away. I was told the driver was wearing a mask and left the flowers at the doorstep with the recipient inside the door. Flowers arrived at the apartment complex Friday night. They were suppose to be delivered on Saturday. Consequently, they were locked in the mailing office. The recipient didn’t receive them until Monday.

The flowers were never delivered and they didn't even bother to let me know. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my wife, but they never arrived. I received an email confirming that the delivery was completed. When I called the company the next day in the afternoon, they said "oh yeah, you must have been one of the five deliveries we couldn't make."
When you send someone flowers for a special occasion it is beyond disappointing when they don't arrive. If the company would have communicated with me, I would have picked them up myself. I definitely didn't want my wife to think that I didn't care enough to remember Valentine's Day. They didn't seem to care much. The person simply asked what I wanted to do and offered a refund. I would not recommend this florist to anybody.

I didn't see the flowers but was told they were fresh and beautiful, and most importantly they arrived within 2 hrs! Thank you, Camile's for an expedited service! I highly recommend them!
