flowers came in a leaky box with slimy white paint that came off on my hands. the owner declined a refund or replacement (offered me $10) , just said sorry.

We are sending the boxes back to our supplier. They came from China and were not aware as we do not normally buy from that market, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would like to emphasize that the flowers themselves were intact and we are working to fix this problem, and we would like to reiterate to put a plate under the box to avoid having the flowers dying.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
