The bouque was very pretty and my wife was pleased with the color arrangement. Unfortunatly, the communication fell through. Jasmine asked me to send her my message for my wifes card, and said that whe'd need the note b4 9am the next day in order to make to my wifes office shortly after. I sent my note the day b4 the scheduled delivery. When I messaged to verify they rec'd my note I rec'd no response. I messaged & called again the morning of scheduled delivery, with no response. After finally getting through they jumped on it to get the bouque to her, but didn't get until after 11:15. UGH. was told they'd be there b4 10am.

James, I apologized to you profusely and have no control over technology glitches. The 3 star review is unwarranted considering that you called very late on Friday for an early morning delivery the next day. I went all out to accommodate you and learned a lesson. Never again will I do that for procrastinators.

I called from out of state to order a bouquet for a friend in Tucson. It was the end of the day but Tina took my order and emailed a copy of the order for my approval and to make any changes. I was sent a photo of the bouquet and email with delivery confirmation. This kind of service is increasingly rare these days so I was overjoyed with this response. Plus the name sold me immediately.

Stunning! I was so happy to receive a photo of the actual arrangement being delivered. My grandma said they were beautiful and seem to be very fitting with her art exhibition opening theme. The arrangement was excellent and well received. My only issue was with the software for purchasing and customer service. I realized too late that there was not an option in the purchasing process to specify a time to deliver, thus my assumption was that it would be delivered ASAP on the day/morning picked for delivery. By 1pm in the afternoon the arrangement still didn't show up, so I called and asked. The response was basically we'll get to it when we get to it, so maybe 4pm? That time frame doesn't help, as I needed it to be delivered during business hours. I was told I should have added in delivery notes to have it delivered by that time requested. I think delivery time should have been an option in its own and not just up to customer to guess to add in the "delivery options" box. So to get the arrangement in before 4pm, I was forced to pay an additional $15. I think they should have considered helping me out as a new customer who used their somewhat misleading purchasing software. There are many florist options, I will probably try others out next time and see if they have more concern for the customer.

We offer traditional but mostly custom arrangements designed with your needs in mind, floral education, weddings, funerals, workshops, and events-wine, mead, whiskey, coffee tastings by local vendors and vineyards. This boutique floral design shop is the product of a history of floristry, a touch of Paris where art, l'aperitif, and flowers merge like a bad ass!
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
