I found this business 2 days prior on Google, read the reviews and started shopping lol. From the delivery to the flower’s, my mom loved her surprise!! I purchased a medium size flowers from this location. I buy flowers all the time from local flower shops. This one that delivered to the house was no where near medium. It was what other companies have as there small size instead. Very disappointing for over 100.00 dollars. Would not order from here again.

We do offer standard, deluxe and premium, but those don’t always correlate to size. It can be a difference of flowers used, as not all flowers carry the same value. I always pick the designer's choice and I have never been disappointed in the flowers received. My only criticism (and perhaps it's not something that they can easily control) is the price. I just don't think a nice vase of flowers delivered should cost $125.

I want you to know we are so thankful for long time customers like you. Unfortunately, during the holidays the prices from suppliers do increase. That is out of our control. Beyond that, all costs have been gradually rising over the past few years. I took that into account about 2 years ago and did have to raise prices across the website, but other than the annual holiday price increases, we held our prices steady since that time. We want to remain affordable, but a lot of costs go into running a small, locally owned business. So of course, we are so thankful for you!

The item selected was easy to order and delivered in a timely manner for the event. The size of the peace lilly delivered was much smaller than expected for the $60.00 price tag. I was expecting the plant to reflect the plant in the picture of about knee high. The Manager that attended the service said the plant delivered was about 12-15 inches tall.
Based on that I feel that the item was WAY overpriced for what we received.

I am very sorry, sincerely, but there must be some confusion here. We do not offer a peace lily that is as small as 12-15", so that is impossible. Maybe they mistook another plant for the one we sent? I am the owner, I deliver myself, and I did deliver an 8" Peace Lily that was very similar to what you saw online. In fact, the smallest we offer is a 6" pot, and I have two in the store now. I measured them from base to tallest bloom and each is 28" tall - almost double the size that is being claimed we sent. I am not sure where the confusion is coming from, but I can assure we delivered what was ordered, and our prices are well within industry standards. Please feel free to reach out to us in store if there is anything else we can do to clear this up. We do thank you for your business.

Broadview did call to say they would have substitute white candles instead of silver, which I was okay with, but disappointing since I placed my order 3 weeks in advance of delivery. Very disappointed. Florist never contacted me about the substitution of the vase, flower stems were so long that it did not have the round shape and they did not even offer to wrap the bouquet when leaving and we purchased extra stems to fill in the arrangement. I selected “florist choice” for a bouquet to honor a gold star family. The bouquet is was $50 before tax and service fees. What was delivered was not even equivalent to the cheapest bouquets shown on the site. Daisys and carnations do not make a $50 bouquet. I am disappointed and upset that my friend received this half attempt at a boquet I could have bought at Trader Joe’s for $7.99. Will not use you again.

I was pleased with the ease of online ordering and the prompt same day delivery. However, when the recipient sent me a text with a picture of the bouquet with her thanks I was disappointed. The custom color scheme (red and yellow) I had requested was followed, but it looked like random blooms from the grocery store stuck in a vase instead of a professional arrangement.

The presentation matched the picture and description to a “T”. The only problem was the product was left on the porch and due to front weighted designs and the wind that day, the set fell over on its face. Most of the water inside had spilled out.
Lucky I arrived home before the significant other, and I was able to somewhat salvage them. A good portions of the flowers were already showing signs of dying or flattened from lying on there face. By the end of the first day most of the flowers were completely limp and dead but she at least got to see them prior to that.
I know that some of the blame goes on Mother Nature, but the set could have been placed better/a safer location since it did have the uneven weight in the front. Either way, my wife still loved the gift from her children.

I ordered online, and called to request a pickup at 8 in the morning, since deliverys are not done on Sunday , so I needed to pickup before work. The lady informed me they did not have any white daisies, so I requested yellow, she sadi yes but was a little disappointed in the red carnations with yellow daisies, white would have been better but did not think about it at the time, and I was not asked.

Disappointed. The arrangement was delivered over an hour and a half late to the event I needed it for (and I even requested it be delivered an hour prior) and was underwhelmed with it for $50. The arrangement as illustrated is truly an elegant and beautiful display, but this was not replicated in the delivered arrangement, as the arrangement did not match the description of elegance and temperament described as a "lovely bouquet [delivering] an oasis of beauty and elegance. Soothing, serene, and very special.” The style and theme of the arrangement was not preserved by substitution of items displayed. The overall presentation of the received arrangement was of lesser value. There was no “POP” to the received arrangement. The vase this arrangement came in was like a large oversize mason jar. The arrangement was like a “backyard” conglomeration of picked flowers stuffed into a mason jar, not a professional rendition of the original. The preparation was not tight, as pictured, but loosely assembled and sloppy (because the wrong vase was selected). The stems of the flowers were brown, not green as shown, a further derision of the beauty of this arrangement as pictured. The preparation failed to replicate the true beauty and elegance of this arrangement, by choosing an entirely different theme, sending a “rustic” themed arrangement in place of elegance and beauty.

The arrangement was nice it didn’t look as full as the one online picture I know there were some substitutions but I am not a fan of the fern type greenery I was hoping for more of the plant like leafy greenery like in the picture. I'm giving it 3 stars because i was not satisfied with the first set of flowers that was delivered to my mom but the lady i spoke with was very sweet and understanding she quickly resolved the issue but offering me a credit or having new flowers sent (the same day)

I am a Fort Wayne native and went to high school near Broadview. I live out of state now and sent these to my great niece. They sent me a photo of the arrangement and I was disappointed. The delivery was fantastic. Ordered morning of and they delivered same day. But the vase was quite a bit less full than the photo appeared and some looked a bit wilted. But my niece loved receiving them.
