Telephone call to confirm if the order was ready felt very rushed and abrupt. Upon picking up the flowers, the store was closed at 5PM even though business hours state they close at 8pm. The person in the store claimed to have told us they were closing early due to a holidays which is untrue. The phone call was rushed and rude and we definitely were not notified of the early closure. The special note that was supposed to be in the bouquet was also missing. Terrible experience for a first time customer and unsatisfactory completion of order.

The order came at 7pm after placing it at 10am and hoping to get it in time for the Jewish New Year. We received the wrong item with only 6-7 roses and a few other filler flowers, and it was addressed to someone else, the note was wrong and not what I requested. And, I had to call twice just to ask if it was on it's way. Really unprofessional and disappointing, especially when ordering these for my mother on a special day.

It was small relative to what I paid for it which was 200$ with tip so it wasn’t worth it

It has not been delivered and I didn't get update since the CS center told me they are figuring out. It totally ruined Valentine's day I planned and I want full refund. I will never use Bloomnation ever again.

What a complete disappointment. I ordered a $160.00 bouquet for my Mom’s Anniversary, the day before Valentines Day, they were supposed to deliver same day. I called 15 times over the next 24 hours and was told each time, the flowers are out for delivery, yah, that was a bunch of bull.
What a complete circus, the flowers still haven’t arrived 2 days later. They only had to drive 2 miles from their store. How frustrating and embarrassing.
I don’t understand how these places stay in business. It goes without saying, they will never get a call from me again.
FYI; I never write reviews regardless of how bad my experience may be so writing this review should let everyone know how bad BOSMAT is. Do not order anything from this place.

Amazing I love that you went upstairs and hand delivered it. That made everything so perfect. The roses turned out better and it smelled good. An amazing birthday surprise she will never forget thank you.

I ordered the “premium” flowers & I do not feel like a got premium quality or quantity. If my flowers were premium, I would hate to see what the standard bouquet looks like.

The flower arrangement was very nice, however the flowers were delivered one day early even though it the date was specified as the day after on the order.

The shop does not have the bonsai tree I ordered and is unaware when they will receive shipment of this plant. My order was supposed to be delivered as a present. It was only when I called to inquire about the status, that I was informed the plant was unavailable.
When this happens, is there no form of communication to inform the customer of the order delay?

The flower received were not as pictured. There were very little baby breaths, no caspia limonium in the arrangement and the calalily was white and not pink as stated in the description.

The centerpiece was filled with beautiful and fresh flowers at the peak of their perfection. The size and shape of the arrangement was what I had hoped for. The delivery was made on time, as requested.
My only negative comment is that the same materials could have been arranged in a more artful and pleasing way. Rather than clumping all the red flowers in the middle of the arrangement, it would have been more attractive to disperse the reds throughout the brilliant whites of the hydrangeas.

The flowers I ordered and paid for ahead of my MIL’s birthday were never delivered. I called the flower shop to figure out what happened and continue to get an automated voicemail box and no return call. I want the flowers to be delivered and a partial reimbursement for missing the occasion and making us chase you down to resolve this problem. If I don’t hear from you today I’m stepping up my complaint for better business and local authorities.

“Hello,
I ordered an arrangement from your website called 'White and Lavender' for my elderly mother for Mother's Day. Above is the confirmation email I received.
My mother received a random bouquet of roses and other flowers. Not at all what I ordered or would have paid $87.10 for. I am very disappointed. Not only for me, but for my family members who contributed to the gift and above all, for my 93 year old mother. The flowers she received are not our idea of an appropriate gift for Mommy on Mother's Day.
One more added piece of puzzling activity: I specifically asked in the message for the messenger to please not deliver the flowers directly to Mr.s Alexander's apartment but to leave them with the doorman. He went directly to Mommy's door! My mother is not able to carry anything from the door that is heavier or more bulky than her newspaper. She is elderly and walks only with assistance. I was aghast that she had to deal with the flowers on her own.
I would like you to please send the flowers I ordered to Mrs. Alexander as soon as possible. Or give us a credit by way of apology.
How disappointing. I truly hope we can resolve this problem today.
I tried calling (718)264-3111 yesterday and today. I cannot get anyone to come to the phone. Thus this email.”
In my original email I welcomed them to call me or respond by email. They did neither. I am so disappointed.

I'm going to be 100% honest. I usually order flowers from the Bouqs but this year with shipping delays I wanted to order from a local shop so I could be more comfortable with my grandmother receiving her flowers on mother's day. When I saw the arrangements and prices for Bosmat Flowers I was impressed. I placed the order then saw the bad reviews and panicked. Not only were the flowers fresh, gorgeous and beautifully presented but there were no cheap fillers-a personal pet peeve. My grandmother absolutely adored her flowers, they made her day. Thank you, I will be ordering again.

Terrible. Nothing as pictured. I upgraded to premium and truly it was a waste of money. The the arrangements arrives dried and roses died in less than 24 hours. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a waste of money.

I ordered a special orchid arrangement on Saturday. Received a text on Sunday that they ran out of orchids. They couldn’t be reached after that and I was told by mom that they sent roses instead. I didn’t pay for roses and didn’t want those sent. Not a great service.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on a Monday I paid for it, and they never delivered it I called them and they said, we will be available to do the delivery Wednesday because our delivery guys didn’t show up!!

1. The online ordering system appears to have a glitch. I placed two different orders for delivery on the same day but only one was delivered. On the business' side orders appear to follow a specific grouping.
2. After calling the store to follow up on the order that was not delivered, the person over the phone was quite rude, and raised her voice as we tried to decipher the order mixup. Will likely not be ordering from her again due to the poor customer service.

Extremely pleased with the ease of ordering online for Mother's Day from GA! I was able to add a personal message to my Mom along with a separate request to the florist themselves without speaking with anyone. For me... that was the icing on the cake. Keep in mind that I have ordered flowers from other florist in the past of which didn't impress me in regard to being customer friendly. When my Mother received the flowers, she was so excited and very pleased with the arrangement of which she shared a picture with me. Hands down, I will choose this florist for all of my deliveries in NY from now on. The presentation was absolutely beautiful. Thank you❣
