The arrangement was beautiful and delivered on the same day and pretty fast. They sent me a picture before hand when I called just because I wanted to see what it looked like. Amazing customer service! Ordered same day delivery and not only were the flowers delivered on time but they called me to let me know that nobody was home when they did the delivery. They wanted me to know where they left the flowers (in the shade) as it was quite hot outside. Everything tuned out ok and the flowers themselves were beautiful and just like the picture! Will definitely use them again.

The boquete that was delivered did not look nothing like the picture advertised on your internet site. I am disappointed.because i paid around 90 with taxes and delivery.

You are absolutely correct, the arrangement in the picture as advertised had fully open blooms of the alstroemeria. The arrangement we delivered, had partially open blooms. What does that mean? Well one thing for sure, it means your order had the freshest of flowers. Secondly, it means your order is guaranteed to last several days for the recipient to enjoy its beauty as alstromerias take a few days for its bloom to fully open and will last in a vase arrangement for up to two weeks. Additionally, your order was made with exactly the number of stems as specified in the recipe. We are sorry that the arrangement did not meet your expectations. Purchased on line from PA. Very easy, and my daughter loved that she got a picture of our flowers when they were delivered at her door! She said she spoke with delivery person on the phone to get gate code, and they were very nice! Thank you for making her 40th BD special.
