The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were very fresh. The service was excellent (she accommodated a last minute, same day delivery). She also sent a picture of the actual arrangement before delivery which was an unexpected surprise. The recipient was very pleased and I was happy to be able to offer something far nicer than a simple, generic bouquet in a vase. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I felt the price was high. That being said, I would recommend Blooming Ruby’s and would use them again. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything was amazing, from the ordering to the arrangement to the delivery. I highly recommend Blooming Ruby's! My friend said it was the nicest bouquet she ever received and the delivery person texted me a photo, let me know she was delivering it, kept me up to date on the drop off, texted my friend that she had dropped it off and placed it in the shade and checked in later to make sure she had found it (there was a heat wave). All around the best florist experience I've had!

We ordered the Premium Flower Arrangement which I know includes more flowers. The arrangement did have more flowers but the description for the vase and picture of the vase is not what we received. I know the website indicates that the vase might be brown, white or black. We indicated we preferred brown. It looks like it is a shade of brown, but it does not have a drawer pull on the vase like the picture! We selected this arrangement because of the Adorable Drawer pull! We are disappointed and I am planning on calling your business today to verbally let you know how disappointed we are!

Stacey created a "Potted Herb Garden" for my son's Rehearsal Dinner this past weekend. We met in August to discuss my vision, look at inspiration photos and Stacey quickly went to task procuring the right look--tuscan pots, rosemary topiaries, and many traditional herbs. We also agreed on a large floral arrangement for the bar. She sent me a formal proposal after our initial meeting, and we had many texts and chats making certain we were both on the same page, and on budget. On the day of the event, Stacey was on time, working hard with her crew, while creating a most lovely tablescape on one long table. Check out her instagram account @bloomingrubys to see the final product.. the table wasn't fully set yet with candles, napkins, stemware... but you can see what a high quality job she did. Following the the event that night, she went back to the venue, loaded all potted herbs back in her truck. On our way home the next day, we stopped at her workshop and loaded two cars with all of the fresh potted herbs, which will now be my Christmas decor with gold bows! Your flowers were one of the highlights of our 45th wedding anniversary celebration. When I first contacted the concierge at the Inn I had several requests in which they handled flawlessly. However, the flowers were critical and I said I needed something that was extraordinary. We discussed the importance of the arrangements and they said it would be taken care of. do not even know where to start. I called Blooming Ruby’s from Louisiana and spoke with the owner Stacey. I requested flowers, balloons and snack boxes to be sent to 2 college aged family members who were thousands of miles away from home.
