What I received looked EXACTLY like the photo. This is the first time that I have ordered online and received exactly what I was advertised. I ordered the Mylar balloons as well and got exactly what I wanted there. The photo in the website shows colorful balloons and there wasn’t an option to special request colors or a theme on the Mylar balloons. I called the shop and asked if I could request specific colors and he asked me to make note in the special instructions section on the flowers I was ordering, and they’d see it there. I chose black and gold balloons and they went so perfectly with the gold vase. I was so happy with what we got that I said “I have to go leave them a review!”. 10/10, do recommend. Thank you for making my girlfriend’s birthday surprise that much better!!

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
