I purchased a bouquet of flowers online from the Archer’s website for a same day delivery to a friend. Moments later a floral designer called me from Archer’s letting me know there were a few flowers from the arrangement that were out of stock. She was so kind, and thoughtful, as this was a sympathy gift. We discussed the general idea/ colors for a different bouquet but I ended up going with a “designer’s choice” in place of the original one I had chosen. She even sent me a picture of the arrangement before they were delivered. It was more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined! Perfect customer service beginning to end, and they are so talented at what they do!

I used Archer's to deliver a dish garden to my daughter who attends Marshall University and had just moved into her new apartment. She is an international student, we live overseas so everything was done online through the website. Aside from the fact that they added a bit of red, white & blue for 4th July holiday, it was an accurate representation of what is on the website. The price was good compared to other websites I looked at and they delivered the same day. Very happy and would use again.

They also send a text message with a picture of the arrangement so I can see what’s being delivered. That extra touch is going above and beyond the norm. This is now my go to place to order from and have it delivered. I had made a typo on my card when ordering online and Paula called me to double check on how I wanted the card. Mind you this is prom season, and they were working late due to being extremely busy. So, to take time out to call and verify what the card should say means a lot. Not only that the basket was beautiful, and I received an email after it had been delivered. If you want your money's worth and done very professionally then call Archers.

Now I see what all the hype was about regarding Archer's. I called the morning of my friend's birthday and had the delightful experience of speaking to Paula. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, insightful, patient, understanding, pleasant and personal beyond my expectation. She forwarded a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery, sent me a copy of the charges and even notified me when the floral arrangement had been hand delivered that same day. I have utilized many florists nationwide and I can say without any equivocation whatsoever that Archer's is premier in my estimation. Kudos to Paula and her entire staff for a job very well done. Ease of ordering while out of town was great! I signed up for text messages thinking I would be notified when the planter was delivered, but all I got was an email yesterday at 3:15 pm saying it had been delivered. The viewing/service began at 10:30 and I had hoped it would be at the church before it began… and it may have been, I just wasn’t notified. Also… it would be SO NICE if your delivery person could take a picture of where it was delivered (like Walmart does). That way the sender could see what the final product looked like as well as where it was delivered. We, as the sender, must simply take your word that it was delivered since it would be quite uncouth to ask the recipient if they received it.

I ordered the items for my mother to have as a memorial for my father's funeral. Due to circumstances and feelings, I didn't order until 22 hours before they needed to be delivered. The employee was very helpful when most questions I just didn't have an answer for - the only thing I knew were the flowers should be some shade of turquoise and asked them to take care of the other details. The pieces were delivered before we ever arrived and they were beautiful. I would recommend Archer's for EVERY occasion when you need flowers or something similar.

My cousin was admitted to the hospital in Huntington, Virginia. I live in Austin, Texas. Trying to make sure your flowers arrived as you wish is hard to do since I can't just drive there to check. I called Archer's as they where close by. I have to say talk about hitting the pay load first try. They where excellent to speak too, handled my problem ordering immediately as unseen. Let me just say that I am impressed with this floral shop. Not only were they able to take my order over the phone, but they made sure they had asked every detail that could be asked and made me feel comfortable giving info over the phone. We wanted to surprise our daughter who recently got married and moved to West Virginia for her "golden birthday" (we do birthdays big in our family) and Archer's did not disappoint! This is the second one of these I have purchased. The first one was decorated with the matching flower and color that was on the lantern. Very beautiful!!! This one was for a male also but was decorated with a smaller bouquet with small white flowers which make less appealing to the eye. This is just a recommendation for future purchases of this item. Very impressed with the fast delivery! But the amount of candy was a bit lackluster, I thought there would be more full size candy bars, like on the picture but it was mostly fun size. It didn't look as full as the picture either. But my grandfather was happy so that's all that mattered, they were for his bday but he was in the hospital, he passed 2 days later so I'm glad he was able to enjoy his candy bars!

The funeral director at Chapman’s Mortuary on 3rd Ave. in Huntington, WV said no lantern was ever delivered for my cousin’s funeral. I couldn’t make it back home for the funeral which was today and is now over. I’m extremely disappointed and heart sick that my family thought I did nothing to remember such an important part of our family. I do not expect to be charged for this item. Again this is so disappointing!

I love just about any flowers but I was dissatisfied with my purchase because I was expecting daisies in my Daisy Crazy arrangement and there was none at all. The daisies were the whole reason I bought the arrangement. Really sad about that.

Flowers were beautiful, but you wrote down an incorrect house number and so they went to a neighbor first. Luckily, the recipient did end up getting them. Please verify or confirm the address for delivery when the order is placed.

After I had ordered flowers from a local florist and they were delivered, I was extremely disappointed. The roses were dying and the arrangement looked rushed and sloppy. Also the arrangement looked nothing like what the picture suggested.
