I specified white roses and upgraded to a premium bouquet but received a bouquet without white roses and with less flowers than are in the photo for the regular (not upgraded) bouquet. I called to discuss with them and was told they didn't have white roses. I asked them to call me next time if this happens again so we can make other arrangements, and the person said they couldn't get a hold of me which was not true. They never tried contacting me before making the bouquet. Lies are never acceptable on any level. Just be honest. It's a much more respectable and forgiving approach and will lead to more business in the long term. I was hoping this would work out as I need a reliable flower service in their area monthly on average if not more frequent. The bouquet was pretty but wasn't at all was was requested. That along with making excuses by lying and then not offering to help when I told them I was planning on repeated flower deliveries was disconcerting. Mind you, this could have been one particular person that doesn't represent the flower shop at large, but still doesn't excuse the transaction.

If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
