Thank you so much! My wife has been having a particularly hard time, and, as always, she loved your beautiful work! By the way, they were left at the front desk of the hospital, and every visitor commented on them and took pictures of your card to remember your name!

The flowers were beautiful. Florist even called to tell me that no one was home, & they were unable to contact recipient. The flowers were perfectly placed in a shady spot where she could see them as soon as she got home. This arrangement truly brought light and beauty to a very devastating time for our family. I ordered the Peaceful White Box arrangement and I received a call from a rep at the florist who asked me if this arrangement was for the funeral or a home. I said a home and she recommended the Peaceful White Vase which was a better choice. I appreciated the extra care she afforded me as a customer.

All good things to say about my first order experience with Andes Florist! First, I placed an order online and realized the delivery address was incorrect. I called them not realizing it was outside of their business hours to correct my mistake and Claudia called me back right away. She immediately corrected the delivery address, and the flowers were delivered that same morning. So so beautiful, I wish I could attach the photo, but I am very pleased with the service as well as the arrangement. I ordered the long stem roses in a glass vase, standard, and it was very similar to the advertised photo; it was made full. The newly wed couple who received it thought it was so beautiful. I ordered the Succulent Trio for my adult Grandson and I know he'll enjoy keeping it in his room. My adult granddaughter loved her single mini one year rose! It's beautiful and I'm sure it'll give her and the family many months of pleasure. I also appreciated the option of specifying a "pale pink" rose since pink is her favorite color. Delivery was outstanding and within hours of placing my order online.

Last year (for my wife’s birthday) I ordered this exact arrangement in “Standard” form. It was beautiful and impressive. This year, I ordered the “Deluxe” version, and although my wife loved them, it fell short of my expectation. There is no real indication or picture examples on the website of what “Deluxe” entails or includes, but in my opinion, it certainly wasn’t worth the extra cost. I won’t be spending more for deluxe in the future without an example of what the 40% increase in cost gets me.

I live in Oregon and wanted to send my son a last minute gift which I thought wouldn’t happen because of the timing. I found Andes Florists on the internet and placed my order with ease. A few hours later I called to get an update in my order and the lady (I didn’t get her name) was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly about the order and provided me with the details. My son received his gift within a few hours after placing the order! Did I mention their prices are better than the competition? I highly recommend Andes, they’re excellent!!

This amazing florist went not once, not twice, but THREE times just to make sure my same day order/delivery got to my niece (she was not home). They updated me constantly via text & email and were SO kind and persistent in getting my flowers + balloons delivered. Mind you I had ordered them the same day and was not in a rush. The flowers (peonies arrangement) were gorgeous and they updated the balloons to all mylars bc the latex color I suggested were not available. I found them on yelp and am soooo happy I did.

Living in Hawaii and ordering flowers online is hard to pick a florist that the picture will match the actual bouquet. Look no further, Andes Florist is a match made in heaven! The first time I ordered was same day and delivery. Was told it outshone all others that she received, and I sent her the "Standard" arrangement. Yesterday I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister having surgery. Andes called the hospital several times to find out what room she will be in, and finally called me to ask if possible to deliver tomorrow. But at 6:30pm, she finally got the room number and delivered on her way home! That is exceptional service and follow-up is great. Mahalo to Claudia!!

I received a beautiful bouquet of roses a few years ago from Andes and thought about it often. When I moved across country, they were the first florist that came to mind when sending flowers for my moms birthday. Ordering online was easy, delivery was on time, and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL, even better than the picture online!

I wanted to send some love to my Aunt this year for Easter. This arrangement called Darla was so pretty, it resonated my love for her! Thank you Andes Florist for creating this beautiful arrangement for my Aunt as she absolutely loved it!

This arrangement turned out absolutely gorgeous! The flowers weren't as light (pastel) as they are in the picture but I don't have any complaints. I only mention that in case someone is looking for something that is lighter in color. The purple flowers were darker but they matched it up to brighter pink roses, which was beautiful. The orchids made a perfect touch to it. These are all my favorite flowers and is why I chose it, aside from the colors. The price was also great. I highly recommend Andes Florist. I will definitely use them again as a florist.

I was happy to pay the delivery fee but was confused why they website charges both a large delivery fee ($14 for local drop off-same city as shop) but also has a blank space for tip implying both are expected. In my opinion tip area should be left blank and eventually removed by ownership. Tip
Is something given for a service after a service is performed. Someone receiving flowers should not be expected to give a tip for a gift received- therefore tipping is not relevant for flower delivery. I believe ownership knows and understands this- thus the hefty delivery charge in order to properly pay your drivers- so please remove the extra tip box- it does not show well (appears to be greedy ownership) and is the only thing negative about my experience. Flowers and service were great and what we expected for the total amount we paid.

But I don't even live in the same county as my friend, plus there's the pandemic, so I researched extensively for a florist who could put together an arrangement that I would love myself, and cheer up my friend fighting breast cancer. I assume that the flowers were very nice but unless my recipient sends me a picture of them, i have no idea if they looked good or not. For my family, and especially my mom, I send flowers from Andes as a rule. But, on September 30th, you outdid yourselves!!
My mom received flowers from you and said they were the prettiest she’s ever seen!! She was so surprised upon the delivery first by the scent. She said they smelled like flowers from a long time ago. ( She’s 78! )
Then, she was struck by the beauty of the roses and the variety of orchids, that she said
“ had little clown faces”. I’m so happy that you made her happy,and thank you for being the BEST at what you do!!

Ordered flowers before from here. Roses didn’t look as .. happy as last time, they also seemed quite a bit smaller compared to last year’s. Unsure if COVID affected their flower stock, but probably will not purchase again. However, I did receive the correct order on the day I ordered it.

I didn't realize these were intended to be sent to a funeral home -- I had ordered them for an office. The florist called me and offered to rework the order to be better suited for an office environment. This is a special kind of care that is lost in these days of internet ordering -- checking the recipient's address and taking the time to call me to discuss customizing it for the recipient. And the flowers that arrived were absolutely stunning -- way more beautiful than the original picture. Incredible service. I will use them again and again.

My girlfriend loved the roses and combination of flowers. I spent $250 on roses last time and this was a $70 bucks and she enjoyed this a lot more. Figures... lol
