The arrangement was knowingly left at the wrong house in the neighborhood as there was a mistake in the address they had on the order. They told me the delivery person was assured the neighbor would give it to the right person. I would think that Amandas Arrangement would have contacted me and informed me of the incorrect address. This caused me some anxiety and awkward phone calls to my friend to enquire about whether she received the arrangement at a time when her husband had died a day earlier.

The online ordering was easy and the flowers were delivered in under 3 hours. I would like to have had the approximate dimensions of the arrangements listed on the site. I bought a “standard” size and it cost almost $80 with tax and delivery. Rather pricey, I thought.

when I called to confirm delivery date the person who answered was really rude. When the flowers got delivered a two days late, it didnt even have a bow on it. Still beautiful arrangement but could be a better experiance.

Very poor experience. The flowers were not delivered on the day they were supposed to be - Saturday. But I got an email on that day that said they had already been delivered. I emailed multiple times to inquire, and got no response. The next day (Mothers Day) I had to go out and buy other flowers. Then, late on Sunday, without explanation, they were delivered. I never got a response as to why the original notice was sent in error, or apology for the mix up. I bought flowers twice, and still looked like an unprepared jerk. Terrible customer experience all around.

The delivery was as scheduled; however when the recipient sent me a photo of the flowers, there was a lot more greenery than flowers! The picture on your website showed a lot more colorful flowers. So I was disappointed in that. It was mostly greenery.

Very disappointed. I ordered the premium version as a birthday gift for a friend. The photo she sent back to me of what she received was so disappointing. It looked worse than the single bouquet. No arrangement whatsoever, just flowers randomly sparse. Ugh…I’m so disappointed.

Everything was great except the card I requested was not included in the delivery so my friend spent alot of time calling friends & coworkers to see who had given her the flowers. Also, the Amanda info was not on the flowers so she did not know which flower shop they came from and couldn't call there either. Not really the biggest deal, but please ensure cards are included. She loved the flowers and said they were beautiful.

The custom bouquet of roses my mother received was beautiful! The roses were brilliant in color and stems were strong! The bloom phase was not fully opened which is what we always want - they opened over the next few days, allowing a longer time for mom to enjoy them! The only reason I took one star off is when I placed my first order, there was some minor hiccup when I ordered on the website. My initial order needed to be updated, so I had to re-do my order but I couldn't cancel my original order on my account page. Amanda's was very responsive to my email inquiries and were able to resolve it right away. We Support local businesses and Amanda is our go to florist!

When I discovered I inadvertently provided an old address, customer service, immediately offered to redeliver a fresh bouquet the following day. Fortunately, the recipient was able to pick up the original order, and immediately cancelled the replacement order.
From the thank you note and photo I received from the recipient, she was thrilled with the bouquet.

Flowers ordered and flowers received were not even remotely comparable. Only thing right about one of two orders was the vase. Reached out and they made excuses rather than owning up to the fact that the arrangement I ordered was clearly sub par. I guarantee they wouldn't give what they gave me to their mother but they gave it to my mother in law...
After numerous emails the only possible corrective action they offered was to come collect the bouquet and deliver a new one after the holiday so my MIL would not have flowers for Easter. MIL was saddened by the thought (she's an angel so she was just grateful that we thought to send her anything) so instead of make her sad we just let her keep the poorest excuse for a spring Easter bouquet I've ever seen. Honestly, I'm not trying to be rude or arrogant but I made a better bouquet from bushes and flowers in my yard (and I don't garden).
Very disappointed in the arrangement but even more in the PR. I can understand if they can't get flowers because of the pandemic but that's not an excuse for poor customer service. If you can't fulfill an order to the customers expectations based on your own policy (website says if they have to substitute flowers they'll be of equal or greater value and will maintain the intended "temperament" of the bouquet) don't take the order or let the customer know before delivering something that doesn't even remotely look like the picture online. That didn't happen.
The flowers delivered look unhealthy and skimpy, nothing like the picture, not even the same color scheme- which was the reason I picked the arrangement, for my MILs favorite color. There were visibly fewer flowers. Not even remotely maintaining the "temperament" of what was ordered. Further the substitutions were carnations and baby breath, the cheapest flowers, in place of the irises and roses.
When I reached out (with clear pictures demonstrating what I ordered was a far cry from what was received) they should have made a better effort to correct their failures.
If someone is trying to support your business during difficult times, don't take advantage.
Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the second arrangement I ordered for my mom was acceptable. Not great, not what I ordered, smaller and less vibrant, but the substitutions were more in line with what I would consider reasonable, especially during these unusual times.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the flowers that I ordered. I picked what I thought would be a very pretty and full arrangement to be delivered for my mother's birthday. What she received was pathetic looking in comparison to the online picture of the arrangement she was supposed to get. Not only did the one she received have far fewer flowers, making it look very flimsy, but they weren't even the same types of flowers from the online picture. The one she received looked absolutely nothing like the online picture that I ordered. I spend a good amount of money for this and am pretty shocked that this is what it got me. The only good thing about my experience was that completing the order online was very easy and it was delivered on time. I will not be using this florist again in the future.
