I just need to make sure that the delivery was made to the correct address. I called Acushhnet Flower within 10 minutes of placing my online order and informed them of the address change from 14 to 16 Grandview Avenue and she said that she changed the address. However, on my receipt it says it was delivered to 14 Grandview Avenue. Could you please confirm that it was delivered to the right address? I’ve only given 2 stars due to the above issue.

Hi Diane, I Just want to confirm with you that we did deliver to the correct address, your receipt will say 14 because you ordered it online prior. However when you called and I spoke to you, I changed it to 16 on our printed order form per your request. I do have a picture of the delivery and it was delivered to the correct address. Feel free to call the shop if you have any other questions. We do appreciate your business and hope you order with us again :)

the arrangement sent to a friend from work from her coworkers where beautiful. I was so happy with it. Also communication was great to and it is a beautiful shop to visit. I will continue to go to the Acushnet Flower Company. Thank you

Unfortunately this was disappointing. The bouquet that was delivered to my family member was much smaller than even the Standard arrangement, when I paid for the upgraded “Deluxe” Bouquet. For reference, the vase delivered was the size of a small mason jar.
A second issue is that, while I completely understand that substitutions can be expected when certain flowers are unavailable, the flowers that were delivered, while in the same color pallet, we’re very different quality than the photo on the website.
Finally, a name was left out of the included card! Imagine one of the grand-children’s sadness to see that their name was left out on their grandmother’s gift. This was not user error, as I have an email with the typed message from my order. My suggestion in the future would be to print the typed message out directly and then there would be no margin of error.
I would like to try the company again and give them another chance. I do believe in supporting local and small companies. I also believe mistakes can be made, but everyone deserves another opportunity to try again.
