I absolutely adore this florist! Much more intimate and accommodating than any other online/local florist. This time, I had a special request for timing. Tom spoke with me personally about it, and was very sweet. Flower arrangements are always gorgeous and beautifully wrapped. You can't get that at Ralphs!

They have seasonal flowers, affordable prices (to me), and lots of accents if needed. In person, you can create your own arrangement. I do it all the time for date night. Much love to the ABC family!

Ordered flowers online a week in advance and Set the Delivery time for 10am. Flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend at work.
I called at 11am and asked if the flowers were delivered yet. Though the guy was nice on the phone, he stated that they would get there sometime in the afternoon.
So what's the point of setting a Delivery time if the florist delivers it at their own pace and free will...?
Luckily the flowers were delivered to her just before she left to go home... disappointed.

I had a late inspiration to send my daughter, a student at CSULB a bouquet of flowers to celebrate her first day of school. Considering it was already mid morning I wasn’t sure if same day delivery was even possible. What a wonderful experience I had with A Beautiful California florist! Next day delivery of a beautiful bouquet to our friends who just lost their sweet puppy dog. The flowers were exactly as pictured, if not nicer. The price was reasonable too.
I loved getting the preview snapshot. I made a mistake on the note which was quickly corrected for me by a human who answered the phone and was soooo nice about it.
They went above and beyond, creating a customized sticker and ribbon that I didn’t even expect.

Although the flowers were beautiful. I was very disappointed that the add ons that I paid for were NOT APART OF MY GIFT. I asked for a Happy Birthday balloon and candy. I typically have an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with this Florist. However, this time around I was a little disappointed. The leaves were burnt brown and had holes in them. A couple of the flowers were brown around the edges.

It had brown leaves that appeared to be dying, there were no flowers in the arrangement as shown in the advertisement and it looked like it was just thrown together with no quality or thought. Very disappointing for the money spent.

Probably the best customer service I have experienced from a florist. Ordering the bouquet was easy, and there were multiple great options to choose from. They were promptly delivered the next day. I would absolutely order from them again in the future.

My experience with A Beautiful California Florist was excellent. I ordered the flowers before 9 am so I could get them delivered before noon and that’s exactly what I got. The flowers looked so pretty, although the picture on the website had bright pink roses and they used red, it still looked very pretty. I ordered a Mylar balloon and the card had a very pretty font. It was perfect for a special occasion. They have such a huge selection and price range. I will definitely use them again.

Great variety of flower arrangements for different occasions. It was super easy ordering online for same-day delivery and it was great getting updates and seeing a photo of the flowers before they were delivered, and getting updates throughout the entire process.
I had to call back because I forgot to add in the unit number for the delivery, but it was quickly fixed and was sent confirmation emails.

Well the flowers were a little tired - some slight drooping along the petal edges. Also, I expected a 360 degree floral arrangement, and this was not. Perhaps you should indicate when they’re meant to put against a wall or to be viewed from the front only. I would have happily paid more.

My husband has been sending 3 roses to our daughter every year on Valentine's day since she was born in 1982. He was happy to see that this year there was a plushy animal available and he selected the teddy bear. It was a different color (white) instead of the ones pictured. The beautiful arrangement that I purchased online looked just as good or even better than the picture on their website! I had a bad experience with another company who delivered a bouquet that looked nothing like the one I purchased online. Thank goodness the recipient sent a photo with their thank you text or I never would have known! How can you justify the price and advertisement based on your completed product? The flowers (roses) were brown and wilted this morning at the burial. They were poor quality and ut showed in cimparison to all the other arrangements at the funeral. Thy looked so small!!!! And there were no fall colors added. Where was the burgundy like in your pictures?
I also noticed you guys took down the posting from your website which tells me you dont have the flowers to make that arrangement BUT you guys still charged me for a specialty fall bouquet price. I'm very disappointed. I just couldnt believe i paid that much for what i received.

Not only did they say yes but they helped me when I had the ZIP Code wrong and were very patient on the phone. I was able to order the flowers online and requested a general delivery time. This is the easiest most efficient floral purchase I’ve ever had! The confirmation email, the photo of the arrangement before it was delivered the follow-up email to confirm delivery - spot on. This was an important purchase for a brand new colleague; she started at the firm during quarantine and wasn’t going to get the usual birthday gifts and lunches so I wanted to wish her a HBD from at least one co-worker. She loved them, mission accomplished.

Terrible - I am wildly embarrassed at the quality in the flowers that arrived to my guests. The photo is incredibly misleading, as is obvious the the lighting has been adjusted. The hydrangeas are brown and the evergreen leaves fall off at the touch. This cost me $100! I want my money refunded to my card immediately. This is unacceptable

Amazing service! The first delivery might have been left at the incorrect address, so I called them to figure out what could be done. The building is a little confusing, so this happens often. Tom helped work things out and, in the end, we got a second bouquet delivered with no issues. I am SO pleased with the precision of this with the website photos, and incredibly thankful for their generosity in helping us figure this out. Was looking for a local florist and found them through yelp. Wanted to support a local florist to send flowers to our sister who lives in Long Beach and we live in Northern California. They did a beautiful job on the arrangement and I love that they sent a photo of it to us to show how it turned out. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a rough day with her kitten having an adverse reaction to anesthesia after getting spayed. So she needed some flowers badly. Being in Nashville I found A Beautiful California florist on Yelp. Score!!! Not only did they keep me abreast, they even emailed a photo of the arrangement before delivery. My daughter was brought to tears... the good kind of tears. Thank you guys so very much! And to learn that this business is a black-woman-owned business made me even happier to be supporting their business.

The online process was incredibly easy and they updated me every step of the way. I got to see a picture of my flowers once they were assembled and before they were delivered. And I got a delivery notification as soon as it was processed, so I never had to question if they showed up or not. Overall great services, the flowers were beautiful and I would recommend.

Everything was excellent.

I placed an order online for a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a dear friend. The florist immediately called me to let me know they were out of a certain flower and gave me the choice of a substitution or wait a day until the flowers came in. I chose the substitution, and they emailed me an actual photo of the completed arrangement. What a pleasant surprise. It is obvious they care about making sure their customers are satisfied. My friend received her arrangement the same day and loved them. I high recommend A Beautiful California Florist!
