Hi,
Well the flowers were a little tired - some slight drooping along the petal edges. Also, I expected a 360 degree floral arrangement, and this was not. Perhaps you should indicate when they’re meant to put against a wall or to be viewed from the front only. I would have happily paid more.

Flowers for my daughter’s birthday were delivered on time and as expected, which is saying something in today’s world of shipment delays and unfulfilled orders. Ordering was easy and frequent updates on the order were timely and provided assurance that the order would be delivered as promised. I thought I had ordered the accompanying birthday Mylar balloon, but didn’t see it on my confirmation so that was somewhat disappointing, but it was probably my fault at checkout. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
